I had two spots leaking under the vanity sink. Chhristopher decided that the valves and the faucet needed to be replaced. He was quick when doing the replacement. I had no doubt that he had done this many many times. The only trouble was the faucet. My mirro/cabinet was hung a bit too low on the wall and interfering with the new faucet. Christopher went out twice to get just the right faucet. I think he probably had to skip the barbecue he had told me about earlier. Our gas water heated busted and flooded our garage. I called 5 different plumbers on Sat AM and I found the little gem Chris Fernandes. He respond immediately. His quote was the second least expensive and was off by just a bit. I chose him due to his honesty with me on the phone and I wanted to help a smal business out. Before he arrived he asked me to send pics of my heater closet, the current heater, and the certificate on my existing water heater. I gave him the brand and the capacity of the water heater that I wanted installed. He came on time with the Bradford White water heater as promised. He did a fantastic job at removing the old water heater and installing the new Bradford White gas heater. Since it was taller than the older one, he had to make a few modifications to the existing water intake and exit lines. He was thorough, friendly, and honest. He checked for leaks, pressure, and made sure I was 100% satsified. He haluled the old heater, cleaned up the leftovers, and gave me a 1 year labor waranty and a 6 year heater warranty. Some only give you a 90 day warranty. I would reccomend him in a heartbeat. I got value for money, but most importantly, I got good service and a great job done on time. read more

Chris Fernandez is not trust worthy. I called him to get estimate for replacing a small section of pipe that is corroded. He went into crawl space and told me that the pipes going to explode anytime and said he will replace all galvanized pipe accessible from crawl space(raisers in walls excluding) withh copper pipe and along with it he will replace all iron drain pipes with abs plastic pipes. He said other companies will charge 24000 - 30000 and he only charges 9500. I agreed and he spent in the house 3 days added additional 1500 saying a raiser broke which is extraand told he complete work. After tenants moved they reported that there is no water pressure in the shower when other shower in use. I called him and said it is because pipes are old. I called another company and they checked and found that only a small piece of pipe was replaced with copper ans there is lot of corroded pipes are not touched. I called him and asked about lie. He first threatened that he will put a lien against the house, I don't know for what. He later agreed to come back to do the remaining work. But he called me a told that he has lung cancer( he is only 26) and after clearing he will do the work. It 2 months since he said that and now he says some one stole his van and tools. I ended up paying another 19500 to some other company for repiping whole house including main line. This guy is fraud, con artist. The pictures show after his work. read more
