We have enjoyed Chef Gordon Ramsay's food from various restaurants but this is a first for us dining here at Ramsay's Kitchen. This is Chef Ramsay's newest restaurant in Vegas. We reserve through OpenTable. We got seated by the hostess right away. A staff came right away to get our drinks. We waited not too long until our server, Marlene, took our orders. We enjoyed our food. The Ribeye was very juicy, tender, and tasty. I love my Caesars Salad, tasty, and portion good for 2 people. The crab cakes was delicious, my kids favorite, as well as the Mac and Cheese. We enjoyed our delicious desserts, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Pot de Creme. The ambiance is nice, there are tables for romantic couples and tables for large gatherings or groups as well. There is a bar area by the Kitchen with a large portrait of Chef Ramsay. Highly recommend this new restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. Located in Harrahs casino his newest restaurant does not disappoint. This seems to a slim down version taking the best dishes of his most popular dishes into one place. A couple things to note, it just opened and making reservations was really easy compared to other Vegas restaurants. There is a be area with limited seating if you plan on walking in but I would still recommend reservations. Don't be fooled. It is busy inside and may look empty from the outside. Items we had included the beef Wellington, 24 oz rib eye, scallops with pork belly, butternut squash risotto, 8 oz fillet, fois gras, tuna tare tare, tuna tare tare, mushrooms, and Mac and cheese. Whew. Yes. It was a table of 5 and we all were very satisfied. Service was excellent. Everyone was great and very very attentive even with our two year old. The food and service was good. Our group tried the salmon, beef Wellington, ribeye, potato purée, and the Maitake mushroom. Everyone liked there food but thought the salmon was kind of bland and the ribeye and the mushroom side dish were under seasoned. My husband loved the beef Wellington and would get it again. We will give it another try on a future visit but of all his restaurants we still like Burger in Planet Hollywood the best. read more

What can I say??! Every expectation I had for a Gordon Ramsay restaurant was met! Service, ambiance, food...it was worth every star I could give! We've been to all of Gordon's restaurants in Vegas, and this, by far, is our favorite! Food: We opted for the tasting menu which included an amuse-bouche of salmon crudo (so fresh and the yuzu awakened our taste buds), 1st course- crab cakes (perfectly seasoned and crisp), butternut squash risotto with added scallops (completely delectable!), beef wellington (somehow, the beef wellie tasted better here than at the other locations!), and sticky toffee pudding for dessert (signature dessert that I wish I could eat daily). This place is very worth a trip! I would recommend getting the beef Wellington if you've never had and want to try. The beef was super tender and wasn't dry at all. The potato puree was incredibly rich and buttery. We could eat a whole bowl if possible. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and they generously gave us a complimentary sticky toffee. That was seriously one of the best desserts ever. The cake was so moist and warm. It was pretty sweet but since the portion wasn't overwhelming, it wasn't a problem with us. The Caesar salad was really good. I loved the addition of the soft boiled eggs. Their croutons are super flavorful as well but I do wish they included a little more. The service was so attentive and wonderful. The seating was comfortable. The ambiance is great for a date or nice dinner. A Gordon Ramsay hidden gem, how could that be? Tucked away in the halls of Harrah's casino is in my opinion his best restaurant in town, even better than Hell's Kitchen. I love them all however but his newest one takes the cake (toffee pudding). Caesar salad was perfect and not a piece of lettuce or crouton was not immaculate and of highest quality. Pan seared scallops with pork belly. Great dish and the pork belly was the star. Wish they had a separate pork belly featured entree. Salmon entree was had by my compadre and I tasted a bit of it. Amazing crust and correctly cooked. Mac and cheese side was excellent that wasn't overly cheesy. Mushroom side was the better of the two sides with a unique shape and flavor. The star however was the French onion soup. Flavor packed and with chunks of oxtail beef it was the best French onion soup outside of France. read more

The Beef Wellington was below room temperature. The puff pastry was soggy and the only flavor on the plate came from the overly salty and winey sauce. Not worth the price at all. The macaroni and cheese was very grainy which wasn't a good texture and the noodles were not bouncy which made it seem like they were from a box. The noodles were shaped exactly like the ones from home town buffet and the whole time I was eating them I was wishing I was at home town buffet because Gordon Ramsays Kitchens food is so mid. I was super excited to try this place since it was my first time trying one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants. My friends and I made a reservation here months in advance for my birthday dinner. Sadly, it was one of the biggest disapointing experiences I've had at such a high rated restaurant. The only thing I liked was probably decor. But even the seats were uncomfortable. You would think as a new restaurant, everything should be top notch to attract it's customers. The food took SO long to come out. Even the table next to us was wondering where their food was, and they shared a dish. It's surprising with all the Ramsey shows, he emphasizes how customers shouldn't be waiting for their food a long time but it was sure a lifetime, over an hour wait. I ended up trying the Wellington since it's Ramsey's signature dish. He should probably just remove it and keep it on the Hell's Kitchen menu. The description said it was cooked medium rare. It came out medium burnt. There was no pink center. But I didn't want to send it back after waiting over an hour for it. The portion size was definitely not worth it. You would think quality over quantity but it lacked both. The vegetables that came with the Wellington tasted like frozen vegetables that were defrosted and warmed in a microwave. It also came with a mash potatoes puree but it came with a sliver...I had to scrape my place for a taste. A few of my friends ordered the ribeye and said it was good, but you can get a ribeye anywhere. If a restaurant can't get their signature dish right, there's a problem. Sadly this will be my first and last time I'm trying a Ramsey restaurant. read more

Since they had no NY Strips, I ordered Scallops. 3 U10 Scallops and 2 pieces of Pork Belly on the plate. The pork belly out shined the scallops but the entire dish was tasty but not worth $! Also at the table my daughter ordered a Filet. Ordered Med Rare showed up Medium. Sent back re-fired a perfect steak. Crispy Skin Salmon was delicious and the Beef Wellington was great as it should be. Next was sticky toffee pudding. It was good and second best to Steak's STP! We dined here for our wedding anniversary and they did not miss a notch! They placed us in a chic cove off to ourselves behind the wine wall which is was super romantic, but it was freezing and they said nothing could be done but we could move another table. To start off I had a wonderful experience here with my boyfriend. We were greeted at the table by Remi she was so sweet and extremely helpful! Afterwards our server Marlene came by to explain the menu and their special offering (limited time tasting menu). She was also very helpful and extremely pleasant. She took her time with us and really made the whole night a wonderful experience. We decided on the tasting menu and it definitely did not disappoint. There is an optional wine pairing for the tasting menu however the pours varied from 1.5oz-2oz so we opted for a bottle instead. We both started with a drink, I got the behind blue eyes cocktail, it was light, sweet, and refreshing. We then moved on and got a bottle of the Torii Mor Pinot noir, it was light and paired well with our whole tasting menu. We started the tasting with the salmon crudo, the crispy garlic pieces and the yuzu wasabi sauce paired extremely well with the salmon. It's a two bite amuse bouche but I could've easily eaten five of them. We opted to add on a beef carpaccio to our order it was very good and had a lot of interesting components. The food runner Jeremy was exceptional and did an amazing job connecting with us at the table. The crab cake was excellent, as well as the butternut squash risotto. The beef Wellington did not disappoint either the meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious, and the potatoes were very smooth. Great dining experience! I recommend the tasting menu if you want to try different signature plates from the chef. My partner chose a one-off plate and it didn't arrive until the fourth course of my meal as an FYI. Food 10/10 Mac & cheese - yummy for sure but nothing special. Tasting menu - first course was tuna tartare, which was two small bits of sushi grade tuna to eat with chopsticks. We chuckled at the portion size. Wasabi sauce was the star! The beef Wellington is made a little differently here compared to his other restaurants as they add an herb layer. The Mac n cheese was rich and creamy. Broccolini was tender and slightly salty with a soy taste. Bf got a filet as they were out of NY strips at the time. The first was overcooked but they tried to make it right. The risotto was perfect, rich and creamy and paired it with a couple scallops which was a nice complement. Hubby got the seared scallops with pork belly which was really tasty. We had an exceptional meal at Ramsay's Kitchen. It's located inside the Harrah's hotel where we were staying and we were immediately able to sit at the bar on a Friday night. Not sure how long the wait would have been at a table but we loved our experience at the bar. Friendly bar tenders, which served us faster than we probably would have at a seated table, and full menu available. We got a delicious espresso martini to sip through the meal. We got the king crab legs for appetizer and they were absolutely delicious. A really good and fair portion for the price you pay. I was celebrating the big 4 0 with the fam in Vegas and wanted to eat at a fun fancy spot we'd all enjoy. My daughter is a big fan of Gordon Ramsey, so we decided to check out the restaurant at the hotel since we were staying at Harrah's. It's a busy place, so make sure you make a reservation at least a month in advance. We were seated promptly and taken to a private booth in the back that had a beaded curtain. It was so nice and private away from the loud restaurant. The menu has a few select high-end items to choose from and an amazing 5 course tasting menu. They have an amazing wine and champagne list that has something for everyone. Our server sold us on the tasting menu, and every item was amazing. My favorite was the crab cake and the beef wellington. The sticky toffee pudding was so good I dug in before I even got a picture. The service was top notch, and they answered any questions we had and brought each item timely after the next. We enjoyed the meal so much we were actually late to our show at the Luxor! The best thing about the meal was the signed menu I received from the executive chef because it was my birthday! They do such a great job at making all their patrons feel so important and are attentive to all their needs. Not having any reservations, I sat at the bar and I was very happy with my decision mainly because of my server John. He was awesome. He was friendly, easy to laugh, great with the service and even told me that I did NOT have to leave him any tip being that I paid for my meal with my Caesars Rewards credits. I usually tip on my CC but since I didn't use my card, he said not to worry about it. With his exceptional service, there was no way I was not going to tip him so I tipped in cash. As for the meal, there was a special limited menu due to Harrah's 50th Anniversary celebration so I opted for that. It's like DineLA where it's a smaller menu and you choose items from each section. You start with the Salmon Crudo and as John warned me, it is really small and literally one bite. The salmon was fresh but for me, it was too tart/sour and too salty. There are small garlic chips on the salmon but the chips I got were pure salt. Perhaps the chef sprinkled a little too much garlic chips on mine but it was so bad, I had to grab my water just to down it like I would a pill. Next up I opted for the Seasonal Beet Salad. The presentation was gorgeous. So pretty with vibrant colors. It was good but I thought it looked better than it actually tasted. The yellow beets were a little tart and the red ones not as sweet so the flavors were a little muted for me. I enjoyed it but it wasn't as amazing as it looked. Next up with the 24 oz Bone-In Ribeye. I ordered it medium and unfortunately it came cooked medium well. It was a little tough for me even to the point where I had to ask for a different knife as I had a hard time cutting through it. John offered to have a new one served but by then I was already getting full so I respectfully declined. TBH, I was most disappointed by the ribeye being that they didn't cook it as requested. I expected more from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. As for the meal, the 2 highlights were the Maitake Mushroom side and the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert. Both were amazing!!! I would totally come back just for the mushrooms and the dessert. I'm thinking some nice bread to have with the mushrooms and then the Sticky Toffee Pudding would make a great meal. Absolutely beyond disappointing. Taste: 2/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 2/5 Value: 1/5 We came with a large party so we had a pre fixe menu which limited what we could order. You would think that that would have made the service more efficient, especially for an upscale Vegas restaurant that is used to large parties. We sat down at 6:30, thinking 3 hours was appropriate for an appetizer, entree, and dessert meal before we needed to leave our show at 10p. We ordered, had waters for drinks, got our appetizers in a reasonable amount of time. The crab cake was good sized and not filled with fillers. Others had the caesar salad and that was also fine. Then everything went downhill. We waited like 30 minutes for our entrees. We basically all ordered the filet mignon. We started questioning if something was wrong. Then when we finally got our filet, everyone's filet was overcooked. If you ordered your filet medium rare, it came medium. If you order medium, it came medium well. And all 13 of us agreed that it was the WORST filet we've ever had. It was gristley and tough, even the 'medium rare' ones. It's like they tried to pass a beef chuck for a filet. Our pre-ordered sides were the brussel sprouts and the pomme pureed potatoes. The brussel sprouts were unremarkable and the potatoes were probably the best thing we had throughout the whole dinner. The risotto was overcooked and bland. The chicken was....chicken. Even the vegan in our group was unimpressed with her choices. The desserts were the sticky toffee pudding and the eton mess. The sticky toffee pudding just tasted like a banana loaf cake with vanilla ice cream. The eton mess was ok. It's never a good sign if my favorite part of a dessert is the nuts they sprinkle on top. In any ordinary setting, we would have sent our food back, but since we were starving and waiting to go to a show, we didn't want to risk the kitchen taking so long to recook our food. Considering we prepaid for the dinner and the smaller than a restaurant week pre fixe menu, we expected at least a decent meal for the hefty price we paid. Another Gordon Ramsay disappointment on the Strip. I will be avoiding all other Gordon Ramsay restaurants since this is the 3rd one to disappoint. Just stick to the fish and chips. read more

Went on a Sunday and the service B team was on. Waited 20 minutes before anyone came to the table to acknowledge us. Gordon Ramsey, you put your name on anything and sit back and collect the money.
