This restaurant seems to have a shortage of workers, and other issues. We made reservations last night two hours in advance. When we arrived a few minutes before our reservation time, we were told there would be a 25-30 minute wait. Why did we bother with reservations? When we were finally seated, our server came and took our drink orders and brought them, and some bread, which was very good, but were given no bread plates or napkins (or silverware). When we gave our orders, we were told that they had no baked potatoes or broccoli (which were the two sides that I wanted). By the time the food came, our iced teas were nearly empty and there was no offer to refill them, and we still had no silverware or napkins. We asked the person who brought our food for them, but he never came back. When our server came to check on us, we had to ask him for silverware as well. It took a while, but he finally came back with some. My lobster tails were tasty, but not very hot since we had to wait so long for utensils. This really wasn't the best for a bill that was over $100 for two people. I have been to Red Lobster many times over the years and have not had this bad of an experience. When we got our food, we requested 3 different times for CRACKERS (to open the crab legs) for the crab legs from 3 different waitresses and it took 1/2 hour to receive them by this time the food became cold! During our meal our waitress passed by several times to the booths adjacent and behind us never inquiring if we needed something and we did want more drinks! I would have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service from our service. To start, we had about a 25 minute wait to be seated. When we were seated, our server, Ricky, addressed us within 5 minutes of us sitting. He had great manners and was very informative in the way he explains particular items on the menu. He would give us recommendations and let us know what he would personally eat. His descriptions were spot on and everything was how he had explained. Food came out in a reasonable time and everything tasted fresh and made to order. Ricky was constantly checking in on us and making sure everything tasted good. The cheddar biscuits and drinks came out first. Biscuits were fresh, hot and flakey. Delicious. The crab queso was good too, especially the tortilla chips that came with them. They were hot, light, and perfectly crisped. The grilled scallops were pretty good, came on a skewer with 6 and some pilaf rice. Was not expecting how good the amount of food it will be for that price. We got the shrimp your way with the Alfredo linguini and the crispy dragon. I would have to say the Alfredo was even better than Olive Garden and the dragon was exactly as it was described, a shrimp version of orange chicken with a slight kick. The shrimp cocktail was okay, it was a bit watery and the clam chowder lacked flavor but overall was decent. Overall, I'm glad I gave it a try! Don't let the bad reviews deter you. We ordered food to go. The order was placed at 5:50 pm and was supposed to be ready at 6:14. My husband got there at 6:12 and waited until just after 7 for our food. AND one of the item we ordered was not available because they ran out of it. How can food take almost an hour to prepare? We would not have ordered the food it we knew that the wait time was going to be more than an hour, we would have chosen another place for dinner so that we were eating so late. At the point where the food is taking 30 minutes, we can't change our minds because they have our money and we're already waiting for the food. I am very disappointed in the way my order was handled. I did an online order set for curb side pick up at 5:30 pm. I showed up at 6:30, so logically you would assume the order would be ready. I called to let them know I was here, and they did not show up. I waited 20 minutes. I call back, and when they finally bring my food, I ask why the order took so long. The last time I went, it took about 1.5 hours to get our food. It was not that busy, we came after watching a movie and were quite hungry. No appetizers, just two entrees. I ordered the filet mignon-medium rare and my husband ordered tilapia stuffed with lobster. The server was nice, but sometimes nice just doesn't cut it. We got lots of bread and some refills. The lobster mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious though, those I recommend trying because the lobster and creamy butter are sooooo good. My mango martini was so strong I didn't enjoy it nor finish it. Wish it had less alcohol because it sounded yummy and was disappointing. Food is alway great, but disappointed they no longer do curbside pick up or ordering by phone. They only accept walk ins. I parked at the old curbside signs and walked in. The manager greeted me and directed me to the bar area to place my to go order. Everyone was nice and the food came out right away. It was quick and easy, but just know they don't do phone orders or curbside any longer. You will need to walk in. I tried the mobile app for this restaurant and it didn't work so if you are trying to use the app, that most likely is the reason. read more

Went on a Tuesday afternoon and sat in the bar section. Fast service and it wasn't crowded. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Now to the food.....I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and the dipping sauce was horrible. It was definitely a different recipe from the dip in the past. This one was thin, had no pineapple chunks and left a after taste in my mouth. I was disappointed, since I do like to use the dip with my shrimp. I also ordered the Kung Pao noodles with fried lobster and it was soooooo delicious. A nice hearty portion of noodles and 2 fried lobsters on top. I came in August 08, 2023 and had an underwhelming experience. I spoke with the (then new) Store Manager Ralph and he promised me a meal on the house, the next time I returned. I was going through my purse this following Saturday and found that receipt. I went in and Ralph was still there almost a year later and he honored that promise. Our food came out and the runner who dropped the food off literally didn't even know how to properly drop off a plate : she slammed every item onto the table like she was throwing a frisbee . Attempted to celebrate my Mom's birthday today. We walked in around 2pm and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. We are taken to our table and have to stand to the side and watch it being cleaned. Once seated, I check the menu and don't see the crab cakes. I was told they removed them from the menu to add other new items. My mom and I decided on 2 of the new items just to be told they don't have any (lobster dip and the salmon with crab sauce). We changed our order and asked for a salad with blue cheese dressing. The waiter walks away and returns to let us know that they do not have any more blue cheese dressing. We ordered a bloody mary and were told they do not have celery. This was our first visit to this location in about two years. We came here for the endless shrimp Monday evening dinner special. I was hoping for a peaceful meal with out our children since it was the anniversary of our first date. We were placed in a quiet area BUT WITH IN THE HOUR THREE FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN WERE SEATED NEXT TO US!! It would have been better if we got up and moved. My husband and I had dinner here 12/14/2024. Our waitress was great. While my husband ordered his food, we told our waitress that my husband cannot under any circumstance consume butter due to health conditions. She assured us that nothing he ordered would have butter on it. Our food came out, mine was delicious. A few minutes after he started eating his food, the waitress rushed over to us saying that the cooks added butter to his asparagus. Now my husband is very sick. It was not the waitresses fault but the cooks! My husband has a bad pancreas and he is not allowed butter, dairy etc. now he is in severe pain.! If you don't know, pancreatitis is very serious and after our red lobster visit, God forbid, he might have to be hospitalized. I should've asked for his portion of his bill to be comped. What if someone made it clear that they can't have a certain food due to a severe allergic reaction and the cooks did not care enough to respect what the guest said. Not happy. But our waitress was great and my food was good. Had it not been for the butter issue, I would give 5 starts. The cooks need to be RETRAINED ASAP. read more

This was the best Red Lobster experience I've ever had. The lobster was so buttery and cooked to perfection, the salmon was also really great. I had their strawberry lemonade for the first time and I was practically guzzling it. Our server was so kind and attentive. I felt really lucky we got her.
