I would highly recommend Premier Carpeting. My carpeting had not been cleaned, although it was not that old, but had alot of pet stains due to my cat being very sick these last few months. I'm so glad I found these guys. I'm always nervous to entrust my precious Persian carpets to anyone, but I gave them two and they both came safely and well cleaned. The first carpet went in for a general cleaning after too many years and came back shiny and new. The second one, however, had a stain which I had given up hope of removing. Not only did they order special supplies to clean the off-white area (close to perfection, I might add), but they delivered it back to me free of charge (I got a little lost when I originally tried to pick it up and they took pity on me). I have used Arvy and Premier Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years without issue or complaint. Unfortunately, he has just put me in a terrible situation. He said that he did not have two of my rugs. After many calls, I went down to his warehouse and found one of my rugs. But the other is still missing and is the cornerstone of room. I LOVE this rug and am absolutely heartbroken. Without it, I have not only lost a significant item but about $50K of decorating is now unrealized. When we last spoke, Arvy said he would find my rug, find one like it, or reimburse me the cost. This is the second Yelp review I've ever written - the service was so good, I was inspired to share my appreciation. At 9 am, one of my curtains caught fire and the smokey smell engulfed my two living rooms. I called Premier at 1:30 pm and the owner told me that the crew would arrive between 4 and 4:30 pm, TODAY. Called these guys for some help with my wood floors, which needed a shine and touch up. I submitted my request one evening and Arvy emailed me back the next morning with details. I called, we chatted, and he was able to squeeze me in that week. The two gentlemen that he sent over were very nice and helpful and explained my floor options and each step of the process. Two hours later and the place looks like a showplace. About an hour after they left, Arvy himself called me to see how everything was. I liked them so much I also gave them my area rug to do. These guys are amazing and have very good prices! They were very flexible on timing and worked with me when I had to make a change in the schedule. Upon arrival they very were pleasant and professional and invested a lot of effort in cleaning my sectional sofa. It was a very tough job because the sofa had a million dog hairs. They told me the cleaning process would not be easy and after spending over an hour doing the best they can they suggested taking my pillow covers to their warehouse where they had a stronger vacuum. The pillow covers were returned to me the next week in a perfect condition. Additionally they went over my sofa one more time just to make sure it was as clean as possible. Needless to mention all this additional work and hassle were done without additional charges. In fact, I tried to tip them because I was so pleased and happy with the service but they did not want any additional money! I very rarely leave reviews but do want to make sure these guys get the rightfully deserved credit. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning. read more

Once again my 110 lb dog had an upset stomach & did a major job on gold colored carpet. I cleaned it the best I could with my little green carpet clean machine but the result was a sea of dark stains with a terrible odor. I was expecting overnight guests in 3 days. I called Premier and & they came out the day before my guests arrived. Herman & Jose did an amazing job on the carpet. I couldn't believe my eyes but they removed every bit of the stain. I was very satisfied with the service. We called the same day and they were very prompt. They stuck with the original estimate even though the rooms were a bit larger than I had originally stated. They were even nice enough to clean some smaller floor rugs at no extra charge. They removed some tough floor traffic stains I didn't feel they would be able to and were extremely friendly and professional. I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone trying to clear a carpet with obnoxious stains. We plan to use a maid service managed by them in a few months. We got great service today from Premiere Carpet Service. My daughter spilled a novelty product called "Barrel O' Slime" on the berber carpeting in her bedroom, and it made some nasty oil-slick like stains. I called at 11 am on Tuesday and Arvy came the next morning. I had polite and helpful phone contact with both the receptionist and with Arvy himself. He was able to completely clean the stains from our carpet (which made my daughter even happier than her parents, because she felt so badly about it). My wife and I will be switching from Stanley Steemer and will now use Premiere next time we have our carpets cleaned. I needed carpet cleaning service same day and got it. I found Premier on Yelp and they had 4 good reviews. I called the owner at 8 AM and he was able to squeeze me in. We scheduled a time for between 5PM and 5:30 with the agreement he would give me a call a half hour ahead of time to confirm he was coming. As advertised, he called before he came and was right on time. They were a two man team that spent about 2 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms and some carpeted stairs. The price was within 10 dollars of the initial phone estimate that was based on the general information I gave him on the phone and the price went down 10, not up. The carpets are clean along with a couple of tough stains. I don't right a lot of reviews as you can see but these guys worked hard, were on time, did a great job at a fair price. read more
