i hope spencer or whoever the general manager is contacts me ASAP OVER THIS. i went to have a quick dinner tonight with my children . it was two hours til closing and our server Scarlett and her manager AMY saw a chicana mother and kids coming in, with no makeup on due to a day of relaxing on Christmas, and proceeded to accuse me of trying to take things off of my bill on the presto machine because the server Scarlett had other bills still on the presto ThT she hadn't cashed out. I am a server and for a company that used to own Red lobster and therefore I know how billing there works pretty much. i am disgusted at how I was profiled for being a Hispanic woman and treated differently than the other customers sitting beside us who were not Hispanic. i am a hard working mother and did not deserve that womans accusation . im disgusted and will NEVER eat there again. Just came in for a light lunch. Got the salad, soup and biscuits. Got seated immediately and the server very pleasant. Clam chowder was awesome and the salad was crisp and fresh. Biscuits were good as well. Can't beat it for $8.99. read more

Ok, what else Can I say? Never ending shrimp is a hell yes, but when you are serving a Nashville hot shrimp that is a double hell yes. This shrimp is amazing! It is breaded, fried goodness white honey chili. What more Can I say? If able I would eat this daily. Also our waiter asked if I was a veteran after seeing my tattoo and then thanked me for my service. When paying for my check the waiter gave me a 10% discount. They had an error on their site that didn't credit my promo code they sent me in my email. And when I got in touch with them they made me send a screen shot, then said sorry they can't honer it. Didn't even try to make it right. Not only that, their fees were over $20 plus a delivery fee of 3.99 plus tax. Red Lobster Disaster should be the title! I have been living in the land of enchantment for about 12 years now but this is the 1st time I actually HAVE to write a complaint on a restaurant, granted it is a chain and I should have lowered my expectations more than I already had I guess! Anyway, I was with my wife and 4 friends of mine that day, the service was ok considering they were busy, my main problem was with the food AND the management. When I order a steak MR (which I repeated twice just to make sure) I am expecting to get it cook the right temp. Hell I am not a chef by all mean by I know how to cook a steak MR without studying at the culinary school for it, so when I go to a restaurant and I am willing to pay almost $35 for a surf and turf meal I believe my steak should be prepped the temp. I ordered... Well that would be in a perfect world I guess cuz when the food finally came my steak was WD... I repeat WD!!! I showed the meat to my wife and friends just to make sure I was not hallucinating. I sent it back of course and I was frustrated, was I wrong to hope for an apology? Instead I got the evil eye from the manager making rounds, I have been in the food industry for over 20 years and let me tell you what... In all of the places I have worked, if a manager was caught acting this way he would be fired on the spot! Anyway, here comes back my steak and this time it came back RAW or blue like we call it in restaurant terms. I again showed my steak to everybody just to make sure and then asked a to go box and figured I would cook it myself... We never were offered any type of consolation to make the painful experience go away, then again with that type of manager, I was not expecting it either! I felt duped and left angry and Hungry (I guess Hangry would be the word nowadays) after still having to pay the whole amount of my untouched meal which I would have to fix later!!! Bottom line, I will never go back there as long as the Owner does not face the music and make amends to me, my wife and my friends present that day! Bunch of fried, frozen bland food just thrown into a plate no garnish no excitement, nothing. Not a good way to start the meal. Two drinks that i think they forgot to put the alcohol in. Their food is probably the worst seafood I've had and i know it's the last time I'll ever go. I would not recommend this resturant unless your into corp food and going just for the name then this is for you but right off the top of my head i can think of a few other delicious locally owned restaurants who care about the quality and taste of their food and service. Admirals platter was tasty--large shrimp, tiny scallops; also on the platter were the crab pieces, & fish - they were okay. The tomato caprese salad & mashed potato w/lobster bits were great sides! I ate here tonight for dinner with my husband and inlaws. Three of us ordered the crab legs and my husband ordered the ultimate feast. Our server was polite and attentive. However the kitchen staff and the food runners were not as on key. My mother-in-law and I received our food ten minutes before my husband and father-in-law. I had asked for french fries for my side and I only got about ten. We asked for ketchup and extra lemons. Another ten minutes passed and we got them along with the other two meals. We came this restaurant for lunch, food is ok but the service is terrible. When we check out, that was Saturday after 1pm, we gave her $100 bill and after 15 minutes she came back and said they didnt have a change, so we said ok and we gave her a credit card but she said she can't take it because she already put cash in caher register and we had to wait the manger get the change butr she can't find her now, so we need to wait. Service and drinks are excellent. The place is about 3.5 stars but I'll give them 4. Laura was fantastic as our server. The food is acceptable but not stellar. The top shelf Long Island iced tea and Lobsterita were very good. Then, we split a Caesar salad before splitting an Admiral's Feast with shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder. Caesar was tasty. The shrimp, scallops and flounder were good but avoid the clam strips, your felines will enjoy the doggie bag filled with the clam strips. Tartar sauce needs help. Shrimp cocktail sauce is ok. Be sure to ask for butter to put on the biscuits and broccoli. In all, it was ok. The service made the experience worthwhile, strong drinks helped too. The manager came by and made sure we were happy. I mentioned the good and the bad. She gave us free dessert. Nice job Red Lobster, 3 stars to 4 stars for that! read more

We got a gift card from one of my coworkers and since we didn't have kids we decided to go have a cheap/free meal. I've been going to this Red Lobster for the last 20 years or so and it's very consistent. The wait time was very short considering it was a weekend evening and Chong did a great job keeping our drinks full. The food was prepared and cooked as expected. If you've ever been to any Red Lobster you should know what to expect here so I'm not going to go into great detail. I will say they have some massive drinks (alota colada and I believe they have a similarly sized margarita) if you enjoy that sort of thing. read more

The fish tacos were surprisingly delicious! Some of the best I've had, no joke. They were made with corn tortillas and had all the right fixings. It's an odd strip mall location, but it looked like any other Red Lobster inside. We saw management interact with staff and were pleased with the mutual respect displayed by all. Try the Lobster Fest and you will find is that the lobsters are dry and flavorless and you're better off getting something mixed in with pasta because those lobster tails of the car of an extra easily 20 more dollars per meal is a rip-off at the end to people 8 with an extra order of some cauliflower gratin that was basically chopped up riced cauliflower what's the melee and could have use some boiling the total bill with it was $90 which I thought what's a rip off I don't think you want to spend that much money read more

Pricey, but duh....there ain't a lobster for a thousand miles. The lobster Mac and cheese sounds weird but is delicious. The vegetables are all well prepared, not like a chain. Nice beer selection, but only four on draught. Thinking of relocating to this area of town and this place adds to the pluses. Having eaten fresh lobster in Maine gas stations can't be beat, but if you got that craving this is second best. This location is nice for dates, family outings, maybe even a meeting. I typically call ahead right before I leave my house anywhere I go and have no problem getting on the list also working in the industry I get how it works. And from the beginning it was good. Once we arrived about the same time they said the wait would be they didn't have my name on the list. After going back and fourth they did confirmed that they took my call but never actually put us on the list. I never got more of an explanation. They said they'd put us on the list and get us a table right away for the mess up after i should have already been sat. I waited another 20 mins. Now it's currently been an hour since we got here barely got sat barely got our order in. After asking to move to another table because not only did we wait forever they put us right in the middle of the isle in a table with hungry baby. They were able to accommodate us to a booth which was nice. But we love this place and this time around it was really bad. It's our wedding anniversary and usually can't afford this place so we don't come often. Only came for the special occasion and I'm very disappointed thought and talked about leaving for the last hour. Hopefully the food redeems this shitty service all around. Update. It did not- all the veggies were barely cooked practically raw. When I order a baked potato I expect it to have the works not just cut open with a chunk of butter unless asked for that way. First off, from a server to another server, you should request Elisha as your server. She was great. When you walk into Red Lobster you know what you're going to get - Good, but not excellent food, and decent service. My experience today was better than I had pictured. As I mentioned, service was great. The food was good as well. My girlfriend had the crab legs, and I had the peppercorn steak with a shrimp skewer. The portions on the plate were huge! You definitely get a good amount for what you're going to pay. The only complaint I have is overseasoning. The fries that came with the crab legs were WAY too salted. The salt reminded me of wendys or mcdonalds. And my steak was a little over seasoned too, but I expected it considering the peppercorn steak is seasoned with spicy seasoning from what I could tell. The service was incredible! The shrimp scampi and crab legs were good. The cheese biscuits were so salty I could not tolerate them! my husband says his food was cold. As for the Brussels sprouts, if you want to make good brussels sprouts you have to cut the woody ends off then cut the brussels sprouts in half. Then fry it up in some of that incredible garlic butter that you have. Don't worry about loose leaves as they crisp up and are delicious. I had to take my brussels sprouts home and fix them as they were whole and were only partially cooked. Always a good standby for seafood, but tonight our family party was let down by a few things. First of all, no salmon...3 plates had to be changed. Ok, fine. So one of the plates had a steak to be cooked medium rare. The steak had no pink whatsoever. Service was slow to say the least, with dinner taking 1:45 from seating to completion. I arrived later than the others and sat down, waiting about 25 minutes for the waiter to come by and even offer a glass of water. The host who sat me let me do the greeting and seemed put out by me coming late. I said to him, if it's not going to work for me to sit there(at the over crowded table) I can leave. He then said I thought we seated everyone. As I exited I noticed the west dining room. It then struck me that the seating was segregated as well.
