With all of the shopping and the Grand Canal at The Venetian and Palazzo, restaurants open for breakfast are non existent. We were walking and looking in every corner for some place open for breakfast and found PrimeBurger. We were seated immediately, our server came right over with a big smile, took our drink order and before we could blink they were on the table. For the name, I was expecting a spectacular burger. It's an ok burger place. Cons The burger patties are pressed on the grill. That may work for a $6 diner burger with multiple patties. But this is purported as an upper scale burger place. Brioche buns were good. The Hawaii five ohhh burger was not a big burger. The 3 meat burger was pretty good. But for nearly $18 and no fries, it had better damn good. It's not. Service was good but rushed. They kept clearing our table of dishes one at a time. Good place to find a good burger & fries. They have a decent selection of appetizers bacon cheese fries are my go to. They offer several style burgers personally I like the bacon egg and cheese and the Americana. The tower of onion rings is worth a try. They offer shakes, craft beer, and several cocktails can't comment on them due to I'm driving and don't enjoy adult beverages when I'm the DD. Service is fine no complaints. When we arrived, a little before 4pm with our party of four, we were immediately greeted and seated. Our waiter, Andres was very pleasant, he broke down the menu for us and even suggested if we wait about 5 minutes to order, we could partake in the steak specials, which two of us did. The food was brought our hot and I really enjoyed the NY Strip I received. It was cooked perfectly and the sides were great. I think everyone enjoyed their food and Andres was on top of getting us drink refills and was attentive and talkative with us. At the end of our meal, we had no issue redeeming our Groupon and the transaction went smoothly. I would return. If you're looking for a good bite to eat, definitely stop into Primer Burger. They should have taken the time to layer the ingredients. They are fries with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles sprinkled on top. I believe there was supposed to be green onions as well.. but those seemed to be missing. The fries were good as I'm a sucker for Buffalo and blue cheese. I got the big scorcher burger. Honestly, I dont really recommend that one. It was very plain and lacked flavor and heat. I had barely any Siracha Mayo and had to ask for more to coat my bun because it was rather dry. They friend onions had no flavor. The jalapeños were fresh but not spicy. I love flavor and spice and this just wasn't it. The man got the pink, squeal and moo burger. He said he enjoyed it. I was not really that impressed with Primeburger. Let's start with the positives: the service was really good and the restaurant was clean. Okay, now the negatives: 1) We ordered two garden salads, a burger and Buffalo fries. Beverages: 2 beers and a soft drink for a total of $98 (ridiculous, but that's Vegas). Everything tasted pretty good, but half way through the burger, we found a long hair between the patty and the cheese. This isn't a huge surprise as no one was wearing any sort of hair protection in the kitchen. We sent the burger back, and about ten minutes later, we received another burger. I've worked in restaurants in the past... when you find a hair in your food, the least they can do is take the charge for that item off... but no, we were still charged for it. This is by far one of my favorite burger spots now and truly reasonably priced. It was a spur of the moment decision to eat here because I found a Groupon with a significant deal. Now I am truly glad I found that deal. Our waitress was absolutely amazing, and the food came out in a timely manner. The wings were made just the way we wanted them not too crispy but enough of a good crunch for traditional buffalo wings with just enough sauce coating.
