When I first walked in I noticed that the dining area was very clean and organized. I was greeted by a woman at the front who was working the drive thru as well as the registers at the same time. I waited a few seconds then while she finished up another order. She took my order with no problem and I went to get my drink. While I was at the drink fountain the cashier turns around and starts talking crap about the last drive thru customer who apparently asked for their coffee in a way that they couldn't accommodate. She loudly said "I told her we don't do that here, this isn't McDonald's." She went on and on to complain about this scandalous coffee order to the cooks behind her. She also answered a phone very loudly saying something like "What!? Are you kidding me!? I'm tired of this shit!" She seems to have a lot of drama in her life I guess. I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips with fries, food was great and seasoned very well. Chicken was a little dry but it's to be expected. The pricing for the chicken strip meals seems confusing on the menu since there is like 4 prices listed. Living in riverside I've came to this spot for years and it's a 4/5 for me, I enjoy the fast service the fresh food it's perfect for any craving you could imagine, it can be pricey at times but for the location i think this spot is a great go to for anyone in the area ! It'd be a 5 star if they had different meat for their burgers as it's the one downfall I have of the place, it's personal preference but on top of that they can get some orders wrong at times and it's frustrating when they're lines can be so long. I've came here a few times to get breakfast and lunch in a separate time. The food is good. The service on the other hand was questionable. But I've had 2 bad experiences from here. The first time I bought from DoorDash and they don't complete your order. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and that was never sent with the driver. Ok, Not big of deal but it was kinda annoying. Second time, I went through the drive throu and the ignorance was very frustrating. I asked for 3 breakfast burritos and the girl said to pull up to the window. As I pull up , There was some dude with the headset and was acting all dumb like he didn't know what was going on. They only gave me 1 burrito when I had asked for 3. We went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 hamburgers, extra crispy fries, and an order of Carne asada fries. It's totally my fault for NOT checking my bag before leaving. I got home, and all I received was the Carne asada fries. I called, and the guy I spoke to remembered me, and he asked if I was the one who just came through the drive thru and asked for extra ranch. A solid go to when I want fast and frugal. The $5 burger box is a really great value. It's a regular burger well dressed and tastes like it was grilled on the backyard bbq. A mess of fries seasoned and sturdy. Two chicken strips that are much larger than any fast food strips around and also well seasoned. I get the honey mustard instead of ranch to dip them in. In fact I'd rather have these than kfc. I usually upgrade to the zucchini strips that are crispy and salted right. The breading stays on. Their beef taquitos $5 are generously filled with shredded beef and hand rolled in a light and crispy fried tortilla. I like the guacamole it comes with but it would be better if they added a bit more. With 3 hardy taquitos you run out of the guac quickly. I didn't like the tacos in the $5 taco box.
