This place is full of flavor with still using such natural ingredients! I was able to come here with a good amount of people which allowed me to try a little of almost everything! The two fries we tried were so good, I mean you can't go wrong with fries The edamame wontons were one of my favorites throughout the meal! Definitely something different. Out of the many bowls we ordered, my favorite was the ahi poke, personally I thought it had a stronger lemon flavor than anticipated but I love lemon... So that wasn't a problem for me. But it was sooo good!! As for the drink menu, I got the iced white coconut tea? I think that's what it's called. It came with boba. I love a good iced tea with boba, this definitely met my standards! This is a perfect place for both a vegan or someone who is eats meat. I ordered the roasted veggie bowl with ancient grains and black beans for $11. Delicious. My husband ordered the la Bamba with chicken and white rice for $10. Also delicious. This is a small place with few indoor tables but there are several long communal tables if you don't mind sharing the table. There are about four outdoor tables too. This is a very clean place and it is obvious they care about the food they are preparing. There is one none gender restroom outside. You need to ask for the code. I can see this becoming my go to place when I'm around Hermosa Beach. Highly recommend you try this place. read more

Healthy, delicious food. Great variety of dishes from Cuban, to Thai, to Mediterranean. A little bit of everything, but done well! Between me and my bf, we've tried the Shrimp Curry, the Cubano sandwich and bowl, El Koreano bowl, the carnitas tacos, the rabano fries, and the chicken kabob. All really yummy. We love this place, the food is always so fresh and healthy and just downright yummy! I've had their boba teas also and while not the best boba that I've had, they are still pretty good. The staff is friendly and helpful and able to make adjustments to the meal if you don't want certain items or spicy sauce. We actually go here quite often, and our favorite bowl is the pork belly knockout (so delicious!). We've also had the lechon cubano and the el koreano, but you just can't beat the flavor on the pork belly, reminds me of the pork dishes at taiwanese restaurants. read more

I am in looooove with this place. Definitely my new favorite! I got a Pork Belly Knockout with ancient grains and OMG it was so tender and juicy. I always worry about getting dry pork belly when I order it BUT THIS WAS 100% not the case!! Fantastic ratio of fat to meat and it didn't feel unhealthy at all. The vegetables included were perfect to accompany the pork belly. I can go on and on how good it was... I'm definitely coming back soon!! This place is a great find! The menu includes sandwiches, bowls, salads, teas, and smoothies! The nice part is you can substitute items as well! I eat mostly Paleo and was able to order something to fit my needs! I got the Cuban pork and Bright Eye Boba Tea. Both were delicious and filling. I am often hesitant to get pork as it can be very fatty but this was perfectly marinated and not too fatty. I would recommend! The food is good but don't bother ordering online. I placed an order directly through the Rabano website and got a confirmation email. The email said I would get a second email with the pick up time. After waiting about 15 min and not getting an estimated time, I called the restaurant. I got passed around and put on hold for a bit before they said they couldn't find my order. Then they asked ME to call the company that THEY use for online orders to figure out where my order was. So I called the company (ChowNow) which said Rabano's system was down so it couldn't receive my order. I got better customer service from ChowNow than I did with Rabano. Overall, I'd give the food 4 stars but the service 1 star. read more

The first time we visited Rabano we were totally blown away at the price, and quality of food. The service is also great, but since they're pretty new there's a few hiccups at times because they get REALLY busy. However, the owner/manager is always there to come by, and talk with you even if there are no issues. It's best to get takeout since the venue is small, but that's mostly during peak times (lunch/dinner) I highly recommend trying all their Super Bowls, AND their sodas/smoothie drinks as they are all made in house. read more

However, what appeared on the menu to be a unique version of fries turned out to be way overcooked and nothing special. Very busy for takeout orders, and not enough tables for everyone wanting to eat in - which means they're doing well. It was a little bit on the saucy side, but I am sure I can modify my order the next time I go.
