Meh. Popped in here with my nephew because he wanted sushi. We were there between lunch and dinner on Saturday and it was relatively quiet. The woman working didn't seem terribly interested or friendly. The bowls were OK... he got a 2 protein and I got a snack sized. No Joke, Go Poke! I was surprisingly very pleased with this lunch bowl. They pack the bowl to the rim. The food is all fresh, whether hot or cold. The hot proteins are baked in small trays, so there is a steady rotation of fresh meats. The pork loin is tender and the salmon is flakey and flavorful. The sashimi salmon and tuna little chunks of freshness. There is so much variety from proteins, veggies, sauces, and crunchies. There are a couple seats inside and a couple outside. Definitely more of a grab and go lunch. The staff is amazing. Brando remembers you and greets with all positivity. He is very welcoming and patient while you plan your bowl. The servings are very good and the price is fair. The staff is very grateful for any tip and surely does not expect it from you. I definitely will return and can't wait. Excellent for quick and easy takeout. The fish is usually pretty fresh and you can customize to your liking with a wide variety of proteins, sauces, and toppings. My advice: don't sleep on the poke burrito! It is excellent in size for the price point and always scrumptious. I like the rice and fish separated because I don't like the salmon to be warm, I asked the girl to do it and she didn't get annoyed at all! It's really not a lot to ask for, but sometimes people roll their eyes or give you attitude, not her! The staff was super friendly. They were having internet troubles but it didn't affect them much because they had another way to charge my card which is nice because it didn't have me waiting. Worst customer service Cashier- I didn't even ask for a name but he had the nastiest attitude towards me and my partner once we stepped outside and into our car he ran to his coworker who works in tacos hermanos and was pointing at our car and just talking and complaining. I didn't get out out of my car because I was stopped but this is unprofessional and childish if you don't want to provide service then say that instead of providing a crappy one and don't act like you're five years old. I'm really bummed to write this review, as it used to be my favorite lunch spot near work. I usually order online but today I was running errands nearby and so I bought a 2 protein in person. I was very clear about what I wanted and the guy making the food seemed to understand. When I went to check out today the price was a few bucks more than usual, but I decided not to press the issue....maybe the prices went up? When I get back to the office I take a bite and (a) its got a spicy sauce all over it and I CANNOT eat spice and had ordered stomach soothing ginger sauce and (b) it had gobs of avocado, that while not usually an issue, did cost extra and explains why my order was more. I did not order avocado. I had about 20 mins left of my lunch, so I called them back to rectify order since I didn't have time to go back. I work the phones at my job and once my break is over I'm chained to my desk. The employee answering the phones was apologetic and offered to send me the correct food, to which I agreed, and they did BUT when the delivery guy arrived he refused to give me the food until I gave him a tip. Now, I get that this is not the dudes fault, but at this point I've already over paid and my $12 lunch is gonna be near $20. I told the delivery guy that I had already paid an extra 3 bucks and he could have that. He said no and left with my food!! 'Im not an asshole who doesn't tip, but c'mon....I didn't event want delivery...I had walked two avenues earlier to get my food in person....and paid extra money. At this point I'm hungry, I'm working, and I'm mad as hell. I call again and explain to the employee answering the phones what happened. I didn't yell, I didn't swear, but I was obviously annoyed. She is incredulous. I say to please just give me refund. I paid with a credit card, so it should be pretty easy. The employee then tells me I have to come in person to get a refund. I explain that I'm at work and can't leave and after work I need to head home and I don't live nearby. (my husband is sick today and I have dogs, so no time for errands after work, which is why I was out running errands on my lunch in the first place). So, now I have to dispute with my bank, no food and I'm back at work. I just cannot believe the delivery guy took my food away. Its garbage now. So, yes it's yummy but I'll never order it again if this is how they treat customers. I gave 2 starts because the food is good, but I work in customer service and I can tell you...it really is everything. read more

My bowls are usually very fresh and plentiful. the last time I went it was a little sparse but it just can be an off day. I that they offer grilled chicken. The shrimp and chicken are always fresh. The staff is the best they are so friendly. I wish they would offer zucchini noodles or another vegetable base, they offer sweet potato but I try to avoid carbs. All and all very tasty read more

I usually get their plenty bowl and is definitely a generous portion as the name. Teriyaki salmon is my favorite. I have tried their chicken and pork and both are very good. I was not a fan of this place. I got a poke bowl but the mango seemed so dry and old. Wasn't a fan of the house but glad I got it on the side so it didn't ruin it all. When you go in their hot food smells so good so maybe that's a better option from here but I really was not impressed by the actual poke and it's level of freshness so maybe they just need some different ingredients idk.
