The hubs had the shawarma and said it was the best he'd had in a long time. My son had the meatball sandwich and loves it. My daughter appetizers, pita fries, baba gannoush and a salad... Tonight was no different as we came to celebrate my grandfather's birthday. I believe it was one of the owners who took all of our orders and she did so quickly and efficiently. We ordered a variety of entrees and appetizers of which the Boneless Chicken Kebab and the Pita Fries standing out the most to us. The chicken was incredibly moist and the pipping hot pita fries are a must order which was accompanied by a superb hummus. And we each got our own entree:salmon kebab, chicken kebab, iskendar kebab and lamb chops. Everything was great. One person ordered the black bean soup and they accidentally bought lentil. So they quickly bought out our correct order as soon as we told them, without any fuss. The black bean soup was better than the lentil soup. We really enjoyed it! I ordered the chicken kabob and it was good. Nothing special. Didn't like the rice at all; in fact it tasted like it was from the freezer. My friend got the beef kubedeh which I enjoyed a lot more than the chicken. Wine menu was really cheap so that was a plus! $5 wine! We ordered Cornish hen for my hubby and I got the combo schewerma plate --falafels were homemade fresh and salad was yummy...schewerma was good (not the best I've had but good). I chose this place because of the four and a half star rating but this place did not live up to it! After a long wait for a server we ordered the fried cauliflower and olive appetizer and a bottle of white wine. As we sat there waiting for our the appetizers to arrive the bottle of wine was opened by our waitress. We started to pour some and felt that the bottle was worm! The waiter brought us a champagne bucket with ice so We could chill it! Couldn't believe that a restaurant with a high star rating would serve a worm bottle of white wine and have the costumer chill their own wine. We finally got our appetizers and they served us two of the fried cauliflower and our olives witch we let them know we had only ordered one cauliflower appetizers! As we tried to enjoy our food, the servers kept bringing food to us that were ment for other tables! There where only four other tables with customers waiting for their food! Don't know why they couldn't keep table orders right! The fried cauliflower was very hard and flavorless! Our food arrived and the salmon kabobs were over cooked and dry!
