Large Bowl
Danielle M.

Wow this place is good and a lot of food. Ordered delivery and it arrived quickly. Got the large build your own bowl. The staff absolutely stuffed it - not an ounce of free space. Slightly more sauce than I would have liked because it masked the flavors of the fish but that's probably my fault for ordering how I did. Spicy tuna and Hawaiian tuna were my favorite. The toppings were fresh and delicious. I had ordered a green tea which they were out of, so they had the driver contact me and swap for a black tea without any pain. Great spot! Can't wait to order here again

Hello, I want to share my impressions of this restaurant, the service is terrible, the staff are racist, I ordered food and waited for it 20 minutes, after me three people came and they took their food before I did, the girl who works at the counter just looked at me and smiled, because I'm black, if you're black or brown, it's not wise to go to that restaurant!

Great fast service. The sushi is super fresh. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean.

George, the manager, was super sweet and helpful!

Been craving PokiTomik since I saw a post on TikTok and made it my mission to stop by next time I was in Westwood. The stars must've aligned since I found parking right in the front of the store! That's a rarity in Westwood! Upon arrival I noticed the place was surprisingly empty. Not sure why, especially after you read my review George helped me figure out exactly what to order and he was so incredibly sweet and helpful. Since I was starving, I opted for large bowl that included four scoops. I chose tuna, salmon, and two sweet salmon scoops I loaded my bowl with cucumbers, seaweed salad, Masago, mango, Imitation crab, as well as a few sauces. Let's just say I was incredibly happy with what I ate. The fish was very fresh and the bowl was delicious. Will definitely be back for more as I'm curious to try the burritos!

Always a go to favorite of mine. Sometimes you got to go with a good option for a quick meal. Service usually is quick and any option is tasty. The ambiance is chill for a quick bite. Grab a quick item for deliciousness.

This is literally one of my favorite go to spots in Westwood village. Their sushi is always fresh and they PACK the bowls with all the sushi, base, and toppings. I've never ordered any of the signature bowls, but I always order the "build your own". My absolute favorite is the sweet salmon soooo delicious with a hint of sweetness. However you build your bowl definitely get a side of the wasabi cream sauce. I feel like this sauce is good on any bowl! I also love the wonton taco (spicy tuna, so yummy). The place is always clean and neat. Limited seating inside but a table is always open. I always order to go. The staff is super friendly and always willing to answer questions about the menu item. Since it's in Westwood village (school and hospital near by) the busiest times are weekdays at noon so there might be a line but they move really fast. Also, sign up for the rewards program. They will periodically send a text for 10% off. Thank you pokitomik for always making fresh bowls!

Parking was a bit challenging. I had to circle around twice. The service was great. Food was kind of questionable. I wanted some shrimps in my burrito but it looked old. So I asked for salmon instead. It was decent but could have been better. I have been to three other PokiTomik and the by far the best one is the one in Northridge. It was quiet and service was great but food portion and the presentation can be improved. I gave four stars because of the girl who went above and beyond. I will come back just because of the service but for the food, I would rather drive to Northridge. Two thumbs up!

Great portion sizes, and tastes fresh. My order was ready super quick too. Way better of a deal than Sweetfin across the street honestly.

My friend wanted me to try something new and since I had never had poke before, All About Poke fit the bill! We walked in around 6:45pm on a Wednesday. We were the only customers inside, but the two young women working behind the counter were bustling making Uber Eats/Door Dash orders, which was fine with me as it gave my friend and I time to look at all the options on the menu. The staff were friendly and quick, so when we were ready to order, it didn't take long before we were cashed out and eating. Inside there were several tables and chairs and since there was no one else inside, we had no problem grabbing a table. It was pretty clean inside and music played over speakers to make sure there was no dead air. For dinner, I ordered a medium poke bowl: brown rice base, three (good-sized) scoops of tofu, House Sauce, topped with avocado (small upcharge), cucumber, cilantro, and the "Whole Shebang" (fried garlic, sesame seed, fried onion, and furikake), with a small sample of wasabi on the side of the bowl and a cup of wasabi mayo for my free, extra sauce, as well as a cherry vanilla Olipop to wash it all down. I am really impressed, the poke bowl was delicious and surprisingly filling! The tofu tasted great, I was glad I added avocado which added a little creaminess to the bowl, and their House Sauce was great! Every ingredient in this bowl came together nicely! But if you need to clear your sinuses, get the wasabi - Wooo, my eyes were watering and my nose was running from that! The wasabi mayo is much milder, thank goodness, and was a nice, small addition. The medium-size was surprisingly filling and I think the price reflected that well. I did want a sweet treat to round out my meal, so I grabbed a vanilla macaron, which had vanilla ice cream in the middle, as well. The ice cream inside was creamy and the macaron had great texture with plenty of vanilla, a nicely sized treat! For my first time having a poke bowl, I think All About Poke did a great job! Friendly and quick customer service, fresh ingredients, and good-size portions, what more could I ask for? I wouldn't mind at all coming back for lunch or dinner.

There were a couple of people before us so that gave us time to look at the menu. Our go to is the large 4 fish ($21) which was enough for my husband and I to share. The service was good and fish/toppings plentiful. The employee was patient when we asked for almost all the toppings. Love the lemon cream! The crispy onion is what keeps us coming back--a must!! The ambience is simple but clean. We ate there and could easily have a conversation. They provide iced water in a dispenser. Bathroom was clean. Parking can be tough which is a hindrance for us, but today we found a spot easily. When we left, the parking lot was bustling. We really enjoyed our poke bowl! The fish was fresh. We got salmon x2, scallops, and shrimp. For our sides, seaweed salad and crabmeat. Base was half kale/half brown rice. Almost all the toppings. We got the garlic ponzu with spicy mayo in one corner. Eel sauce was drizzled all over which I didn't prefer, but it tasted good in the end. Our tummies were happy and satisfied!

For toppings I got onions, peppers and red onions. Ingot the house poke sauce and crispy onions to top. Overall, as I've been to many pokes I won't be coming back. The polite and personable gentleman behind the counter helped me narrow down my choices and offered samples. The salmon and tuna poke were delicious. One was shoyu, and the other was limu; both had umami flavors. I was so glad that the shoyu didn't have a hint of sweetness and that the limu wasn't too salty. The savory seasoning/marinade and cool temp made the poke a very satisfying and refreshing meal. I also asked for rice and mac salad for my to-go plate, and those were solid complements to the poke. It's a chill, fast-casual place with Hawaiian tropical decor and a few dine-in tables. The plaza it's in is kinda small and janky, but at least parking is free. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to drop by for their poke.

I ordered the 3-protein rice bowl and chose salmon, tuna and spicy tuna as my protein selection. I then covered it up with a bunch of fresh veggie toppings like cucumber, green onions and jalapeños, added multiple sauces and topped it with their crispy onions. The veggies were ripe and yummy and the sauces made it so much better....I'm such a sauce guy, need sauce on everything. And finally, I absolutely loved the taste of their crispy onions. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, sweet and soft on the inside and they were just so fresh ---this spot makes them in-house and they come to your bowl pretty much out of the deep fryer that you can see towards the back of this spot. What a nice touch, bravo! The place itself is spacious with around 10 tables for dining in. The customer service was solid and attentive. Good vibes out there and good food.
