Was very very disappointed!!! Had family visiting from out of town and they specifically asked for Red Lobster. I Had not been to this location in some time and was really surprised how run down it has become? The soup was way beyond salty. I most likely would not have said anything at all until the waitress came to refill my tea and all the sweat from the outside of the picture dropped directly into my soup! So disgusting!!! Even more offensive was her reaction! They need to train their staff better! Our waitress not only got our orders wrong but would leave to get what she had forgotten and would be gone over 5 min? This happened 3 times... So basically by the time she came the rest of the plate was cold. What a horrible dinning experience!! Will never return here again. This location is near my office, so I come here often at lunch with my office mates. The food has always been delicious and prepared as ordered. The staff has gone above and beyond to meet our expectations. The few times when there has been a long wait is on weekends or on holidays, like Mom's Day, which is expected anywhere. The restaurant itself has always been clean, inside and out. Restrooms are always clean. The staff has always been attentive to our needs and keep a professional server appearance. My only complaint is that the adult beverages are a bit pricey for this restaurant. Other than that, it's a good seafood place with reasonable prices. read more

The wait staff was very pleasant. Service was slow most likely due to slow kitchen. If you are pressed for time, this is not the place. The food was OK. The presentation was very unappealing. My mother wanted to celebrate her 91st birthday there, she ordered a lobster tail and loaded baked potato. They basically threw the those two items were thrown onto a white plate. I walked in on a Thursday night and didn't have to wait, so that's good. I ordered a drink, and the waitress checked my ID. It was my birthday, and she didn't say happy birthday to me, but it's ok I got like 50 people to post on my Facebook wall so it's all good. The food came out and tasted exactly as I expected not good but not bad. The waitress kept rushing us in the beginning, but as the night progressed she became friendlier. A technological marvel! It's hard to believe how, in that huge giant ocean, they can find such tiny shrimp for my plate. They must have super fine nets to grab the little critters. As with all corporate chains, the decor is generally pretty good and cleanliness was not a problem. It has that New England feel with the wainscoting and whatnot. But predictably, the food lacked any character and had that artificial, manufactured taste with too much salt and sugar. The flavors were all very TV-dinneresque. The reception lets us know that there's only one party in front of us yet she continuously letting about 5 parties came through , one of which has the exact number of people as our party. Got very sick from the shrimp and the manager by the name of Mary was insensitive and had a attitude when I reported it. I called to report that my mom and I got sick from the shrimp and she showed no concern. Then she said she could send me a gift card to make us "feel better" I clearly stated that I was just calling to report the incident for their sake just incase someone else got sick too. Food was good for what it was. Cajun Chicken Linguine Alfredo was good with a good size portion and plenty of chicken and alfredo sauce. Mac and Cheese kid's meal was the standard Kraft mac and was what you'd expect. The vegetables (broccoli and asparagus) were great and perfectly seasoned and cooked. And of course, the biscuits were amazing: soft and fluffy and buttery. Would I order again? Yes. I mean it's Red Lobster, not an esteemed seafood house. We have eaten at this location many times and service is always hit or miss. The past 2-3 times have been misses. This was the third time we were there to celebrate birthdays and nothing was done when the servers were told. Our server started off well but then everything went downhill. He just seemed to disappear. When he finally brought the check, he didn't leave a pen. My husband finally had to get up and ask the manager for one. The time before, on Father's Day, I noticed in the foyer that the windowsills were filthy - dust, hair, dirt.... I pointed it out to three people, including the manager. He said he would have that taken care of. We went back on August 2nd and noticed that the windowsills had not been touched. If they are that filthy and the manager doesn't care, I wonder how clean the kitchen is. I doubt that we will ever eat there again. read more

We went for dinner last night (8/9/16) for my mom's birthday. There was a party of 5 of us. The service was fine however the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the "Crusted Parmesan Tilapia". To start with everyone else got there meals way before mine came out. When mine finally got there it was MUSH. The Parmesan and fish was watery and mushy. Totally not what I had expected. Our server was Bree and she was great, to be completely honest we took a very long time to eat but the entire meal she kept up with our refills and other requests giving us plenty of time to finish our food and not making us feel like we were rushed at all. We ordered fish and it came out looking like a bigger version of Captain D's !! No taste, just huge batter blown up. I ordered crab legs and they were so small I could hardly find any meat. I told the waitress they should go down as the smallest in Gennis World Book of Records. We had the worst waiter while three or four walked by us and ignored our trying to get their attention. I finally went to the front and the manager took our order. The only time we saw waiter was for him yo give us the receipt. Now, the worst part of all. It's Red Lobster...a chain...so not extremely high expectations for the food here so I was pleasantly surprised that the salmon New Orleans I ordered was pretty good. So much so I ate it all, either it was really good or I was really hungry. I do think it was a combination of both. LOL. It didn't taste exceptionally Cajun however but everything was cooked well, no overcooking happened. I had the baked potato and broccoli on the side and it was all done well. Red Lobster is never too crowded, if you come at the right time. My waiter is always kind, have never had an issue with that. The absolute best part of Red Lobster is the cheese bread thats brought out as an appetizer. Yummy! I'm sure if you are a huge fan of seafood, this place will be heaven for you. But for me, not so much. As a vegetarian this is not the best place to eat! There is endless options of seafood and steak on the menu, leaving only a few salads and other small meals for veggies. Same as other Red Lobsters when it comes to the food, which is good, but this one seems to be a little nicer. It is a large location and it still gets packed.
