First off the food had good presentation but cold when I received my chicken and waffles. My husband was disappointed in the Sweet potato pancakes burnt overcooked on bottom. Bacon a little wimpy. I took my food home to heat up and he didn't eat but half of his pancakes if that. The only high point here nice atmosphere to watch games and $2 mimosas. I really enjoyed my first visit to Pub W with two very good friends. The restaurant has an up-beat friendly atmosphere, which made it a great place for drinks and lunch. I was very happy that they have Coors Light on the tap; I ordered a salted rim glass for my Coors light - so good. Carol ordered the chicken tenders; the three chicken tenders were lightly battered and fried a golden brown. I sampled the chicken and it was tender and tasty. Her chicken tenders came with fries and squashpuppies. Marti and I both ordered Mama's chicken casserole with grilled jalapeno slices - beautiful presentation - chipotle seasoned chicken pieces, corn, rice, black beans, chopped poblano pepper in a creamy sauce, topped with melted cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, thinly cut and fried tortilla stripes with sour cream drizzle over the casserole. My side order was the squashpuppies with jalapeno jam - The squashpuppies looks like a hushpuppy, no cornmeal, it's like biting into fried cake -delicious!!! I moved to Oklahoma City three years ago. My daughter recommended the Pub W for drinks and food. I went and now am a regular for sure. I am always greeted by my name and get excellent service. A real hometown feeling in a City. The happy hour is always the place to go. read more

We had the perfect Sunday Funday! Grant was the best server and there were three managers on the floor plus the chef/GM came out. We had the tuna ceviche which was amazing and wings and shrimp. Great place for a casual dinner out on Memorial. They even offer a happy hour during the week! This place offers ample amounts of parking and service is decent most of the time! My favorite menu item is their squashpuppies just like hushpuppies but a tad more moist and not as crunchy. These are dangerous beware, once you start you'll become addicted and want more! I really like their chicken tenders every time I've dined here. They're always perfectly battered lightly and not harsh and greasy like some places can be. My husband has enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich he said that the chicken in it is moist and fresh. Service here is decent most of the time it can get slow when they get busy which slows down your time to get your ticket and pay etc. read more

SooooOOoOoOOoo yummy! Like... WOW yummy! I absolutely LOVE the brunch mimosas! Great deal! $2 a glass or $7 for a carafe, which holds 4 glasses. I don't love breakfast food, so the rest of the brunch menu is not super interesting to me, however, they have decent prices on their regular menu items, so I've tried several of those. Most recently I had the newest item which was the lamb burger, garnished with blue cheese. VerrrRRRRrRrRRrrry tasty! Loved the generous portion of blue cheese on the burger. Cooked nicely. I asked for a side of butter lettuce, tomato and onion, so I had half of my burger with the accessories and half without. Both versions were yummers. The quality of food is good enough to not need the accessories, but sometimes it's nice to have them, just preference I suppose. I've also tried the shrimp tacos which were good, only came with two so I wish there was one more, but was a decent portion with the rice and beans. The fish & chips were delish! Not too heavy and nicely battered. The service is always friendly & prompt so that is a great characteristic to have in ensuring I will come back! Love the ambiance. Super cute, kinda rustic with a neat, clean feel. I like that it's not too bright but also not too dimly lit. Just enough to give it a more elegant feel, but still can see everything. After a very long day on the road from Chicago, we lucked into this great restaurant. Our server, Elizabeth, was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions. Every item we ordered was better than we expected. The decor is a bit odd, and there are many screens which can be a bit distracting, but the beer, the food and the people are outstanding! the Buffalo Brussels sprouts and the flourless chocolate cake were delicious bookends to a great meal. This is not a pub. This is a sports bar. It was loud, had so many TV's that they were hanging almost on top of each other and lacked anything remotely resembling atmosphere. Pub w is basically a lesser version of Charleston's and a better version of the garage. It has an identity crisis going on. The food is just ok and the service wasn't very good. Went back to PubW (South May) this week for lunch. My coworkers and I were seated quickly and drinks were presented speedily was well. Our order was taken promptly, but that where any semblance of speed ended. It took so excessively long time for our food to get out to us, to the point where a couple in our party were considering bailing out so that they wouldn't be late for a post-lunch meeting they had scheduled. I love love love this place. First off the atmosphere is cool and fairly quiet even on game days. The food has been great everytime I've been and I come here quite often alone. Pricing is average given that you get quite a bit of food. The drinks are plentiful. Plenty of selections to choose from. We came on a Saturday morning and it wasn't busy at all which we were grateful for. This was a second choice and a new one at that! We got the squash puppies and holy you know what they were deeeeelish! The jalapeño jam is incredible and the honey butter is tasty as well! For brunch I had the big country breakfast with home style potatoes. Super tasty. I'm a fiend for biscuits and gravy and these were worthy of my tastebuds.
