Great bar Banter from Hailey et Al. Good music, excellent happy hour special. As always I sat at the bar, and received Best Service. Food, especially the Green Chili Fries, were heavenly and during Happy hour -$3 off the normally outrageous price!

Good spot, in the heart of Dillion. The burgers are massive, wings are solid and nice beer selection.

    Burnt steak sub

My husband and I decided to do takeout from pugs. We are locals-live here. I got a steak sub with beer cheese & salad. Salad is ok, but the steak sub is so overcooked it's actually burnt. Husband said they weren't busy so there's no excuse. The beer cheese has the consistency of water. Horrible! I work at a restaurant and I can't imagine my place sending food out like this. Will not eat at pugs again. Had the same thing last time too. Thought I'd give it another chance and I got burned again.

We have been coming to Keystone for over 20 years and Pug Ryan's has always been a staple. Today, very disappointing. Very very rundown there were 2 to 4 patrons in the restaurant. Normally the outside is flooding with people and dogs. The grass was dead. The wood deck was chipped. The lady at the entrance did not smile or welcome us, gave us a nasty look, did not say hi, or, have a good day or anything. I will never go back.

    Meatball sub. $20.

Mind you this is not a full review of coming in and enjoying dinner. I simply picked up a meatball sub to go and brought it back to my hotel room to eat. The sandwich pictured looks far better than it actually was. Meatballs were overcooked, and the flavor bland. For a $20 price tag your better off heading to the Subway sandwich shop for much higher quality at half the price. This place seems more like a local watering hole then catering to the tourist. Like I said, this was an in and out kind of experience. Should have gone to Scrappy's next door to my hotel.

    Pug Ryan's Dunkel beer!

If memory serves I was at Pug Ryans many years ago but getting an updated experience of their beer I felt was necessary. For Pug Ryans Steve and I both had their version of the Dunkel beer. Not a bad dark lager at all. Flavorful and fun to drink my first impression also says that this is a very popular beer with customers!

Cool vibe! Parking was easy, friendly hostess. We got the Sheppard's Pie and it was perfect for a cool day.

He recommended a real banger for a beverage in the Brewmaster's Stash, also the brewery mustard for my burger. I'd recommend this location to my friends and family. Enjoy!

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.

There was absolutely no way we were driving past the Frisco exit without pulling off. Outer Range is our ultimate mountain pit stop. They have an awesome location with a stunning modern build and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. It is wild to think that we just visited their sister location in the French Alps during our recent European travels. The fact that they can maintain total excellence across two different continents is unreal. The two spots are completely equal, and the Colorado taproom continues to prove why they are world-class. The beers were spectacular as always. We started out with a couple of pints of their New England-style juice. In the Steep is a masterclass in the style with a beautiful, pillowy mouthfeel and heavy tropical notes. Sun in the Clouds was just as impressive. It delivers those bright citrus flavors without the aggressive hop bitterness. I even noticed Cross Flow on the tap list, which is a fresh, hazy collaboration they just put out with Casey Brewing. Before packing back into the truck, we made sure to grab a new metal tacker to hang up in the garage. We also snagged a four-pack of Lil John Wayne. The can art is easily the funniest label on the shelf, but the actual beer is a solid ten out of ten. To fuel the final stretch of the drive home, we ordered from Bird Craft right inside the brewery. They do not cut corners here. They are frying up full wings, including the drummies and the flippers, and they will toss them in any of their house sauces for an incredible snack. The skin stays remarkably crispy even under a thick coat of sauce, and the meat stays perfectly juicy. It is exactly the kind of savory comfort food you need after a long road trip. Every single time we stop by this place, they manage to completely knock it out of the park.

They have a "Thai-ish" fried chicken spot as their food vendor, which is pretty good. Their pork belly fried rice and bird bowl was also good. Drink beer and pet dogs is a very fitting slogan for this place. Wanting to try some different beers tonight, we had quite the flight: 1 - American Dream Cream Ale 2 - Irish Red 3 - Mexican Lager 4 - Ginger Pale Ale 5 - Fruit Ninja Blonde 8 - Lostoberfest Marzen 10 - Mangy Moose Spruce Tip Pale Ale My two favorites were the Cream Ale and the Marzen. Following the flight, I enjoyed a pint of the Cream Ale. My wife liked the Marzen and the Mangy Moose the best, and she enjoyed two pints of the Marzen. Employees and customers are all very friendly. We fell in love with their original location years ago. Their beer is fantastic. The service and atmosphere, though, is what keeps us coming back. The Broken Compass team works at both locations. Claire was our favorite team member but everyone on the team does a great job at inviting you to feel welcome. They're amazing. My favorite beer is their coconut porter. It has a hint of fresh coconut and is a lighter side of porter, not too syrupy. It's well balanced and might I dare say--it's perfect. That said, I haven't had a beer here that I didn't like. They have a great layout at the original location, though you wouldn't think it being in a commercial warehouse. There's a big garage door that opens in the back to outdoor seating. There's this amazing mural in the back of the building. The crowd there all seem to know each other which I am amazed at each time we visit. It's a more local vibe at the original location than the more touristy accessible location on Main Street. The original location has a super cozy vibe, lots of board games (or bring your own). It's a great place to hangout for a few hours. They also have a shuttle that takes patrons back to Main Street. Just call or ask the crew for more details. Again, favorite brewery in Breck. Was greeted promptly upon entering and directed to the bar to place a to go order. I had limited time because had to catch a bus. The ambiance was fun with TV screens around to watch various sporting events. I was watching A&M get beat by Miami while waiting for my food order to be prepared. They have the silver brewery tanks where they brew their beer on site behind the bar area. They had a bunch of unique brews but I am not a beer person. I found a seat at the bar and the bartender came to take my order. I mentioned that I was on a time crunch with having to catch the bus in approximately 35 minutes and just wanted to check to see if the kitchen could accommodate my schedule. I was a bit taken aback when he responded that he couldn't guarantee anything and the electricity could go out.... So I was going to pass on ordering, but then he said we better get my order in then. So I put in an order for fish and chips. Then he said the kitchen should not have a problem accommodating that time window. He brought me some water and I enjoyed watching the football game while I waited for my to-go order. The food was ready in plenty of time for me to make it to the bus stop. It was packed nicely and came in a paper bag. I was able to enjoy it at the bus stop. Fish and Chips with Avalanche Ale battered white fish, fries, tartar. The fish has a nice batter but was a bit bland and could have used more salt or other seasoning. It really needed the tartar sauce to complete the flavor profile. The fries were light and crispy. Overall the food was what I would expect from a brewery. Nice place to go in breck to enjoy beer and food while watching a sporting event.

There were limited things on the menu available, so much so I ended up having a White Russian, Laura had tea, and Ben only ordered 1 beer. Oddly enough, the table next to us had a father/son come in together and they were also looking for the Elk burger and when they learned it wasn't available, just got up and left. I am going to suggest that if it was a permanent removal that they put it back on the menu. There isn't much parking in their lot, maybe 8-10 spaces so walking from the parking areas is most likely you're only chance as the areas around this brewery are homes. We still like their beers but will try other locations or go back to the Littleton location.

The rest of us had the NY Strip. I'd say it was good, but not great--though I did appreciate the blackened seasoning and the chimichurri. The grilled asparagus, however, was simply fantastic.
