they ran out of rice and told me to call grub hub to cancel and get a refund. after i called grub hub they told grub hub that the rice would be done in 3 mins. it doesn't make sense on why they would tell me to cancel and get a refund but tell grub hub something else after i left the restaurant. the grub hub customer service was also very unhelpful. i had to go back to get my order and it still wasn't even done. they should ensure they have all the ingredients and communicate better. prob never coming back here again. update: they were able to cancel and refund the order this whole entire time. waste of my time! read more

Think I just found a favorite restaurant in Morgan Hill. You can order from their menu or create your own Bowl or Salad. Think Blaze Pizza or Chipotle -- with all the ingredients super fresh and healthy. Juice was pretty great too. They make all their own dressings. My wife had a chicken salad (she's not a fish eater) and with the help of the owner I put together my own customized bowl with two kinds of Poke, Mango and just about anything I could want. This is one place you definitely want to try! read more

I love their bowls and would've loved to give them 5-stars but there have been issues with my last 2 bowls: bad tomatoes I had to throw away and no avocado on the last one even though it's listed as one of the ingredients. Food is super yummy, rice is always perfect and fish and toppings are always fresh. Service is really good as well, staff is always welcoming and the manager offers service member discount. The place appears clean and has lots of tables to sit at. I've frequented this place several times, and really like it but haven't gone be back in a while because the last TWO times i visited I found hair that wasn't mine in the food. this killed my appetite and my overall up job of this place, given it wasn't just a one time thing. First time coming here. I absolutely LOVE the poke and it's a great portion. I suggest this place works on customer service bc the girl who helped me made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. She's a very thin short blonde girl. I walked in and ordered with a smile, but she gave me sass and attitude the whole time. I get it! Working on a Sunday is awful but that doesn't mean you can treat someone with disrespect. And the fact that I asked for spicy Mayo and she had the audacity to say " it's aioli , it's the same thing." I appreciate all the fresh options. They have many veggies to choose from as the add-ons. Including masago, for an extra $1. The rice is perfectly sticky and easy to eat with chopsticks. Fresh fish options are great, salmon and tuna offered raw/plain or in a marinade (Soy tuna or spicy salmon). Hamachi is usually available too. The free scoop of imit. Crab is greatly appreciated. OMG, so many sauces! At first I had to ask them to choose. The garlic soy with a little spicy aioli on top is my fav mix. Friendly and fast service. DEFINITELY join the rewards with your mobile. It's like every third bowl I get a discount and once a week I get a free offer with a bowl (chips, drink, fresh squeezed juice). My wife and I get a bowl once a week, sometimes twice. First of, I'm so excited that there is finally a Poke place in town. Today we ordered to-go for the first time. It did not disappoint. Big portions, every ingredient fresh, just delicious. Staff super friendly on pick up. I will be a regular, without a doubt. The only feedback I'd give, but it honestly didn't dampen my experience, is a more precise wait window. When we ordered, it said "up to 30 minutes". No big deal, I waited close to 30 mins. But it would have been helpful if maybe I got a text when my order was being prepared or almost ready.
