In all honesty I was not excited to try out this new place but my friend said that it was amazing so I went for it. I'm not into different types of fancy pizzas and crazy toppings. I'm a cheese pizza girl. We walked in and the place was absolutely immaculate and we were greeted immediately. Our five cheese pizza was done fast and tasted delicious! The only reason this is not a five star review is that it was slightly burnt and my friends was burnt On the bottom so I had to take some of the crust off. This is one of our weekly go tos, but we had a an awful experience with them tonight. On their website, they offer onion soup as a soup option. We've never tried it, and added two orders to our online order. When my husband arrived to pick it up, he was told that they do not have onion soup, and so they gave us the tomato soup instead. They didn't bother to ask if the could substitute the order, or refund our money. They exclaimed that it wasn't their fault that they don't have the correct item, and expected us to still pay for it. They actually had to escalate it to the district manager to make it right. Super disappointing. If you don't carry an item, don't offer an item. read more

i really enjoy (or should i say enjoyed) this place and i think the food is good, however when me and my spouse went today, we were in line for like 30 minutes. we also were shocked when we came across a bowl on the front counter filled with one lemon and one hair. the worker then took that lemon and made a drink while continuing to serve to a costumer. lost my appetite immediately, and the food was not as good. do not recommend, unless u door dash and get the image of a hair in your food out of your head. thanks pizza limone ! for nothing read more

Stopped in because other choices were closed on Sunday. Glad we did because the pizza was excellent. Many choices, fresh ingredients and served fairly fast and hot. This is probably the best pizza place in STG. I love that they have fruit that's fresh to give the pizza a nice savory and sweet component. The pera and viola are the way to go here. The salads are alright though. I'm just turned off at the fact that they don't have croutons for their salads. There's that lack of texture balance. I would love to try their soup the next time I'm there. But all in all really great place for a personal pie. read more

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The woman helping me had the worst attitude and refused to let me add or take away ingredients on my pizza and threw it in the oven. I really like the pizza here. It is cooked well and ingredients are done well. The restaurant itself is a little grimy and could use some repairs on the booths. The employees are usually ok but we have had the occasional situation where food wasn't done even close to when we were quoted and they don't seem to be in a rush to fix it. I'm glad I gave this place a second chance, the first time I tried it was at an event where the pizzas were all cold and seemed tiny. This time my wife and I stopped in the storefront and I got a pepperoni with arugula pizza and it was delicious. If you have ever tried blaze or pizzarev this place is just as good. I had a really negative experience here this afternoon. I won a free pizza from the St. George marathon. I asked the person behind the counter if I had to order off the menu or if I could just build my own. She said I could build my own, so I did. When I get to check out, the cashier says, "That will be $5.95." Really? You're going to charge me practically the cost of an entire pizza for my "free pizza". Not cool. Since I didn't have my wallet (I brought my "free pizza" card, after all), they just tossed the pizza they had already made, and I ordered a regular Margherita pizza (which ended up being not that great). Waste an entire pizza to make a point? Is that good management? Talk about stingy (it was the manager who made this decision). She struck me as very cold. As far as the quality and taste, it was just okay, But Riggatti's is vastly superior in quantity of toppings and quality. The guys next door from Pizzaria Limone at Chipotle see me 5x a week, and that place rocks. I bring all my nursing buddies too. I won't, however, be returning to Pizzaria Limone. read more

Brenda always has a smile on her face as you walk up to the counter and help with the questions you might have about what kind of pizza to order. She truly loves her job and it shows. The service was great, when I first walked in not knowing the menu, one of the employees began to tell me about his favorite and what was on it. I asked about other sides and pizzas and he was very knowledgeable on what exactly was on each one. I love the food (the Tre Sorelle Salad + Zappa Soup) is amazing and the atmosphere is great BUT there is always a random beeping noise coming from the closet (towards the front of the restaurant)I have asked the staff about and they are oblivious to the noise (drives me nuts and won't dine in anymore) they were so put out that I said anything and finally fixed the problem. BUT it is always beeping every time I come) Another huge thing about this location is the staff is not that friendly - I placed a to go order and was about 15 minutes late and they cancelled the order. I absolutely love every pizza I've had here but the lemon pizzas and caprese pizzas are probably my favorite. It's hard to imagine having thin lemon slices baked onto a pizza but honestly, it's such a fun and different taste that I'm hooked! Their cheese is high quality and crust is really good too. Also tried the brownie and pear lemonade. Loved it all. This is definitely more of a gourmet type pizza but you would never know because they bake up from a huge oven in the wall and I'm hooked! Staff has always been friendly and the prices reasonable. Location is near shopping and River Road. Plenty of parking and small outside dining area surrounded by potted trees. read more

For only being open two months, I have to say I was impressed by most of the visit. The staff have a little while longer, to get the "feel" of the place. The selections on the wall seemed a bit repetitive but we chose the Salsiccia & Secca pizzas, a kids pizza and a chicken Cesar salad First - the criticisms : The salad had a very STRONG lemon flavor, which I understand lemon is part of the name/motif, but I think it needed to be dialed back just a smidge - also salad should be served with a small piece of bread (like Cafe Zuppa) Kids Pizza was...a kids pizza, but in all seriousness, next time I probably would have shelled out the extra two bucks for the regular sized one. it was tasty enough, just small Now on to the good stuff: Our Pizzas - Salsiccia - I had to coax the kitchen staff that i wanted more sauce, but I could tell I made her nervous by asking and she seemed unsure of herself??the amount of ingredients, while light, was flavorful, indicating good quality ingredients, the crust coukld have been left in the oven another minute, to crisp up that crust, but was otherwise good, crust has right amount of salt & oil, sauce was delicious, cheese was good quality & salami was excellent Secca, my wife's pizza - I have to say the different ingredients played very well together - a very nice balance - the grape tomatoes were complimented by the saracene olives & the basil contrasted nicely with the cheese. The crust, again, could/should have been left in the oven for 60 more seconds but was still good The price point is very good for what you get, portions of pizzas are good, a little light on the toppings, but thats ok. The desserts kinda seemed like a distant after thought. Im a big fan of Cafe Zuppa, and I order dessert there every time, here probably not. I would go back to Pizzeria Limone. Staff needs to break the ice off their shoulders & talk to their guests - get them involved in the experience, thats what will keep the people coming back, the food is good, but its the service, guest remember Ciao read more

Got there right before the lunch crowd. The place was very clean, and the staff were professional. Not real friendly though. I tried a specialty pizza and my wife got pepperoni. I didn't care for the pepperoni at all, the specialty pizza was interesting & not bad, but I would have preferred a traditional pizza over it. If you're in the mood to try something new & adventurous in pizza making, give it a try, if you want traditional pizza, try somewhere else. read more
