Listen, I'm giving 5 stars because this seems like a local business and the owner responds to everything. But 5 stars is not what I put on this spot for value. At least not the keto pizza. I've been on keto for a hot minute. I know how much time and effort that goes into producing keto. But the portion to price ratio for the keto pizza is kind of ridiculous. $15 and I gave the rest as tip ($20 total) for literally four bites. You can call me crazy and not know what I'm talking about. But I think the average person (keto or not) is going to feel duped with this item. Hence the commonality of the past reviews. The staff was friendly but the drive through experience took over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in line. Extremely sun-par by drive through standards. Do not order the power balls. They were small, super dry, very little flavor. Hoped to have them as a side. Ate one and threw them out. They also didn't serve them with the syrup that was supposed to go with it. Matcha matcha smoothie was no better than something basic I could have made at home. If you like orange juice blended with matcha powder than this may be for you. I wouldn't order again. The bread fast sandwich was equally uninspiring. Bagel was super dry and almost cardboard tasting, sausage tasted cheap, egg looked fake. Overall the service and food in this restaurant lacks the soul that the name of the restaurant implies. There's no depth or uniqueness to the recipes. As someone with celiacs , I have a great appreciation for this place, but there are some aspects that require improvement. When I arrived at noon, there was no one in the drive-in, and although I had some questions, the associate seemed reluctant to answer them, despite maintaining politeness. The wait time was a bit long, around 15 minutes, considering I was the only customer. I ordered the Ah-Sigh-EE Bowl and the three goodie treats, but if I had known they were so small, I wouldn't have ordered them. Instead, I would have preferred a regular-sized cupcake, as Senza offers two full-sized cupcakes for the same price. The Ah-Sigh-EE Bowl was delicious, but nothing special. My main issue was the charge for a non-cash adjustment on my receipt, which was left unanswered despite my question. To compare their smoothie to PowerSoul along with the price tag, I will have to say it's worth paying more at their competitor's store. The smoothie was quite watery and not as thick. The flavor was okay. I tried the food as well. It didn't taste the best. It definitely tasted like microwaved frozen food. However, the price was reasonable. This location recently opened, the first of three in this local chain, which is open 24 hours. This is a pick-up, drive-thru, and takeout business. So, there is no indoor seating, but there are a few small tables outside. There is a locker room to pick up your order using a QR code that is texted to you when your order is ready. For my initial visit, I tried the OMG Vegan Breakfast Sandwich, and Vegan Chicken & Waffle Breakfast Sandwich. This food was decent with conservative portions, but smoothies are their strong suit. I'm glad to have these vegan options available, since they are not offered by the conventional fast food chains. Hopefully, the vegan breakfast sandwiches sell well enough to lead to a vegan version of the Sausage Waffle On A Stick. The remaining vegan options on the current menu are the Daring Vegan Breaded Chicken Strips and Vegan Pepperoni Pizza. The plant-based meat and dairy substitutes are made from ingredients that are sold in store: Daring chicken, Beyond sausage, JUST Egg, Vevan cheese. The Goodies menu consists of small desserts (the size would be apparent if a coin was shown next to each one in the menu photos). This is good for people who want to have a variety of dessert without overindulging. For $6, I picked the Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcake, Vegan Chocolate Covered Mint Cookie, and Vegan Double Chocolate Sprinkle Donut. EDIT: The owner wrote that there's a promotion right now that food is free when donating to The Boys and Girls Club. That's a great idea. But I had no idea about it. There was no signage indicating that, and the team didn't inform us. The employees weren't wanting to provide much information at all. I just tried to order food half an hour ago. The person taking the order couldn't hear us, saying that it's super loud inside. So we spent 15 minutes repeating our order, and the person still couldn't repeat it back to us without us having to offer a few corrections. And 90% of the actual food on the menu isn't even available. They didn't tell us that so everytime we mentioned an item, they would then say, we don't have that. Shouldn't you be able to put an X across unavailable items when it's a computerized menu? Shouldn't you also inform people of what's available instead of having them waste time guessing anew for each item on the menu? Finally, we settled on two things and placed the order under a name. We roll up to the pay window. There are 15 employees inside the cramped space just standing around. When the person comes to the window, they ask for our name. They turn around shouting if anyone is preparing our order. No one cares and they just laugh and giggle and say no. What? Who's the manager? The person turns to us and says, I guess no one wrote down your order so I can take it now. And we said no thanks and just left. At that point, I had no faith in what we might receive. As a celiac I am so glad that there is finally a gluten free fast food option! When I did come, the food was great and smoothies are good but I have some feedback. Service is a little slow, for fast food I expect quicker service but it's not terrible. My main feedback is the menu. I really would like to see the brand succeed but I think it's a little over the top in selection and what the gluten free community wants. When I heard it was a gluten free fast food, I was thinking "awesome I can get all the things I miss out on at regular fast food" chicken nuggets, french fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, etc. Essentially all the delicious fast food things we miss out on. I can go to almost any restaurant and pay an upcharge for a gluten free pizza, I can go to any smoothie shop and get a good smoothie or açaí bowl. What I cannot get is a classic fast food meal after a night out or a quick stop on a road trip. I will definitely be back to support the brand because it's amazing for the gluten free community, but I think someone else might come in and do gluten free fast food better. read more
