I called, they came, and the shit-show began! The service tech although appearing to be nice, actually just gave me really poor service at every level! I had 3 TV's hung...and all 3 needed to be re-hung because they were not centered on the wall, which created double the number of holes on each wall (aka more damage). It was also a huge waste of his time, my time, and PULS time. To cap things off he overcharged me...to the point that I had to file a Claim with my Bank! This had potential but they really try to screw you at bill time, and they don't allow you to see an itemized bill until you pay...then its too late, and you have to dispute the claim with your bank. This is a convenient way to be defrauded in the end...really B.S. BTW, the original quote was $79 on FB, by the time all is said and done...this shit was $210-$225 per TV, and the tried to get me for another $100, for in-wall concealment...in a "pre-existing" in-wall pipe. I told dude "FUCKS NO...this is not a Brothel, there are limits!!! I am NOT paying $350...to mount a $225 Brand New TV from Amazon!" read more

UPDATE- Screen doesn't work. Husband called today because he's been working. Now we have to fill out a form to have the screen replaced once again IF APPROVED!!! And wait till they decide to have it fixed. I have read other post were they had to have the screen replaced again. He even explained to them that he can't even answer his phone at times and there is a pixel that lights up in the middle when you press the bottom of the screen. Was happy till now! Then finally they rescheduled for the next morning only to call me the next day and say they couldn't get anyone out and I'd have to reschedule for next week. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with cell savers. It was so easy to set up an appointment online and they confirmed my appointment within a couple of hours. They had availability the same day and came to my house in the evening at 7:00pm. The technician I had was Robert. He was very nice and he fixed my screen in about 30 minutes. I was informed that I had a lifetime warranty. If anything were to go wrong they would come replace it. The next day I received a text from their customer service asking about my experience. UPDATE #2: They sent a different technician the very next day to my work who replaced the screen again in less than 20 minutes with no extra cost. My phone is working perfectly now! UPDATE#1: Just noticed the new screen he put on my phone has a little dot that "shines" brighter than the rest of the screen. It's almost unnoticeable, although you can really see it when the background is white (Instagram for example). Contacted customer service and they asked me to fill out a warranty form online explaining what happened and they will get back to me within 24 hours. Will wait and update here. I was at a pool party on Saturday for 4th of July when one of my friends dropped my phone and completely destroyed the screen. I am very careful with my stuff and had never broken an iPhone before, so having to look at it broken was unbearable to me. Apple Store didn't have any slots available for the next 3 days, so I googled "iPhone screen repair Houston" and found this website. The tech was there in less than 2 hours, fixed my phone in his car in 15 minutes! He even told me to go back to the pool party and that he would honk his horn when the service was done - amazing. We unfortunately hired Puls to repair our 6 year old LG gas dryer on July 14, 2019. It is now July 25, 2019 and our dryer is still not repaired. We have gotten the run around from the sub-contractor that Puls hired to fix the dryer. There is a complete miscommunication between Puls, their customer and the sub-contractor they hired for our job. We're into them $87.00 for their diagnosis fee which is non refundable but taken off the bill when the repair is complete whenever that occurs. DO NOT USE PULS FOR appliance repair. I scheduled an appointment for 8 AM; the website says that it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. The technician was there until 10:30! After he was finished, he realized that he used an iPhone 6 template & I have an iPhone 7 Plus. So of course, there were some mess ups. He broke the cable that allows me to hear people on the phone without having them on speaker. After the admitted his faults, I played with my screen a little bit & it started to glitch a lot. After I got to work around 11:00, I could barely touch my screen, things were opening on their own, it was all just annoying. Around 6:30, i had to go and let another company repair it & thank God, they knew what they were doing. I spent $230 on that horrible service & have requested for a refund. Electrical tech did not correctly connect fan. Did a terrible job hanging fan. Worst service for electrical work. Just wanted a fan hung. 4 hours later. No bueno. Marcel -terrible. I don't usually write bad reviews but people need to know. Tech did not turn power off before starting work. Breaker tripped twice during install likely causing damage to switch and fan. Said it didn't matter because the switch he removed was in off position. How hard is it to connect the green wires, white wires and black wires. The switch did have wireless speed controls but wired on/off controls. He would not initially read fan instructions. Said he was the only electrical guy at Puls after I asked him to call for backup. See pics for crappy ceiling and fan blade install. I have received no calls from anyone at Puls and I had to pay for this work. Figured I would since he was there for 4 hours and did get it hung. I will need to call another electrician to inspect and correct. If I am over reacting and the next tech validates what Marcel did, I will issue an apology but not for the crappy finish work. They were able to fix my refrigerator in about 5 minutes. It didn't take any parts and very little effort on their part. Instead of charging something fair, they charged $226 which includes a $79 diagnostic fee. Their billing is very suspect with no explanation. I called them and they provided no reasoning to their bill. If I could give them zero stars or negative stars, I would. I won't use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Called Puls this morning (Sunday)to see if they could get someone here to repair my ailing refrigerator. I was told that a technician would come between 1 and 2pm. I finally called about 4pm to see if the tech was on his way. Was transferred to their technical support department who informed me that there was no tech available today and I would have to be rescheduled for tomorrow. No call or text to let me know. In the meantime everything in the freezer compartment was melting and it was too late to try to get help elsewhere, on top of wasting 3 hours of my time waiting. I would not recommend this company. Great service, I dropped my cell and severely cracked my iPhone 6 screen on the way to my gym. After my workout I googled several phone fix companies, almost all of which priced in the $120-$150 range and I would have to go to their location. Cell savers was the only company who was able to come to me that day, fix my phone screen while I was working, and for a good price $109, the tech was great, he showed up a few min early, did all the phone testing, and replaced the screen all in about 10 min. **DO NOT USE THIS PLACE** Truly the biggest disaster and worse customer service experience I have ever had. We had their "Technician" Mathias come to our house on Friday, May 13th for a problem I was having with our refrigerator ice maker. I am not exaggerating, this "technician" took one look inside my refrigerator where water was leaking from the ice maker and told me I "need a new ice maker" that would be $543. No testing. Didn't even bring out a tool. I made the mistake of paying their service fee because the guy was literally at my house for 15 minutes. I went online when he left and found the exact problem with my ice maker which was a partially clogged water line due to hard water deposits. I cleaned the line and chipped away the ice buildup. Ice maker is working perfectly now. I have requested my money back multiple times as their "technician" did absolutely nothing other than try to maximize the amount he could bill me by saying I needed a full replacement. We got an email back with a blatant lie saying "our technician performed a full diagnositic test" and they would not give me a refund. Also, when you call "customer service" good luck, you are speaking to someone in Mumbai that you can't understand. Amazing service! My stepson broke his iPhone 5s screen and it's not insured anymore so I found these guys via google and tried them out. I filled out the form online and within 10 minutes someone called and the guy was at my door within 30 minutes after that. Amazing. He was very nice and informative.
