For more than 15 years, Keystone has helped me keep my home pest-free. Every other month they spray for ants and fleas (for the dog). We had a major ant problem going on in one of the bathrooms they were driving my wife crazy. I tried everything to get rid of them but they kept coming like a bunch of hungry unwanted relatives to a holiday feast. Finally, I did some research and found Keystone Pest Control. They sent out one of there technicians, a guy named Tim, and he did his best to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, the ants kept coming so I called Keystone back and they were just as nice as the first time I called them, they asked me what a good time would be for them to send Tim back and before I knew it, he was there. This time he tried a different method and even did a full spray around the exterior of the house. Ants are gone, my wife is happy and as a matter of fact I haven't seen a bug around here in a long time. I highly recommend Keystone to anyone with a bug problem, good service is hard to find these days, to Keystone, it seems anything less then great service is unacceptable. Fast and friendly service!! I was having a problem with bumblebees that had decided to live underground in my backyard and I was preparing for a big party coming up. They came out right away and sprayed but the problem was apparently bigger than first thought. They came out three days later after I called again - they did a little digging and sprayed again. The bees left for a little while but eventually returned so I called again and they came out a third time three days later. It looks as if the 3rd time was a charm! These guys were very professional and take a lot of pride in their work. David, James and Torre(?) all contributed to getting rid of the bee problem. The receptionist, Dawn, was very friendly and really listened to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of as soon as possible. She even called back to ask how things were going and to make sure the bees were gone for good. I only paid the first time they came, as they have a 30-day guarantee. In previous years we had a lot of spiders on our property and were constantly fighting to keep them away. We started using Keystone twice a year, and have never had a problem since. They come out and spray the whole yard and garage and the problem is resolved. By spraying the yard/garage, the house stays clear of them, as well. Love these guys! Very professional. read more

My review for Keystone and its wonderful and thorough service is way overdue. I contacted Keystone many months ago, and I remember it was still raining in my area (Castro Valley), so you can tell how overdue my review is. Mario and Joe came out for an estimate appointment because I thought that I had a rodent problem at home. Mario did a very thorough investigation on the roof, in the attic and in the crawlspace areas, and Mario determined that there was no rat or mouse issues. Instead, I have a raccoon problem after Mario found paw prints all over my foundation. I understand that Keystone does not handle raccoons, so no further work was needed. Mario recommended me to consult with Vector Control. I am very impressed that not only did they do a detailed check on the house, but Mario and Joe also helped me sealed off a couple of the areas in prevention of any possible entry of "small animals." I can't ask for better service than what they have given me, and I will for sure turn back to Keystone Pest Control if I am "unlucky" enough to have any further pest issues. Thanks, Mario and Joe. I recently moved into a house and just realized there was a pest problem. I have called several pest control companies and not one of them was helpful, most of them were very expensive and wanted you to sign a one year contract. I called Keystone pest control and spoke with Dawn and Steve, they were both very friendly and helpful. They gave me a great deal on their services and ensured me that they would rid of my pest problem. They made everything easy and we are happy with the whole process. We got a quote from terminex for our Yellow Jacket problem and they asked for arm and leg. Spoke with Dawn on Thursday and she is so AWESOME!! I called to schedule an appointment for an ant treatment. I let her know that another company hired by our HOA had treated the outside less than a month prior but I was still seeing ants within my unit and I wanted to treat inside. She advised that it shouldn't be necessary given the treatment should be preventing the ants from coming in. She advised me to go back to the previous company to see if they could help me by either respraying or offering to treat the inside for a discount. When I was met by rude behavior from the other company I called Dawn back as I refused to work with a company that displayed such terrible customer service. Not only did Dawn set me up with an appoint for the next day, which the other company could not but Dawn also offered to discount my service as she felt bad that I was having to spend money for something that should have been taken care of by the other company. I don't know if it is too soon but i am happy to say that I haven't seen evidence of ants occupying my home. Thanks Dawn for your great customer service. read more

let me start out by saying it was a living hell with the rats and mice that multiply in our home..it should have been a thriller movie at the theater..4 months of scraching in the walls .inthe garage the hoses from our washing machine had been eaten up 3 times,and insurance would not cover this,or the warranty from sears either,because it was so called an animal that destroyed the hoses they were rats rats and more.they destroyed our garage sensor that opened the garage,more money out of pocket to fix the stuff that was happening in our home..my car was kept in the garage also they were nesting in my engine and chewing the wires.i was losing alot of sleep over this infestiation of rodents,so i called a place that i dealt with a 2yrs ago.and they kept putting me off.after calling the county and several other places ..i reach out to this co called pest pros,the first team that came over assured me that the problem would besolve but it would take time,they patch holes all over santize my attic put knew instalaution in,and was calling daily and saying there still here pls get them out,finally jose mauillo came out and had started all over again, boy did we start seeing a difference he was coming every other day,and calling to make sure we were seeing less and less of these rats,this co will work with you richard one of the supervisor,was great also..he heard me at my worse.thanks too, ryan who also did a good job.and all were very caring and excellent to work with..jose,and ryan you are a asset to your co.sandy s read more
