The Bellevue Pokeworks is amazing! It is my number one lunch spot. The food is delicious and fresh with a ton of variety. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful! They are always super friendly and helpful. They have their system down solid, even when there is a line it goes by quickly. Also, they have an app which you can collect rewards on, always a plus! I have no idea what people are talking about on here when they say there's no parking. If you park in the Safeway garage on the righthand side there's an exit that leads out right next to Pokeworks, you don't even have to walk around. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a perfect quick meal. read more

Came with high hopes. Reallg dissapointing. There was a younger oriental gentleman who made my wifes burrito and he did it well. However, the more dark skinned lady did a terrible job on mine. I thought about giving this place two stars is because it used to be good. We have filled 10/12 Poke bowls on their loyalty card and won't be filling the other two for our free one. With each visit our serving sizes have become smaller and smaller. Each of the last two they were out of spicy ahi and spicy salmon. We nearly left on our most recent visit when the line of roughly ten people were ignored while online orders were slowly filled by two of the three who were working. Been waiting for pokeworks to open on the eastside. I usually go to the Seattle location during the week, but now I can go on the weekends. Their Spicy Ahi is really nicely marinated and I pick my usual with the signature works and additional picks crab salad, masago, avocado and crunches. Today is the first day they opened. I returned a few months later to see if the problems from before persisted. I'm giving them an extra star for partial improvement. They still have an UNLISTED surcharge, but it only seems to apply to extra crab now. This is somewhat more understandable than before, but still frustrating due to being unlisted on the menu and, to the extent of my experience, not present at similarly priced competition. I came here and grabbed two takeout bowls and I loved how much of each topping they add if you ask, specifically the crunchy toppings. Though the bowls initially look small, they're quite large and very filling. I highly recommend getting the spicy aioli dressing if you like spicy food it will leave your mouth burning!! They also give large portions of each protein, you get to choose 2 per bowl. The subway of poke as I like to call it which I appreciate as you get to customize your bowl just to your liking. They also have a punch card system so after 10 bowls, burritos, etc. you'll receive a free meal. I'll definitely come back here soon and look forward to trying a poke burrito. A good poke choice but not the best out there. There were pros and cons to Pokeworks. The portions are a little smaller than Just Poke. I like the quinoa option and kale noodles. The fish was cut into too big of chunks for my preference. I loved the option of toppings - including the wonton strips. I would appreciate more vegetables and no romaine in the salad mix. I work right by this place and it just opened. It is super good and I love their variety of options. Sizing is kind of small but a small feeds me so I don't have a problem with that. Customer service is great. Everyone is super sweet. Love the setting, it's very inviting. Parking is in a garage which is very convenient. Another Pokeworks location, another consistently best poke spot in the vicinity. Got the signature salmon bowl and the salmon is masterfully selected, in line with other pokeworks. Sauce of course makes the biggest difference and very unique to Pokeworks. Definitely did not disappoint on that front. Staff is new, but friendly, offered a sample of ice tea while I was sat down. After a nice time on the ferry boat, my mother and I were hungry and we didn't know what's good in town. So we decided to go to Pokeworks since we like the one in New York. My favorite poke restaurant! I will admit I have never ever liked raw fish in any form, and didn't like any of the poke bowls I have tried from other places... but once I tried Pokeworks, I became addicted!! I think their ingredients are just so fresh it really makes a difference in taste. My favorite proteins are spicy salmon and spicy tuna (sometimes they are out of the spicy version but the regular is yummy too). My favorite sauce combination is sriracha aioli with umami shoyu, and topped with cucumber, sweet onion, green onion, crab salad, seaweed salad, masago, and wonton chips for a nice crunch. Found this place randomly. I was in Bellevue and it was the first thing that popped up on yelp. This was perfect because I was craving sushi but I didn't want to sit in a restaurant, I was looking for something more casual. I don't know why I haven't heard of this place before, it's delicious! I give it 3 stars because I have been a regular and the experience in the past has been great until these couple of months. The portion has gone smaller, and what concerned me was this one girl who works there had an attitude when I was ordering my food, and she was very clumsy that she dropped different ingredients either outside of their containers or in other ingredient containers they don't belong. Food is good and I like their sushi burritos. However the customer experience is sh!t. It's clear there's a couple employees there who hate their job and each time their attitude is displayed through their disdain for making an order. Dude dropped my burrito on the ground and since he was only one making food combined with a large line behind me he wasn't too happy he had to remake the burrito and it was felt throughout the customers in line. It's not the customer's fault if you don't like your job, step out and adjust your god damn attitude. He's 1 of 2 employees I've noticed who clearly hate their jobs. In reading other 1-2 star reviews, it doesn't seem to be a matter that's been addressed by mgt or PokeWorks ownership. I 've been ordering food from here for some time, and very happy about the quality of food and service until today, July 5th, 2021. The food id still very tasty, and fresh, but the service did not meet what they usually provide. I arrived the restaurant around 5:30pm, 6pm, there were two employees behind the counter, one male, and one female. The male employee was very friendly greet us, and took our order, then he passed it to the female employee. The female employee was in a rush, she just went through the mixing without even ask us what other ingredients we'd like to add, I had to stop her 3 times to tell her what I want. She did not even bother to ask us if we want any other ingredients before she close the lids, I had to tell her "wait , we want to add something else in our bowl". If the manager actually reads the review, please educate your employee don't rush the order, always ask customers if they want anything else in their bowls before you close the lids. read more

While there are other poke places in Bellevue this place impressed me the most with its friendly service staff and the manager Adrian is great. I live nearby and come here quite often. However, I am tired of how long it takes for them to make your food and how rude the employees are. I have ordered online twice now to pick up, and both times when I showed up, they had not even started my order yet! Each time, I would have gotten my food faster if I had jumped in line and just placed it then. There was no effort to apologize or speed up my order. In addition, the counter help are unpleasant. I am sorry they hate their job - not my problem. I actually like the food and would like to continue eating here regularly. However, the customer experience sucks and leaves such a bad taste in my mouth that it ruins the meal. read more
