My husband ordered a medium monster pizza with no onions on Super Bowl Sunday about an hour before the game. I thought we ordered too late, but Rays told us they could have our pizza ready in 45 minutes. They did! The pizza and wings were ready when I walked in 45 mins later and the staff while insanely busy was super friendly and courteous! When I got home I noticed the pizza had onions on. I called Rays, the manager immediately offered to make a new pizza without onions for us AND rush the order so we could still enjoy it in time for the game. I showed up just 10 minutes later and they were boxing up the remake. BUT the manager upgraded the pizza for free making it much larger. And the entire staff was very very nice the second time around as well. I am so impressed and humbled by this experience! This is how business should be done! read more

Tried another new place for our Friday night pizza. Rays was a good choice. The service was good. You order at the counter and they bring it to you when it's ready. It's one of the few places we've found that has fried mushrooms. They were good. We had one of the specials . Also very good. Just the right amount of toppings and a good crust. Rats is usually pretty good pizza & wings. This time i hesitantly paid almost $70 for a large pizza & wings. Both the pizza and the wings were over cooked. Thought I broke a tooth in the wings. The other disappointing thing is they ASK for a tip for you to pick up your pizza. Not delivered but picked up. At these prices they are charging now plus wanting a tip for doing the job they are already getting paid to do is ridiculous. If you put no tip when ordering through the app it shows it in bold letters NO TIP. So then you have to be worried they will do something to your food. Not liking this at all. read more

I order from Ray's Pizza several times a month. Although they have various locations throughout the valley, this particular location is my favorite. The staff is professional and provide great service whether dining in or picking up. Although they don't deliver, it's my go-to pizza place and you can tell it is a local favorite by the volume of customers they have waiting to pick up their orders. I was craving pizza and my usual pizza place was closed. I remembered a friend of mine recommended Rays at a different location but decided to give the one on Deer Valley a try. I ordered the large monster and substituted the peppers for anchovies. Driving home the smell was making me salivate and nearly pull over for a slice! Needless to say it was amazing! The crust was done perfectly . There was a good amount of sauce and toppings. And I actually got anchovies! I already hear you fish haters going eeewwww! Lol. It was delicious and now I am going to have to add Rays as my new dietary supplement. Looking forward to trying other items as well. Happy New Year! read more

The customization options are pretty neat. I really enjoyed my large pizza with alfredo sauce. Unfortunately, they do take a long while to complete your order. I wish the menu actually specified that the chicken wing sauce is actually buffalo sauce. Although I liked the actual chicken, I just couldn't eat it because the buffalo sauce soaked wings to the core and were too overpowering. My friends and I ordered 3 entrees, an order of wings, and one order of garlic bread. After getting the wings, it took the pizza around 10 minutes to be served. And then an additional 15 minutes to get the garlic bread so that was weird. However, the pizza and the garlic bread were really good. The entire order for 3 of us came out to $94.45. read more

After a busy day of work, I was too tired to cook & decided to grab pizza for the family. I always drive by Ray's Pizza but never stopped by until tonight. I ordered online for in store pickup. We decided on the Monster Pie with thin crust. I had asked for the pie to have an extra crispy crust. Holy molly, the crust was perfectly light & crispy and the toppings were generously piled on the pizza pie. You can taste the freshness in the toppings! Mouth watering deliciousness!!
