In town for our daughter's birthday.This red lobster is neat,clean,and had a great bar area.The shrimp,crab legs and all the fixins was great.The service was great.The only negative was the wild caught flounder.It was bland,bland,bland.Four stars from The Working Man Review.

When we first walked in and it wasn't that busy and we waited for like 2 to 3 minutes to be seated because the girl behind the hostess desk was looking up some thing on the computer and told us just a second so I'm thinking she was new I was a bit apprehensive what our dining experience was going to be. She sat us in a booth and told us someone would be right with us and gave us our menus. We looked through the menus, and after no one came to even take a drink order after a couple minutes I told my husband I would give them five minutes and then we were going to get up and go somewhere else to eat. Right before the five minutes was up, one of the managers walked over and asked us what we would like to drink and also apologized for us waiting. We told him we also knew what we wanted to eat so he took both orders another manager came back quickly with our drinks, and then a waitress came with my salad , she explained that she didn't know that the table was part of her section. Now, after reading to this part, you're probably thinking why five stars?? Well, right after I was finished with my salad and they also had brought rolls for the table which are totally delicious, food came out piping hot and delicious. The manager said I wanted to make sure your service went flawless, and that your food was flawless because you sat here for up to seven minutes with no one even acknowledging you and I'm very sorry. I have to say the food was incredibly delicious. I got broiled rainbow trout with a side of broccoli. Both were seasoned to perfection and were so delicious. I've never thought broccoli was that good until I ate it there. I also got a side of shrimp scampi, and the shrimp in my opinion was a bit mushy, so maybe they were frozen shrimp? My husband got the fish and chips. The only thing he said was that to him the fish tasted like frozen cod that you buy at Aldi's and then cook but he said that everything was hot and tasty. My daughter got Walts favorite shrimp and she said it was delicious. She also got a side of broccoli with hers and fries. All in all, what could've been a horrible dining experience was a five star and I wanted to tell the manager that myself, but I didn't see him anywhere. I think it says a lot for this restaurant that both managers were bringing food out and taking orders, they may have been short staffed, or had a lot of new people on, but we left feeling happy and full. We will definitely be back to this red lobster .

Monday April 3rd, 2023. Service (Makayla B.) was fantastic as was the food. Monday endless shrimp was outstanding. Shrimp Scampi is some of the best anywhere in the country. Well done Red Lobster!

Water logged crab no seasoning lobster was also bland

OK long rant took my family out to eat and got to the location at 6:10pm and was told it would be a 10 min wait and was happy to wait for my seat. I was notified at 6:21 that my table was ready ( I had a party of 6 4 kids and 2 adults). After being seated our server came over (Her name was Katie i believe) promptly and took our drink and appetizer order . She had our drinks out in a timely manner and a few min later our appetizers. The server then took our order I'll upload a pic. After about 20 min the server came back and apologized that it would take a little longer.I told her that's not a problem I understand restaurant work cause I have done the job before. After a little bit of time we had already finished our appetizers and 2 baskets of bread still no food. Again server came out and apologized and said she is all over the cooking crew tring to get our food. She ended up coming out 3 more times same story. We ended up sitting in the restaurant for almost 2hrs and no food and the server ended up coming out and finally told us that the one and only trained cook went home and all there was only trainees back there and the manager is back there with them and then asked if we would like our food to go. Seeing as 2 of my children are toddlers I figured I got to get them home. The server took my payment and the management compt my drinks and appetizers and part of a order. The management came out and began to sing a story of how they failed and asked us to come back... Well after a 35 min drive we got home to find that the food was water logged no flavor and one order was so skimpy it shouldn't even be called a order I paid 83$ after a 20$ gift card for something I could have went to iga and made my self for half the cost. If the owner reads this they need to think about a management change up if you schedule no trained cooks and all trainees your setting your self up for failure on a weekend day .Totally failed with the current setup there I'd recommend going to clarksville or other restaurant

It was my server, Madison's first night and her service was outstanding. The food was served hot and fresh, just to my liking. However, it took at least two attempts to pay my check with the antiquated "presto" board. In fact it took about as long to pay as it took to finish my meal. The system needs to either be updated or canned altogether. Otherwise I would have submitted a 5 star rating.

Let's just say, the staff here is fantastic. I came her one Valentine's Day so of course it's busy. We called a week in advance to make a reservation however when we got there they said they don't do reservations on Valentine's Day. Not a big deal because stuff happens. The manager was kind enough to let us get an appetizer for free for the confusion. You want to know how we got it for free? By not acting mean to the staff. That's right! Being nice actually gets you far. So the wait was about 30 minutes, not bad at all in my opinion. The waiter, Zack, was the nicest waiter I've had. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive. The food was amazing. I got garlic grilled shrimp and it was cooked perfectly. You can't go wrong with their cheddar biscuits. I took about 12 of them to go. The appetizer was good also. It was mushrooms stuffed with what I think, bread crab and cheese. Even though there was a communication mishap, I still enjoyed my time here. I plan on coming back and I recommend this to anyone that is having a seafood craving.

Ordered shrimp scampi, got a surprise when I bit into my shrimp and it still had the shell on it.

I admit it, I agreed to come here because of the biscuits. The cheddar bay biscuits are totally like crack. I wasn't super enthused about the rest of the menu. I'm just not a huge fan. Everything is over-breaded, overpriced, and solidly meh. I was very pleasantly surprised today. I got the handbreaded fish and chips off the lunch menu, even though I had my doubts based on previous experiences. It was really good. No overpowering soy oil disgusting mess here. My fish fillet was delicious, the crunchiness to grease ratio nearly perfect. I dumped on some malt vinegar and dived in like a true eastender. Even the fries were good, salted and crispy without being like concrete. I enjoyed my meal greatly, and I will be much less unwilling to revisit Red Lobster in the future. read more

This is fine as Red Lobsters go ... But it's so crowded that I don't even bother. Maybe on the weekdays you can get in, but the wait is absolutely insane on the weekends. Two of us showed up at 4pm on a Saturday and we had to wait for an hour! This was in mid January before the students returned, too. If you want good seafood in BGKY, go to Brickyard Cafe instead. read more

We were greeted by the friendly hostess with enthusiasm! The waitress had enthusiasm, kept our drinks full. The manager kindly came over to see how our service was. I told him what a fantastic team he had and that he must be leading his team well! The shrimp and lobster pasta was also very delicious! What an exceptional visit!! read more

In the past two weeks we have tried the catfish lunch and the fish & chips lunch. I would not recommend either of these, the catfish was thin, tough and greasy. The fish & chips (haddock) was very dry and parts were to crisp to eat. read more

We visited this Red Lobster late on a Friday evening while on vacation. We like Red Lobster's food and so we already knew we would be happy with our selection. What we didn't expect was how good our server would be. As stated we arrived late, actually about an hour before closing. Yet our server, Cody, was attentive to our needs and very patient with us as we decided our order. Since we were in town to see family, they also stopped by the restaurant and Cody made them feel welcome as well. If you ever eat here be sure to ask for Cody by name. He will take really good care of you. So make sure you take good care of him too! ;) read more

We waited over an hour after we were told it was only going to be about 20 minutes or so. That was fine, but then our buzzer rang and we went to the hostess only to be told that was a mistake and they didn't have a table for us yet. We waited about 10 more minutes before we decided to leave all together. We told the hostess and she said she would get the manager. She came back with no manager and said nothing at all to us. Another lady came up asking for a manger as well and she left again to supposedly go get him. I totally understand that places get busy and accidents happen but it was handled very poorly. read more

Ordered the crab lovers dream too bad the emphasis was on the dream instead of the crab. Three king crap leg tips with nothing in them and one king crab mid leg, one small cluster of over cooked snow crab legs and some soggy linguine but not as soggy as my tasteless over done up charged corn cob that must have been sitting in hot water for hours. Caesar salad and biscuits were the only thing that were good. read more

This was by far the worst Red Lobster that I have ever been to. We waited about 25 minutes for a table which was fine but we should have stayed in the bar and ate - bar staff was very friendly and drinks were good. We were guided to our table by the manager (who was very nice but I'm afraid that's much of a manager). The floors were littered with biscuits, napkins, other stuff that I'm not sure what it was. Servers and managers just kept passing it up. The 2 emptied tables next to us were not cleared the entire time we were there which was about an hour. The women's restroom was awful - garbage cans overflowing in the stall and sink area, one of the sinks was overflowing. There were 3 female hostesses and/or servers at the hostess stand (no line at this time) just talking and laughing - no attention to anything. I finally had to open my mouth and tell our server (who was very attentive to us - not so much the surroundings) that he needed to let his manager know that the women's restrooms needed attention. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like and that is why I could not enjoy anything I was eating. I ordered grilled shrimp skewers and it was hardly grilled, I felt like I was eating lukewarm cocktail shrimp. It will probably be quite some time before eating at any Red Lobster again - and I will NEVER eat at this one again. Filthy. Maybe this was just a bad night but it was VERY BAD. read more

We went on a Tuesday night about 8pm. They told us the wait would be about 10 minutes, and we were sat quickly afterwards. The waiting area lacks places to sit, so it was crowded with all the people. Our server appeared very attentive at first, talking about the specials, although it did take him a while to make his way over to us. Because of that, we already knew what we wanted and could place an order. 3 steaks and 1 crab legs platter. Took nearly 10 minutes to get our drinks afterward, and bread came soon after. We ate the 5 biscuits we were given and waited. Our drinks ran empty and finally the waiter appears; we ask for refills and more bread. He comes back with refills quickly after, but no bread. Another waitress is behind him with our food, but no bread. My brother, who ordered crab, is given no butter or fork and cracker to eat the crab. Two steaks are cooked well done when supposed to be medium, but we do not want to bother waiter and eat them anyway. My baked potato is loaded even though I asked for just butter. My brother's steak, which is supposed to be well done, is pink in the middle but he plans on eating it anyway as well. Waiter brings butter and utensils for crab about 5 minutes later. Drinks run empty, my brother's steak is getting more and more raw to the middle, when he finally decides to tell the waiter and have them cook it longer. He sits for nearly 15 minutes with the waiter going to other tables and skipping over ours repeatedly. We finally stop him, and as my brother is telling him about the steak, he walks away! Upon realizing that my brother is angry, he returns quickly and just says that he'll get a manager. Manager is nice and comes quickly, offers a recook but at the point everyone else is finished eating so my brother declines. The steak is taken off the check, and we left. Never had problems with this RL before but that was a terrible experience, and we still never got any more bread than the first basket we received upon getting our drinks. read more

Wouldn't order again. They should bring back the flourless chocolate torte with raspberry sauce.

Meatloaf was dry, mashed potatoes tasted old and as if they sat under a heat lamp, and flavorless green beans which was amazing since they had ham in them. Service was ok. The Coke Zero was good. Not a place I'll go again.

The restaurant is fresh and clean with fun egg art on the walls. The food was really good and there's lots of it. I'm not a pancake eater, but there were some beautiful stacks of pancakes showing up on many tables.

The chocolate filled was good but the filling was like chocolate pudding and while good I do prefer chocolate buttercream type fillings more.
