This is my go to for takeout poke! I love the taste of the food and their friendly fast service.

Let me preface by saying that the food was excellent! I'd definitely eat this again, but I will never go there again. If someone brings it to me, great! The employees were snotty and condescending. They've obviously never had any customer service training. I'd have been fired several times over if I spoke so impatiently with a customer. Here's a tip: NEVER assume that your customer knows your business, product, or service. I've never had poke before, let alone been to this place. Twice in less than a minute we heard "can't" to fairly simple requests. The first one should have been, "I'm sorry, but brown rice wouldn't work for the seaweed wrap." That would have made sense, and I would have appreciated the feigned sympathy. A flat out, "We can't do that," is one of the things I'd get fired for. The second was a "can't" that just didn't make sense. My wife asked for a little pineapple on her chicken, even said she'd pay extra for it. Very clean location. It's nice to have some ethnic variety in the area however the prices are high and seek to be paying more for location. Quality of the ingredients is good but it lacked flavor which made it disappointing. Some places seem to "Americanize" the flavor and it takes away from the experience of eating something diverse. Oh my goodness this place is amazing! Stopped here for a healthy lunch and wowowowow. The poke is so fresh and ingredients delicious. I got my order to go but once I sneaked a bite I had to finish and ended up dining in. I built my own poke bowl and it was incredible. Their sauce options were all amazing, I got to sample some before I put it on my bowl. I am thoroughly impressed, a lot of places don't make their own sauces very well, HOWEVER this place is amazing. I wish they sold their sauces bottled! Talyn (spelling?) provided excellent service! She brought such a welcoming vibe and really was just the cherry on top for our experience. Attentive to vegans; ramen noodles instead of rice was more filling and less boring. Busy place at lunch time. Lots of outdoor seating; indoor seating is limited and looks like an employee likes to huddle over a spot with their stuff on it but not sitting at it, such a silly thing to notice, but it kept taking spots away from other customers; maybe there was employee interviewing going on! My husband and I just went there and he had never had poke before ... HE LOVED IT! Said he could eat their bowls everyday The workers greeted us when we walked through the door and were very kind. They were very willing to answer questions we had and make recommendations. Seating was cleaned regularly but is limited. There are tables outside though! He got a medium rice bowl with spicy and ahi tuna. Loaded it full of toppings and did the Honey Bonito sauce. I got a small rice bowl with chicken and cabbage. It is not easy finding poke East of the mountains, let alone good poke. Thank goodness for Pokeworks! This place finally made it to Coeur d'Alene and I couldn't be happier. soo.. i have to be honest. i don't eat ANY fish. Raw, cooked, grilled or poke. Not even tuna fish salad. But the rest of the family does. i feel bad they have to wait till i have a meeting to eat things i don't care for. so today to their shock I offered up to fish store on my turn to pick. walked in and it's set up like a qdoba or chipotle. All the staff were wonderful and super efficient. Although most were younger, no one was checking their phones or talking and ignoring customers. Bravo!! The oldest son and wife had spicy tuna bowls, youngest has the hawaiian ahi bowl. i built mine from scratch using chicken. the chicken itself was not the greatest but the vast array of available toppings brought it all together nicely.
