This was a really easy process! You can text to make your (at home) appointment, and then they text you when they're on the way. All you have to do is be home, and give up your phone for 15 minutes. It looks better than new afterwards! Before returning your phone, they test all the buttons and the camera, and then you're good to go. No need to even turn off your phone or back up your data. The first time the technician arrived, 1/10, he arrived a whole hour earlier than originally scheduled without a courtesy call. I just got a text message from the company saying he was en route. So, I had to leave work early to catch him. He found the issue which was great and ordered the parts while with me. The Second Appointment for the repair the Tech was a no-call no-show on two days, 1/15 & 1/17. I had to call the service company to find out what was happening with my appointment. Found out an hour after my scheduled appointment on 1/15 that he got the wrong parts. Fair enough stuff like that happens. But it was the fact that he did not give a courtesy call to inform me of the issue. That I wasted my whole Saturday on a tech that wasn't going to show up. Found out he rescheduled the appointment to Monday 1/17, without asking. Monday's appointment I had to again leave work early to meet him, got the text saying he was en route after our scheduled time. Two hours passed and he still did not show. Called the service company to cancel as this was highly unprofessional and have been left in the dark two times now. I would not and will not trust someone to come fix my issue that can't even call or bother to show up. The company tried to right the situation by having him come out at 7 at night and offered a discount, but I refused to have him come that late. They tried to tell me that he might have gotten stuck in traffic. Well, that would have been a decent excuse if they didn't have a tracker for your service technician in their app. One minute the app said he was 15 minutes away (an hour after he was supposed to be doing the repair) at some hardware store. After that time passed, I checked the app again to see his ETA, it then said he was 36 minutes away. Seemed like he just forgot he had a job to do in my opinion. I asked for a refund as this was ridiculous and services were not rendered. I was told that they could not give me a refund, as the technician bought the parts with his own money, that's not my problem if he bought the parts out of his own pocket. I told him if that was the case tell him to return the parts. They said that they couldn't do that. I didn't care that I wasn't going to get the service call fee of $89 back from my original appointment I just wanted the 15% deposit that I had to pay for the parts. This experience was horrible I will not be using this company again. read more

Called Puls to repair my LG washing machine last Saturday. The tech arrived within the slotted time. He looked at the machine and without taking apart the control panel. He determined the "control board" was bad. He said he would pick up the part and return the following day. The following day no word from the tech. I called Puls and inquired when the tech would return to complete the repair. Later that day the tech called and advised he could not order the part because he forgot to charge me for the home visit. Once I made payment he said he would place the order and return within a day or two. The following day, I received a email from Puls advising a new appointment was scheduled (05-18-19) to complete the repair. Later in the day the tech sent me a text message advising the part would not be available until Saturday 05-25-2019. He further advised there was poor communication between field techs and parts department. I am not impressed with Puls business model. In my opinion their customer service is unsatisfactory. I am waiting for a call back from Puls management team to discuss this matter further. In the future, I will only use factory authorized repair service companies to handle home repairs. To Puls credit, I received a prompt call back from a Puls management rep. We discussed the issue and came to a quick resolution. read more

Good job at a fair price. Tech came to our house around 7 p.m. to fix my iPad mini screen that was positively splintered into a million pieces. Note to self: scissors beats paper, paper beats rock, rock beats scissors and the holy #@$!# out of iPad. He replaced the screen with two different ones from his kit, but after testing each, he said neither seemed to be responding/working quite right and he'd like to either take it to the shop overnight to try another screen or he could return the next day with more spare screens (but his only appointment available would be late evening). I reluctantly let him take it in to the shop; he retuned my precious iPad by 1 p.m. the next day and it is now looking and working fine (1 month later and still no complaints). Because I was so disappointed he couldn't fix it the same day, he delivered it with a free protective case. Yay! Also in case I decided to throw it against a rock again. Cute. Service was great. Tech was awesome; verified everything worked. Showed up on time. Called or texted before coming out each time. Note that the standard replacement screen used is not OEM, it's after-market. Not a big deal to me, but you do see some light variation lines on the screen when it's a dark background. Shouldn't matter to most folks unless you're using the screen for photo work or fine details, but if that's the case, you're probably not using an iPad mini! read more

I was skeptical...they come to me and fix my phone for the same price (or less) than others? And the same day? Well let me tell you, they did all that and more. This morning I looked on Groupon to find a deal on getting my iPhone 6 screen fixed. I found a company called CellSaver. I was able to get an appointment this afternoon (could have been sooner, they say sometimes in 30 minutes). They texted me to confirm the appointment, texted me to say they were on the way, and called to say he might be a few minutes late (he wasn't after all.). He was a super nice, friendly man who offered to let my son see the inside of the phone and watch him fix it. He had us perform a test on all the functions before he left and the work is lifetime guaranteed (most others were 30-90 days). I was super impressed with this whole experience. read more

They did a great job when they came out. We're fast and efficient. The phone looks great. Would definitely recommend I took off a star for 2 reasons: 1) they text you that they received your appointment and that they will let you know when it's confirmed. Then they email you that you need to confirm. Once they start communicating through text, I assume that they were going to continue communicating through text. I didn't realize it was going to have to check my email. 2) tempered glass was $10 extra. But they can't charge it to a credit card. They only told me this after I had agreed to have it put on. Most people I know don't carry around cash. So then I had to go and ask the people I work with, if anyone had $10 on them because I had to pay the phone guy. I've continued to use their services over the last year and I absolutely love how convenient they are. The fact that they come to you: your work or home address with date/time you choose is just incredible!! All the technicians are friendly and professional. Saed has helped me out a couple of times and he even remembered me! Haha (Not a good thing breaking my screen again, but glad they're super nice and always there to help!) They'll even send you updates via text to let you know they're on their way and it gives you a more accurate time on when to expect them. I wish I would've know about them sooner. After spending so much time going to places and dropping off my phone or waiting an hour+ for them to fix it, I could've been doing so much more with my time. Unfortunately there is not a ZERO star as an option, this is the MOST horrible customer service exp I have ever encountered with, I left my son's phone w Navid on Friday he promised to call me in 3 hrs w the diagnostic (by the way he said would be $39); he never called me, then on the following day I called them; another man answered their phone, he said some one will be reaching out to me in 2 hrs, again I waited and waited and no one called, then I called them back and spoke to a lady who actually crown herself w the title of the "biggest liar ever", this woman said that the phone will be done on the following day, their findings were: battery needed to be replaced and the software needed to be updated total cost $100.00; I was fine with that and just wanted to get over with it. I then advice the woman, go ahead and fix it please, again this woman said some one will be calling me w instructions to pick up my phone (Sunday); no one call me, again, then on Monday I called them just to be told that they can't fix the phone because it has software issues and the magical technician has to be involved in this repair, I must wait for the following day for him to call me by 10am with an update on when to pick up the phone, again I waited and they never called, then on Tuesday no one called me, then today I called them again, in the morning, just to be told that there were unable to fixed the phone AGAIN... I just went to their store to p/u my phone and now the same guy (Navid) who I gave my phone told me that they didn't fixed the phone because I called them too many times... and they don't like to work with pressure... I choked on my reply... it would've been easier to explain that they only like to pretend to repair phones, these people may be good ripping people off by replacing and overcharging for batteries and screens replacements, they are clueless about technical issues and they pretend to be smart, they LIED to me not only once or twice, they did so many times that I cant keep up w/.. they don't understand customer service, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you like to be taken advantage or fooled by them... TERRIBLE PLACE THEY HORRIBLE LIARS, I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication... Since Friday morning I left my phone w them and today Wednesday night I got the damaged phone back, so I wasted 5 days thinking that these people would help us... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE... My Battery went bad on my iPhone. I looked at the pricing to have it repaired at the Apple Store and it was way too expensive. So I did a search and found cell savers. Their website quoted a reasonable price, that included them coming to my location and fix it. So I clicked purchase, within an hour they were there. The tech was nice and knowledgeable. Ive used this service twice and will not be a return customer once my stove is fixed. They come out quick to diagnose the issue but getting the parts is the real problem. It took 3 weeks for an oven door to come after I was promised it would only take 3 days. They l the oven still didn't work so I had them come back out and it wad the igniter, the tech said 2 days, it's been 6 days and they scheduled the appointment. Im thinking it came, great. The technichian Johnathan was a no call no show. After I called twice, they were finally able to reach him, only for him to tell them the part hadn't came. He was supposed to have called for any changes or updates and that didn't happen. They reset the appointment not knowing If the part will come for tomorrow either. Let's see how this works out. I just hope I don't have 6 rescheduled appointments like last time because they have no central parts place they order from. Amazing service. I live in Kingwood and work long hours so I was looking up the store hours for cell phone repair shops in the area to fix my iphone 6 plus screen. The CellSavers ad came up first and although it sounded too good to be true, I went ahead and filled out the form online around 10am. They advertise a 1 hour turnaround or you can also schedule them to meet you anywhere (home, coffee shop, etc) at a certain time. I chose noon at my workplace but I didn't expect an immediate response from them. I was pleasantly surprised because within 15 minutes of scheduling online, I received a call from a very polite lady who explained that the tech could not be at my office until 1. She wanted me to have the opportunity to cancel if the time frame wouldn't work for me. It was perfectly ok for me. I didn't expect immediate service, plus it sure beats having to go somewhere after work and wait around for someone. A tech arrived right on time - he even called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was well dressed, smiling, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my phone screen within 10 minutes right in front of me at my workplace. He even made sure that my bill was correct as he noticed that I had chosen a screen repair and another service that didn't need to be repaired. My payment was made quick and easy by debit via his cell phone and I was e-mailed a receipt immediately. Cost was reasonable and comparable to other places. I completely ruined my screen when my phone fell off the dryer. I needed to get it fixed, but didn't want to deal with driving somewhere and searching for good prices/reliable companies.
