Their slightly less expensive work is not worth the trouble of getting ur car messed up. The mechanics are lazy and rude. Also, the place is dishonest. I had to tell them "no guessing" at what's wrong with the car. They told me a transmission gasket was leaking. I had them clean the engine, drove it around for a few days, brought it back - no leak. I don't recommend them to anyone for any reason. read more

I'm picky on who works on my car. I came here with a coupon to install a new rack and pinion on my 91 240sx. I saw the coupon in the pennysaver. I called the guy to verify the coupon was correct since it was a very low price and he confirmed it. I dropped it off the next day and he remember talking to me. My car was done a few hours later and it was driving and turning like a dream. I do have anything bad to say but that this place is really good. read more

If i could choose no star that would be great. All I needed was a regular oil change!! No other costumers around or any car being worked on , I waited 30min for haun to basically tell me to wait another 30min. I have a small car so the process is quick, but instead of good service I got the shit stick. I calmly and respectfully explained that I was going to be late for work , but got no assistance or help from the guy I asked to help me by saying something. Not only did they not help me , but in he mist of me speaking with haun about the delima another costumer shows up and gets there oil changed right then! I normally don't even write reviews but in this case I had to..just so people know. They are a bias\racial veiwed business so I'd avoid the headache and unprofessionalism. i have a 2014 toyota camry. i went here for an oil change. i told the service guy the car was bucking a bit too, and i may need a tune up. he checked it out and said i needed a new radiator and my front axel boot was broken. paid 600. after i got the car back i noticed more problems. could barely drive the car as good as before. so i took the car back in. they looked at it again, this time they said i needed a new transmission, and a used one would run me 1500-1800. i was like what??? i told you to fix it and you charged me 600 intially and no mention of this ?? btw it was xmas time. So i took my car to the toyota dealership, and they said the wrong part had been installed which caused my transmission to not work correctly. the toyota dealer installed the right part and I've had no issues with my 2014 camry since. PK charged me 600 and tried to take 1500 plus of my money. while installing the the wrong part !! They hustle people here. Dont go. Never going back. read more

This was once a shop that I brought all my cars to for everything. Just had my daughters car rebuilt engine after they put a used engine in it a 1/2 year and it went bad. After six weeks of a new rebuilt engine the car is Stalling and they said that they repaired it twice and it still have the same problem. I will not be bringing my cars to this place anymore, it's too bad that the owner has his daughter working the phones with no people skills working. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This place is terrible. The owner has cheated with me. 2 months ago I went to him to get brakes fixed and he said if I bought his brakes then he would give me warranty. If I brought my own then he would not give me warranty and he is not responsible for anything. So, I bought the brake pads from him and he used his own pads. They are of cheap and bad quality. They didn't last 2 months. Yesterday, I went into his shop and I told him about it AND GUESS WHAT? He told me to go buy my own rotor and brake pad. What happened to the warranty? He is not supposed to charge labor costs on me because I had already paid 2 months ago. It was part of the warranty. He charged me again $131 dollars for my own rotor and brake pads. He completely ignores the warranty. This owner is a cheater. He puts in low quality brake pads for a lot of money. Bad service, bad owner, and he is basically is committing fraud. read more

I saw the advertising in Penny Saver for the oil change at $13.95 . I called them they quoted me on the phone , it will cost $22.00 . It's still a deal for the oil change at that price. The waiting area is really messy. The worst thing, they tried to sell a bunch of repair or parts that you don't really need it. They said I need to change the pump and belt and coolant or my car will be overheat. My car is only 60,000 miles and it's never overheat. Anyway, there are a bunch of lier there. I will not come back again. My car was perfect and smooth and my air condition works perfect. They are just BS. read more

I brought my car here on a bad recommendation from my friend. They had a wrong diagnostic on my car base on their guess, and the price they estimated to fix it was skyrocket, they're not even bother to test it to find out what was the real reason to cause the car had the problem. I took the car to other shop, the problem of the car was much simple and it costs much cheaper. It should be NO STAR for this repair shop. Real bad experience with this shop special the owner of the shop, he run the show but he didn't know exactly what he's doing. read more

Sorry this took so long for me to yelp. My husband and I have been coming here before ( like my daughter says dinosaurs) they have never let us down. He always does a great job at a fair price.. Struts for my husband's car just cost of 1000.00 less then everyone else's quote. No that is not a typo. It's not a fancy shop with a keruig coffee machine or big screen tv for you to watch while you wait. But I will say you have money in you wallet and bank account when you leave. I went to P K Auto in Anaheim due to check engine light on my Pontiac G6. Owner Hoan P looked at my car with minor diagnostic tool and said the code was due to a problem with gas cap. Meanwhile my brother-in-law had ran a diagnostic a couple weeks earlier and got an entirely different code, something more serious and more expensive. Hoan P. turned off the check engine light and then I replaced the gas cap from General Motors. Four weeks later, the check engine light came on again. Hoan told me it would be $45 for diagnostic to check out the car, I said ok. He called me and told me the diagnostic found no leaks, turned off the light, and told me it was the same problem, the gas cap. Hoan left the shop and his mechanic only charged $22 for an oil change and I left with my car. Later in the day Hoan called me and asked for the $45. I wasn't charged at first probably because Hoan didn't do anything to my car, but turn off the check engine light. I know I have a oil leak, but Hoan refused to look further after the second time bringing it in, but still took my $45. Now I still have to face smog check, knowing there is a problem of some sort, but got no help from P.K Auto. This owner doesn't take care of his customers well. read more
