I was a little skeptical about a celebrity chef restaurant, but the food and ambiance at Ramsay's Kitchen make it a worthwhile celebration spot. My husband had the tasting menu. Note that the portions are much smaller than a la carte, but it's still plenty of food for one person. The salmon crudo amuse bouche was fresh and had wonderful flavor (2 pieces). The mini crab cake was mostly crab meat with very little filling and was excellent. The butternut squash risotto had a brown butter sauce that gave it a lot of depth. The culminating course was half of the beef Wellington and it's well worth it. The meat is cooked perfectly and the crust is flaky. It's served with some of the mashed potatoes, which are incredible. If you order these as a side note they're topped with creme fresh and have a smooth yet viscous texture. For dessert, their signature sticky pudding is served with creme fraiche ice cream. It's a delightful way to end the meal and is enough to share. I ordered a la carte. The French onion soup was perfect. I liked that the cheesy toast had braised beef on it. My scallops were cooked perfectly and had great citrusy sauces. Only downside is the portion is small, for which they try to make up with some pork belly. For a side I got the maitake mushroom (note this is also a la carte) - they were tender with a lovely miso sauce. My friend got the broccolini and this was probably the most underwhelming dish - it's boiled/steamed rather than roasted/grill so ends up being somewhat mushy and bland. We got a very private booth for our party of four and the service was impeccable. The cocktails were also great. The price is definitely on the splurge side, but the high level of execution make this a worthwhile experience. read more

Ramsay's Kitchen was the highlight of my week-long Las Vegas trip and is an absolute must try. We dined in the evening of March 1st and we were so lucky to have Jeff as our server. Jeff was incredibly charming, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Jeff and team provided a level of service that matched the quality of the food and made us feel like the most special table in the packed restaurant. Truly an unforgettable experience. The food was amazing. I personally can't recommend the tasting platter enough as you get to sample so many of Gordon's signature dishes. Edit to add on 7/19 Owner/mgr private messaged me I replied on July 14th with all information requested. He credited my entire check. I will give it another try next time we are in Vegas. We ate at the restaurant on Thursday July 3 at 8:30pm, the server was great. We ordered fillet beef, Wellington, mac & cheese, and asparagus. Unfortunately, after eating half of the beef, Wellington, I realized the pastry was raw. I reported it to the server. She asked if we would like anything else we ordered a sticky toffee pudding and we were given a cheesecake for free upon getting the bill. the desserts for free and they didn't takeoff the steak. After paying the bill, my spouse was so upset. We asked for the manager at the hostess stand. He politely let us know. He knew nothing about it and it wasn't brought to his attention. He asked to see my Bill however, then asked if we would come back the next night we already had a reservation at Caesars Palace buffet we politely declined, and he didn't even take the Bill or offer to take the steak off , just let us leave upset. Disappointing that they thought free desserts were ok for a bad steak that was $89. I've been to Hell's Kitchen Miami, Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas they are hands down the best. Also being lazy, it's in the same complex. No gimmicks. Just straight forward Gordon Ramsay favorites from all his Vegas restaurants. To start, the beef Carpaccio. Thicker slices of well marbled beef topped with a zesty English mustard sauce, cured egg yolk, dusted with parm, fried capers and fleur de sel. A pile of dressed arugula the perfect accompaniment. Solid jumbo lump crab cake with a bit more fillers than the classic steakhouse norm. It pairs well with the citrus herb aioli. If you haven't already had Ramsay's Beef Wellington, it is a must order. A perfect example of what a properly made one should be. Excellent flaky pastry, properly made, rich and creamy duxelles, mustard glazing the mid rare beef. It is served on a very rich buttery potato puree with a red wine demi. Consistently good. No complaints on service. Solid, well chosen wine list with high resort markup. I've been to quite a few GR locations, this is one of the newest in Harrahs. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe to it. Espresso martinis were delicious. We ordered a couple apps and split a Wellington. The tuna tartare was delish, the onion soup was just ok. I did enjoy the bread with melted cheese and oxtail, but wasn't the best "French onion" I've had. Service was good, but you could tell a few times he forgot to grab our drinks, then he would look at the table and notice then head over to the bar. This is an update from my 1 star review that I left on March 26th, 2023. For some reason, I'm unable to edit said review. Joe, the GM of this location, reached out to me earlier this year to learn more about my visit, and I was slow in response. Long story short, I was invited back to give Ramsey's Kitchen another chance as he mentioned there have been improvements since. Today was the day that I came back, and the experience I had today compared to the one I had back in March of last year made me feel like I was at a completely different establishment. It was like night and day. The food was amazing this time around (ordered the same thing, beef wellington), and the service was absolutely astonishing. Scott and, I apologize, but I forgot the other gentleman's name, but they both did an amazing job. Consistently checked up on our table, bussing plates, refilled drinks, and overall, made sure everything was okay. The "Gordon Ramsay" experience felt a little gimmicky (I think i heard the serve refer to our meal as a "dining experience" at least three time) but I'm the one with a reservation here so I can't hold that against them. Certain items our party ordered were significantly better than others, so for the price point i would definitely recommend doing your research before coming. The cocktails, the scallops, and the sticky toffee pudding were stellar, but i can't really recommend much past that. We got a NY Strip that was slightly over cooked, and for $60+ I feel like it should have come with at least one side. Beef Wellington- what can I say but it was so tender, perfectly cooked and the filet was wrapped with prosciutto that gave it just the right amount of saltiness. The outer pastry crust was cooked to perfection. It could have needed more mash potatoes. I swipe of mash potatoes was not enough!!! Toffee pudding - excellent! Excellent!!! EXCELLENT!!! A must have. I also order a crab cake and it was the best crab cake I ever had! Real crab and about 3 inches in diameter. You just have to trust me! Sorry! Definitely a place to treat yourself! Upscale place that is pretty dark inside but good for groups or a date night. Went for the second time with friends that were visiting & ordered the shrimp caesar salad with a tiki drink that I think was called the cordillera. They were both good. I was surprised the water we ordered for the table from a bottle was $10 instead of free like most restaurants. As a huge Gordon Ramsay fan this place was on my must do list for our quick overnight in Las Vegas. We have previously visited all of his other restaurants in the area and this one it a true hidden gem tucked into Harrah's. The price is on par for all of his other restaurants, we left with a bill to the tune of $300 for 2 people. But the quality of the ambiance, service and food qualities are priceless. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with and intimate feel. Scott was our waiter and he took the time to talk to us and really provided that personal touch to service. And the food was delicious.... Do yourself a favor and skip the commercialism and hype of Hells Kitchen and go to Ramsay Kitchen for an unforgettable experience. The beef Wellington was by far the best I've had at any Gordon Ramsay restaurant. My husband raved about the scallops... the down side to the scallops was that for a dinner portion you only get three. I had the pleasure of dining at Ramsey's kitchen on Wednesday, June 18. I was celebrating my friend's birthday dinner and everything was perfect. We had a wonderful waiter named Cody. He paid so much attention to us as well as his other guest and really made our evening special. We had a wonderful meal everything was terrific. Wow. Just wow. It was exactly what I would expect from Gordon Ramsay: beautiful decor, relaxing, laid back but still classy ambiance and delicious food. We arrived an hour before our reservation to experience the beautiful bar. Even a negative talking employee couldn't ruin the magic that is here. We try espresso martinis everywhere we go always on the look out for our favorite. Our bartender, Jason was friendly, calming & presented what we now consider our favorite espresso martini. We also tried a couple of others that had limoncello with blueberry puree and their version of an Old fashioned. This is the second Gordon Ramsay restaurant we ate at and the newest in Las Vegas located in Harrah's. I'm reviewing after eating at 4 of Gordon's restaurants in our week of stay, the first with Hell's Kitchen, that didn't do so well. This one was number one on our list but they had some hiccups with our service so we dropped it to second place out of 4. Our favorite Gordon Ramsay dining experience still is Atlantic City Pub & Grill. We were seated quickly as there was no wait even with reservations. Our servers were introduced to us and we had a few come to our table so I forgot all their names just that they liked serving their food, working at the restaurant, had favorite dishes, and were excited when we told them they beat out Hell's Kitchen in terms of food and service! They even played a guessing game with us of some of the ingredients used in the dish after serving. They told us the answer after we finished the dish. That made this experience more about tasting than eating even though we ate very well! We ordered the grape flatbread, onion soup, and crab cake as our starters. Scallops and butternut squash rissotto as our mains, and ending with sticky toffee pudding once again. The starters took quite a while to get out to the table. I was seated facing away from kitchen but my wife was watching and she said they looked like they're panicking, which to me translated as the kitchen was backed up with the dinner rush coming in. After about 20 minutes, the starters made it to the table. The grape flatbread would be the most interesting starter on the menu. Yes, it's flatbread but the accompanying ingredients made it sound interesting. Wife didn't want it so we asked server how he felt about it. He too said it was interesting and tasted good so we bought it to try it and were not disappointed. It's shareable and has 4 slices to it. Next was the onion soup with baguette. The server actually taught us how to eat it. This was the onion soup flavor that wowed us at Pub & Grill! We were somewhat disappointed in the onion soup at Hell's Kitchen so we were not expecting it to be this style. Do not skip on the onion soup. It is a must buy! Finally, we were served king crab legs? Close but we ordered crab cake and that was sent back to the kitchen. He apologized and rushed back. We were surprised we got a wrong order! The server who took our order checked and apologized immediately to us as he pressed the wrong button on his machine. The order was expedited and was sent from who I think was the head of front of the house as he was wearing a suit. He apologized again for inconvenience. This goes a long way with me. 3 different people acknowledged a mistake and apologized for getting 1 order and dish wrong. I said they were forgiven as we all make mistakes. The apology actually added to the dining experience instead of taking away from it. They care about the customer and it was clear in that mistake alone. The crab cake finally comes out and we were assured, it was worth the wait and personally served by the man in the suit. It indeed was worth the wait! That crab cake was also a must buy. I've had many crab cakes in other places and this one was the best. Some run dry, are too bready, heavy in oil, this was executed beautifully. Now we move on to starters of pan seared scallops and butternut squash rissotto. Just excellent dishes. I preferred these scallops and risotto over the scallops and risotto served at Hell's Kitchen! Servers then brought out mac and cheese and maitake mushrooms. The man who served us the mushrooms said that was by far his favorite dish in the whole restaurant. The server who took our order said that if we were disappointed by anything, the maitake mushrooms would save the day. After our first bite and taste, this immediately became dish of the night! The mac & cheese was mac & cheese. Something gritty about the texture I liked. You can't get that wrong. Finally we ended on a high note with sticky toffee pudding. This was served to us with the toffee in a pour cup and was poured on to the ice cream and cake just the way we liked it. It tastes better this way. We were disappointed in Hell's Kitchen not having the toffee on the side but sitting at the bottom. After paying and leaving we did forget we didn't finish the mac & cheese and that was supposed to be boxed up for us. We never got it so a slight hiccup there. It's ok, though. It's mac & cheese. If you've never tried a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, I would recommend Ramsay's Kitchen over Hell's Kitchen. The kitchen and servers care about the food and experience. They were all delighted to hear they beat out Hell's Kitchen in our opinion. They set the bar high for a Gordon Ramsay dining experience but had hiccups and quickly owned up to them. No problems on mac & cheese being missed. We were on the fence taking that home so we don't feel bad about forgetting it. We would definitely dine here again. read more

This is where you go when you want an experience. Every single dish is a hit but you come here for the atmosphere and fantastic people. I came here with friends for my 22nd birthday and it was wonderful. We had a reservation and the service and staff went truly above and beyond. My friend mentioned, on the reservation, that we would be celebrating a birthday but I never expected they would acknowledge and wish me a happy birthday with a candle and everything in the to-die-for sticky toffee pudding. We sat at the bar, we didn't get the full dining experience but the bar service is top notch. My favorites were the Long Island Ice Tea and the Old Fashion. Easter dinner in Las Vegas? We couldn't have found a more perfect place for a party of 10. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff outstanding from the hostess to our amazing waiter. We were seated in the private dining area which was perfect. Most of us got either the 3 item set menu or the 5 item with wine pairings. I'll review mine. The Caesar salad was mediocre- barely dressed so I had to ask for more dressing, only a few shards of Parmesan, and the croutons weren't crunchy. The crispy prosciutto on it was delicious . I wouldn't choose it again. The meal shot up from there. The beef Wellington was cooked perfectly & melt in your mouth tender, and oh that gravy- delicious. The potato puree was to die for, but the carrot balls were so raw that my husband lost his when he tried to stick a fork in it. Most of us left them on the plate. The sticky toffee pudding was the best dessert I've ever had which was a sentiment shared by the rest of the table. The pudding cake was light & airy, the ice cream was fabulous with a slight tang, and the piece de resistance was the caramel sauce which was out of this world. It wouldn't be much of an exaggeration to say that I'm a Gordon Ramsay fanboy. As such, it was an easy call for the wife and I to take a close family friend in town for a conference out to dinner at his newest Las Vegas restaurant, Ramsay's Kitchen, in Harrah's. We had 6:45 reservations on a Friday night. As luck would have it, though, the wife had gotten off work early and we were able to meet up with our friend and get to the restaurant way ahead of our reserved time. We arrived around 6pm and inquired about being able to be seated early. They couldn't accommodate our request in the dining room; however, they could seat us immediately in the bar at a table at the far end of the bar which offered a bit of privacy, but also a great view of the entire bar area. We took it without hesitation. From an aesthetic perspective, Ramsay's Kitchen seemed to be a big departure from his more over-the-top Vegas dining destinations, Hell's Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Steak. My impression was the understated look and feel of Ramsay's Kitchen was purely intentional to place the focus squarely on its food and hospitality. We started off with a round of cocktails while we looked over the menu. The cocktail list was far from encyclopedic, but the original cocktails were intriguing. Perhaps most impressive to me, though, was that Ramsay's Kitchen chose to go against the seeming trend found at other Strip properties where craft cocktails are priced north of $20 dollars or frequently higher. Ramsay's Kitchen's cocktails were under $19 if only by a nickel. Kudos to them...I hope it lasts. I had the Boston's Inferno made with Maker's Mark, Smoke Wagon Small Batch, dark maple syrup, and Angostura bitters. It was made to order, not batched, delicious drink that hit all right notes with me. Similar to cocktail menu, Ramsay's Kitchen's dinner menu seemed to be more concise than the ones found at GR Steak and Hell's Kitchen, with takes on some of his signature dishes that can also be found at his other restaurants. The wife and I decided to share an order of the Beef Wellington with foie gras (+$19.95) and scallop (+$19.95) upgrades with the Seasonal Beet Salad and Maitake Mushrooms as our sides. The Beef Wellington was perfectly cooked, tender, full of savory goodness, and, simply, beautifully executed. I love roasted beets and I truly loved the Beet Salad, which was bright, colorful, and a contrast of textures and flavors. Last but not least, the Maitake Mushrooms were a wonderful, delicious, addition to our meal. I can take or leave butternut squash. That said, our friend's order, the Butternut Squash Risotto was well-executed, too, but I much preferred the Beef Wellington. While great service is pretty common at most every Strip restaurant that's actually worth spending your hard-earned money at, our experience at Ramsay's Kitchen went above and beyond expectations and was, without exaggeration, one of the best service experiences that I've ever had in any restaurant, anywhere. Our server, John, was very knowledgeable about the food and, equally important to me, the cocktail program. He was enthusiastic, attentive, but never intrusive. He had a great attitude and truly was an outstanding representative and asset to Chef Ramsay's restaurant empire. Ramsay's Kitchen doesn't break any new ground in terms of its food. That doesn't mean that I didn't thoroughly enjoy our meal. In fact, I liken Ramsay's Kitchen to be a Gordon Ramsay "album" of re-recorded greatest hits offering new takes and subtle twists on his beloved classics. It's definitely worth a spin. read more

If you can't get into Hells Kitchen, or want something a bit different, go here!! I've actually been to both HK and Ramsay's Kitchen and I have to say I prefer Ramsay's Kitchen. The service was incredible, and I saw every table being taken care of with the same white glove service. We never had to ask for our server or even think about a refill. The food is delicious. The sticky toffee pudding is a Ramsay staple and something you MUST order! It is like no other dessert I've ever had. The steak and crab combo was also delicious, and they nailed medium rare perfectly. The combination of great service/staff + amazing food makes this place 5 stars without hesitation. Easily. Went to this restaurant for my first night at Vegas but also it's one of Gordon's newest restaurants so I wanted to try! Reservations were easy to make and when I got there it was not too busy. My waitress was great and all the waiters that came out with our food were amazing as well. The restaurant is dimly lit but the vibe of the restaurant was very clean and fancy. The food was good and standard, I would personally order the flatbread & the toffee again and maybe try other items on the menu if I had to go again. 3.5-stars Years ago I had had the pleasure of dining at Gordon Ramsay's previous restaurant in Manhattan. So, when I knew I was going to Las Vegas, which was essentially his restaurant hub in the U.S., I just had to make a reservation at one of his spaces. The friends that were with me suggested that we try Ramsay's Kitchen, as they had been to most of his other places. My boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant a bit early for our reservation, while our friends were running behind schedule. The hostess, who was extremely patient, warned us that she could only seat us when the full party arrived and could only hold our table for an additional 15 minutes past our scheduled time. Thankfully, they eventually made it, and we were escorted through the bar, upper dining area, and down to their sunken dining room with a prime view of the open kitchen. We each ordered a drink, with me starting with the 90 Degrees in the Shade, which was essentially a spicy pineapple margarita. The sweet and spicy blend was made from El Jimador Tequila, a jalapeño and red pepper syrup, and pineapple, and was then garnished with a tajín-lined rim. I also asked the waiter if they had any bread that we could munch on with our drinks, but sadly they did not. So, instead, I waited for my main course - the Crispy Skin Salmon, which came highly recommended from our server. Sadly, I did not agree with his praise. The salmon was over-cooked (though the skin came out perfectly) and completely bland. The accompanying cauliflower purée, harissa-roasted romanesco, and beurre blanc sauces did little to improve the taste. My Maitake Mushroom side dish was phenomenal, though, and it really packed an umami flavor with its marinade of char siu butter and companion miso aioli. I also tried the chef's signature Beef Wellington that my boyfriend had ordered, and that was extremely tender and delicious. My friends all liked their food as well. It appeared that I just wound up with the dud of the entrees. Based on the cocktails, service, and atmosphere, I would say that I had a decent experience; I just found the salmon disappointing and would recommend the wellington or another alternative if you dine there. read more

This place was so good! I don't know why I am surprised. I haven't had a bad meal at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant yet, though it might be coming now that I typed this. I have had bad service (looking at you Hell's Kitchen), but not bad food. Ramsay's Kitchen is located inside Harrah's and although the casino may be old and smoky, the vibe here was fresh, fun, and a bit moody. We dined here on a recent trip to Las Vegas. My mom hadn't been to Vegas since the early 1990's so I brought her out for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and see Donny Osmond (also in this hotel and he put on a heck of a show, what an entertainer!). We had an early reservation at 5:30 since we were going to see Donny upstairs at 7:30. Our server Dana said it was no problem and she would have us out in plenty of time to see the show. She also said Donny is a regular and so nice. She told us they are the youngest of the Ramsay restaurants in Las Vegas and she explained their tasting menu which allows you the opportunity to try some of Gordon's signature dishes. We chose to order a la carte and started with the tomato soup. It was really good and it had a nice tang to it. It was served with a crostini with melted cheese and was sort of play on grilled cheese and tomato soup. For our entree we shared the filet and potato puree. The steak was like butter. My mom actually cut it with a fork. Because we were sharing it, the kitchen offered to slice it for us which was really nice. The potato puree was outstanding with chives and creme fraiche. For dessert, you gotta have sticky toffee pudding. It's one of my favorite desserts anyway, but here it was "chef's kiss" perfection. read more

I had the butternut squash risotto and the sticky toffee pudding. My friend had the French onion soup and crab cake, also the stp for dessert. All food was excellent. Friend said her crab cake was full of crab with barely any filler! Would have rated 5 stars, but waiter was just okay.... forgot to bring soup, had to remind to fill water. read more

Great service Clean Food was good but they wouldn't cook my moms filet as well done until we sent it back twice. If someone wishes to have well done, they definitely mean NO PINK. The broccolini is well seasoned and yummy! read more

Ok. Y'all. First night in Vegas for the holidays so you know we had to go put some respect on Gordon Ramsay's name. 100 percent don't regret it! Both the hostess & our server, Greg, were so friendly. They both raved about the crabcake so we got that, as well as the oysters on the half shell, & the butternut squash risotto. But to be clear, the bite I'm still thinking about (three months later!!) is the AMAZING sticky toffee pudding dessert. We went to lots of bougie and expensive restaurants on the strip and Ramsay's was hands down the best experience. Go if you can! read more

The food was very delicious. We ordered beef wellington and scallops as well as a sticky toffee pudding for dinner and although the portion sizes werent crazy it was still filling. Our server was very nice! But the reason I cant give 5stars to this place is how the dress code differs so much from their website (casual), open table (business casual), and when I called to clarify a girl there said formal attire. For anyone trying to go you don't have to dress up people were dressed so casually there was no need for us to buy clothes here for that. read more
