My three positives and a negative because the world needs more positivity: + traveling with some foodie friends we did the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It is a good value for current Vegas prices ($119 plus $49) + three of the five were outstanding. The crab cake was pretty much just crab (no fillers). The beef Wellington melted in your mouth. The sticky toffee pudding was sweet and cooked just perfectly. The salmon was fine- as expected + our servers, Scott and Verra, were attentive. Our waters stayed topped off. One of our group had a shell fish allergy. Rather than substitute the French onion soup- she was given a Caesar salad. Scott was honest that the soup was not able to be halved and the Caesar was more cost effective. It was not a fair trade - the butternut squash risotto was just bad. None of our group liked it. There was just no flavor. As an add-on- not a surprise but feeding my veggie husband was tough. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the food. The beef Wellington was cold, the mash potatoes tasted like boxed mash potatoes which were also cold. The chefs are on their phones while we're waiting for our food. Honestly I had high expectations for this place. I don't recommend. Been to all of Ramsay's restaurants in Vegas and wanted to try this new spot that just opened on 11/19 at Harrahs. Had 2:15 pm reservations, but when we got there, we were told that they had to close due to issues in the kitchen. The GM was at the front desk and was very accommodating and rescheduled us to an evening reservations. Best of all, they "took care" of a few items during our meal to compensate for the inconvenience. Total pro move and something you'd expect from a GR restaurant to keep clients happy and coming back! This by far is the best GR restaurant! The restaurant had a great vibe - no disrespect to Harrah's but this restaurant belongs in a Bellagio property or a higher-end hotel. The food, drinks and service were top-notch! Kudos to Justin, the GM, and Fabio, our server, who turned what would have been an otherwise bad experience into a memorable one for me and my family! For folks who've been wanting to go to Hell's Kitchen, for me this place was better both in food and service. Plus they still serve the staples that you'd see on HK's menu. This is the newest restaurant for Gordon Ramsay and honestly it has become my new favorite. From the service to the food everything was on point and amazing. My favorite dish was the foie gras with the apple fritter that they get locally from Carls donuts and this dish is exactly how foie should be done. 2nd favorite was the king crab legs with grilled lemon, English mustard and drawn butter. These were sweet, briny and succulent on their own but once vou dipped them in the English mustard it was the game changer. How have I ever lived without this mustard?? Tuna tartare was fresh, flavorful and the presentation is almost too beautiful to eat...almost. It was devoured. The crab cake...is one of the best because there is absolutely no filler. Its all crab with a ritz cracker crust and I dipped it in the English mustard and let me just say...Perfection! Scallops with pork belly had a apricot puree and pomegranate seeds. This felt like their version of a surf and turf and they nailed it! We finished up with the sticky toffee pudding with creme fraîche and this was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Our server Dana and her assistant Obe were wonderful and attentive. They hit every note when it comes to providing impeccable service. Joe the manager has done a fantastic job with training his staff and he was kind enough to give us a tour of the restaurant and explain the concept of the restaurant's decor. Amazing service!! We heard about this new restaurant and made reservations to try it out. First, let me say that the host was great. I asked for a corner booth away from the crowd because we were with my elderly mom and my 2 year old toddler. She accommodated the request and we were seated far from the crowd. Secondly our server was amazing. I'm not good with names but let me just say that he was personable, patient and kind. He made great recommendations and consistently checked in on us. They always made sure that our water was full and refilled my mom's soda and our daughter's Shirley Temple. The food was either good or just okay. We tried the beef Wellington which is a staple in many of his restaurants. They did something different at this restaurant versus Hell's Kitchen. It was okay. I think I prefer the one at Hell's Kitchen. We also had the flatbread for appetizers along with the tuna tartar. I loved the tuna tartar. We had the mushrooms for a side and it was by far the best mushrooms I have ever had in my life. Even my teenage daughter loved it and she's a very picky eater. The scallops were okay. I didn't have the salmon but my mom said it was good. I think what made this experience great was the service provided by the staff. This was my first time at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and it definitely didn't disappoint! Our server was absolutely amazing. She was inviting and funny, and it felt like talking to a friend. She made great recommendations such as the wine that my group all enjoyed. I wish I could remember her name! We came by on August 29 around 9:40-10 PM and she had recommended the pear cocktail to us. She truly made our experience fantastic and the restaurant is lucky to have her! I split the beef Wellington, risotto with an ordered of scallops added to it for $21, and a side of broccolini with my boyfriend, and everything was delicious! I'm not a huge meat eater so I was worried I wouldn't like the Wellington, but it was as good as people say it is. The beef was lean yet soft with no dryness whatsoever. It was my first time having risotto and it was yummy. The scallops were cooked perfectly and you could really taste them. Once I took a bite, I realized that this is what a good cooked scallop should taste like. I do think I would had gotten tired of the risotto though if I eaten it all by myself. Broccolini had a nice bite to it. Everything was seasoned perfectly and I didn't want to add any extra salt or pepper to it. The sticky toffee pudding also lived up to the Yelp reviews. Cake was moist and not too sweet. I'd suggest pouring less toffee sauce so you can control the sweetness level. The ice cream, sauce, and cake just blends together into such a delicious treat. Came in for dinner again, and like always, amazing service and food. Kyla greeted and sat us, always amazing service from her end, really makes me feel at home whenever I come by. I was served by Marciano and Marshall, both were attentive, helpful, and just genuinely cared about my experience and how they could make it better. I shared with a friend, we ordered the onion soup and caesar salad as our starters, and mac and cheese as a side for our roasted chicken breast. The onion soup has such a robust onion flavor, tender oxtail and the bread serves as the perfect "crouton" to add some crunch. The caesar salad was also delicious. The mac and cheese is a favorite of mine, very creamy and flavorful. The chicken was something new for me, but it was incredibly tender and juicy, and paired so well with tue sweet corn polenta it's served on. I ended the meal with another favorite of mine, the sticky toffee pudding. All in all everything was amazing, and I would love to come back soon. read more

Everything was good. Nothing was great. Not one bite made my head spin. Very disappointing. We basically ordered the menu: Caesar salad Onion Soup (warm at best. Not hot!) Beef carpaccio Crabcake. This might have been the best starter. For mains, we ordered the crispy skins salmon two orders of the beef Wellington one of them was rare, the scallops with pork belly, and the ribeye. As for the beef Wellington; it was underwhelming. My family makes this from scratch. The duxelles was barely noticeable; this is the chopped mushrooms, one of the layers of the beef Wellington surrounding the fillet. There apparently was no foie gras layer. The steak was overcooked and not prime beef. The croissant shell on the outside should be light, flaky, crisp, and unto its own. Gordon Ramsay's outer crust was wet and soggy. Nothing outstanding, just simply there. simply there. The hostesses were not polished. Their clothing was secondary. The food runners, did not know anything about what they were serving, and did not describe as they said on the table. This is one thing that I've come to expect from Top restaurant is it the food runners know the food that they're on the table and bring the diners attention to the futures with that specific dish. Decor is much much nicer than Hells kitchen in front of Caesars, then tire experience, but doesn't doesn't add up to the name. Ok, i don't know if people are blinded by the name Gordan Ramsey and just auto thinks it's amazing. Let's start with the Food. The crab legs value at this place is very good and this is why it's getting an extra star. If i go back, i would probably just get the appetizer crab legs. I probably would have rated this place a 4 star. I got the beef wellington though and it was just awful, like really awful. I absolutely had to mix with the the potato puree to make it not horrible. The potatoes were fine. The service was really embarrassing. I was sitting at the bar next to where the server makes drinks. Her and another girl were literally being super pissy towards each other right in front of me. Once the girl left the server would bad mouth the other girl to one of the other servers. It was really embarrassing. The lady herself as a bartender was good at her job. But very poor to do that in front of customers. I should have complained about that and the food, but i didn't want to be that person. The crab legs really saved a horrible experience. Spending $175 for that makes me a little salty though. read more

Tucked away in a quiet corner, it has a very classy and intimate feel. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We hadn't made a reservation ahead, but we're able to sit in the lounge area of the bar. It was very roomy and comfortable. My fiancé and I were looking for a romantic restaurant to celebrate the debut of my new small business at the Olympia Expo! Their beverage menu was extensive, and so enticing it was hard to decide! I noticed several patrons at the bar sipping the Prestige Martini, and never having had a classic gin martini, I decided to give it a try! It was delicious with just enough lemon zest to balance the gin. They'd sprinkled some sprigs of saffron in it which tasted great, but I later learned it does stain your teeth...might not want to include that if you have pearly whites. I'd always wanted to try Beef Wellington! When it came to our table, I was in awe! The crust was cooked perfectly crisp. I'd ordered it medium, and it was cooked just right. The potato purée was a nice balance to the flavors of the Wellington. I wish I could have requested some additional red wine demi-glace. It was so rich and delicious! My fiancé got a filet mignon and it was just the right portion. They offer toppings, but he enjoyed just eating it without. We also split a family style portion of creamy mac & cheese. I only wish we'd had enough room left to try their savory sweet desserts! Gordon Ramsay features a recipe he learned from his mother for sticky toffee pudding and it was the talk of the town! Perhaps next time we visit, we'll drop by JUST for drinks and dessert! Our first time in a Gordan Ramsey establishment and boy, it did not disappoint. Our server, Maria, was the sweetest and her smile was contagious. What a happy person, a delight to have as our server. We ordered the tuna tartare and seafood tower to start our meal. YUM ... yum ... YUMMMMMM!! The oysters were so fresh and sweet. The tuna tartare was absolutely delicious. I never had sour cream accompany any tuna tartare in the past but it just made the dish complete. For our entrees we had the famous beef wellington, the pan seared scallops and 24 oz bone-in ribeye. Everything we ate was spectacular. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding. Whatever you think a sticky toffee pudding is, get it out of your head cuz what it really is .. you'll never guess. Mediocre at best. The Caesar salad croutons were literally unseasoned, dressing bland with undercooked hardboiled eggs. This was an amazing experience. We ordered the 5 course tasting menu. It's amazing food and a wine pairing with each course. I added Scallops to my Risotto and did a full Wellington vs the half that comes with it. I would have been fine with the half as there is plenty of food. All of the food was great and the service was excellent. To top it all of the Sticky Toffee Pudding was perfect!! Dana our server was fantastic explaining each course and the wine pairing. Located inside of Harrah's which is arguably one of the worst hotels on the strip. This restaurant is smells of cigarette smoke from the casino, and be prepared for spend at least $100 per person excluding drinks. Service js okay at best, and the quality of the food is okay, but the cigarette smoke, and the overall ambience makes this place just horrible. The ceiling feels like it's six feet off the ground. I don't understand why anyone would choose to eat here given the price point and all the other options on the Strip. read more

Booked here instead of Hell's Kitchen because of availability. We left our show early to make it to our 9pm reservation and ended up having to wait 15+ minutes to be seated. Already frustrated my husband ordered a drink and then we ordered a beef Wellington & sticky toffee pudding to share since we weren't that hungry, just had to get these while in Vegas it's one of our favorite meals (plus we love Gordon). Our waiter couldn't seem less interested in our table. Probably mad that we didn't order too much. Anyway about 20 minutes later our beef Wellington came out and still no drink. Waiter just kept saying it'll be out momentarily. I've never not had a drink before a main course before. Meanwhile the 4 person table next to us got our waiter every 8 minutes and all their drinks before us, so we asked for the dessert to go. Not the best way to spend our last night in Vegas. I'm not sure what the issue was but this was a super disappointing visit. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good & the pudding was still delicious even after walking back to the Venetian. With the exception of the Ambience, which was decent, this place was a total disappointment. From the very limited menu choices, to the poor service, and even the food was really bad, especially for the exorbitant prices they charge. Just as an example, as a vegetarian selection, they only had a pea risotto which was awful. There are cold crab and shrimp dishes, beef, and one chicken and one salmon dish. The special was just a repackaged prix fixe menu of the entrees. That's pretty much it. I ordered a Caesar salad and when they offered pepper for my salad and I said 'yes' they brought me a salt and pepper shaker - not a grinder, a shaker! (Even at Coco's they have pepper grinders.) The shrimp appetizer that my friend ordered still had the black thread in the spine that he had to pick out before eating them. It was a shockingly bad dining experience for such a pricey meal (and a no-compromises reputation). If I were Gordon, I'd fire everyone and shut the place down. This vanity project won't last long. read more

I cannot even begin to say how amazing Ramsay's Kitchen is!! When we arrived we were greeted and sat right away. Our waiter introduced himself and he had such a great personality. Every employee here seems genuinely happy and professional. They explained the menu, the specials, helped with drink recommendations, and assisted my daughter with the gluten-free options. The king crab legs were amazing and had half the shell removed for easy access. They were paired with butter but also with this unique mustard that was so good my friend kept the left overs to dip his steak in. The steak was in fact one of the best steaks I've had. It was so juicy it almost melted in your mouth. I also had the butternut squash risotto which reminded me of the fall and was so filling. My daughter had the Potato and Cashew soup! She is still talking about how good it was. She had leftovers and said it was as good cold as it was hot. The ambiance is beautiful. The food definitely lived up to my expectations, and I was not disappointed. Did the 5 course dinner, which was $125 per person. When the first course came out, which was 2 small slices of sashimi, we were quite worried about it not being enough. Portion seemed small, but it is definitely enough for one person. The crab cakes and the beef wellington were my favorite, and beef melted in my mouth, but overall, everything was amazing. Incredible in every regard, one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. It was easy to place a reservation here compared to Hell's Kitchen. My guess is people aren't as aware of this restaurant's presence, but it still draws a crowd. Once at my table, my waiter was fantastic, he was incredibly attentive and always checking up on my meal. He was extremely knowledgeable on the menu, though I knew what I was here for, the Beef Wellington. I needed to see what the hype was all about, and it did not disappoint. The beef was cooked to perfection. Everything about the dish harmonized together. While I wouldn't always rave about veggies, they were somehow cooked to perfection in the sense that they were still crunchy, but not raw, yet maintaining a potent enough flavor to balance out the richness of the rest of the entree. I did have an appetizer as well, the onion soup, which seems to be Gordon's take on a French onion soup, but elevated with beef and potatoes which really helps balance out the one-notedness of a traditional French onion. I love that they place the toast and cheese on top and let you place it in yourself to avoid it getting soggy. The onion soup was very well balanced and not too salty at all, which I often find to be a fault with French onion soups at other restaurants. Comparing this spot to Hell's Kitchen, I think I made the right decision in coming here. The menu seems more elevated here and the plating seemed more extravagant here. As for the service, I don't think I could've asked for any better. This is definitely a new go-to spot for me whenever I'm in Vegas. I can't wait to come back soon! read more

She gave us her recommendations since it was our first time there which we appreciated. The restaurant looked really classy but the AC was a little chilly then we liked.
