I truly enjoy Sharetea, the location is extremely convenient for students as its right down the street from the University of San Diego. Sharetea provides a great laid back study environment and not to mention the free wifi! Returned here after a couple months to give it another try; I truly appreciate the owner responding to my review! Once again though, I am not impressed. My girlfriend's coffee milk tea with boba tastes somewhat like seaweed, and my honey milk tea is similar. The clerk (I didn't catch his name, but he reminded me of a tall jimmy neutron?) seemed pretty angsty, and non social. The boba pearls are softer than last time I visited though, so props on that! read more

Cant believe they dont take phone order or bother to turn on the light in the store close to noon on a weekday. I almost trip over something going to the restroom cuz it got ZERO LIGHT ON. Seriously?! Getting a Grapefruit Green Tea, ask for half sugar but its sweeter than other normal order drink I get elsewhere...?! I been to sharetea at other location (some oversea) yet never encounter such issue, maybe since its closer to USD so they just don't give a damn. Aside from the great customer service as well as the peaceful atmosphere, Sharetea USD is very clean with great music. This is the best boba in SD hands down. This place has pretty good drinks! It definitely does not taste like the boba that's made from just syrup (aka tapex). The interior isn't too big but it doesn't seem to get too crowded or loud so it's the perfect study spot. The workers I've had there have been really pleasant as well. read more

Their drinks are so good! My favorite is the Mango and Passion fruit green tea. You can customize the drink's sweetness and ice level and I was told that they use real fruit jam in their fruit teas so it's already sweet on its own. I get mine with 0% sugar and it's the perfect sweetness for me. The boba here is really chewy and the perfect amount of softness. It's one of the best in SD imo. read more

I go here for my favorite cookies and creme boba drink. Parking can be an issue but if your patient, a spot will open up. Come here at the right time of day and the line will not be too long.The service is great and fast and if I'm ever in an experimental mood the workers will help recommend me a cool drink to try.
