I want to point out that this car is 45 years old, in beautiful condition and only needed an alignment. Very simple - Camber and Toe adjustments.....1-2 hour job. Pruetts Precision Alignment was recommended to me for this car. Mr. Scott Vann needs to go back to "customer service 101". My initial contact with Mr. Vann went like this - "who are you and what do you want. I've had a bad morning, can you come back tomorrow". I was floored just like any new customer would be. I requested he look at my car to see if they could even do it. His toned mellowed and he became friendly so I chalked it up to that "bad morning". I made an appointment for the very first appointment 1 week later. I showed up at 7:45 for my 8:00am appointment and was greeted by Mr. Vann. The racks were empty and I wanted to confirm that my car was going on the rack because I didn't have a ride home and I do not leave this car anywhere and was going to stay and wait. I was promptly told by Mr. Vann that "he does not do business that way". I said "what", this is an alignment which should take an hour maybe 2 if you don't know what you are doing. He tells me that they might not work on it until it is complete because there are other things that might have to be worked on and that it might have to stay overnight. And with that, I turned around and walked out the door. I called a buddy and he told me to go down to Tire Pros (525 W Redlands Blvd, Redlands, CA 92373) and talked to Walt ((909) 255-7571) He was slammed that day and told me to come back at 7:15 the next morning and he'll take care of me. Finally a man of his word. Brought the car down, watched them do the alignment and left 55 minutes later. Thank you Walt. Tire Pros has done other work for me and everyone of their guys are professionional, courteous, and get business taken care of in a timely fashion with customer service their most important concern. I got to tire pros after 10:00 am and dropped off my set of rims and tires to get new tires mounted and balanced on them. I was then called around 3:00 pm to bring in my car to have the wheels and tires mounted and get my car aligned. I got there at 3:30pm and waited in the waiting room. I noticed my car went on the alignment rack at 5:30 pm and was done by 5:50pm which I noticed seemed extremely fast. Zack took it for a drive and said he noticed it pulled to the right and that If I noticed it I could bring it back again which I appreciated. As I drove it that night to Eastvale I noticed how badly it pulled to the right and the steering would shake around 70-80 mph. Which didn't do that before. I brought my car back in on Monday and had them check the front wheels balance and re align it. Upon doing the front wheels balance one of the rims was not balanced properly so they fixed it and the other rim was bent so Zack said that was the reason why my car was pulling to the right and that was the best they could do for the alignment considering my car was lowered and didn't re align it. I knew it wasn't like that before so I took it to the dealership and had them re align it. It turned out both front and rear Toe was out of specs and that's why my car was pulling to the right. I also had them check the rear tire balances since the front one was off and to my surprise one of the rear tires was not balanced properly as well. I'm writing this because it's inexcusable to have work done to your car and pay for it only to find out you didn't get what you payed for and the car wasn't aligned nor balanced the way it should have. I'm saddened because this was a reputable place to go to as I have recommended my friends to them as well. I Hope they can make this right, thank you for taking your time to read this. read more

I've had these guys do a few things for both of my cars. The one that sticks out the most is my 14 year old truck. Almost every time I get my brake pads changed the mechanic gives me the old, "Your rotors need grinding/replacing." To my surprise they showed me my rotors and pads and told me that everything was fine. The squeaking I was hearing was from the last guys putting on the wrong pads. The pads were okay to use and only 50% worn. They changed my oil and looked at everything. Made recommendations but didn't try to sell anything. Had a nail in my tire after a treacherous drive home on icy roads. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes!!

Where do I start. I guess I'll start at the beginning. I got a flat tire, put on my spare and took my flat tire down to Redlands tire pros. I dropped my tire off told me about an hour and a half, guess what? My tire was done in about an hour and a half. But that's not it . Eddie assisted me by putting The repaired tire back on my vehicle.He offered without prompting to mount the spare tire back underneath my vehicle, and even went so far as to check the air in the rest of my tires which I'm not so sure was their job requirement, but he did it anyways and thankfully he did. He noticed that my left rear tire was extremely low and asked me to back the vehicle up, and as I did He discovered another nail in the opposite tire. Now as you can imagine by now I'm already pretty grateful for the service, but wait, it doesn't stop there. While Eddie was repairing my tire I went into pay for the second repair, and they didn't charge me for it. Thank you to all the guys I had contact with at Redlands tire pros.. Eddie ( Who change the tire and caught the flat tire), Justin Who informed me that it was not a nail that was in my second tire, it was a battery, a AAA battery ( I'm not freaking kidding ) and the 2 guys at the counter .. I don't think I'll be going back to Redlands Tire Pros (RTP) to purchase tires again. I recently had tires put on one of my vehicles and even though the price was competitive and I believe they did good work, the young man that assisted me at the counter had an attitude like he could care less whether I did business with them ever again. After paying my bill, I was handed my receipt without so much as a thank you.....nothing. I might understand if he had been really busy and it slipped his mind, but he wasn't and he just didn't seem to care. I've been doing business with RTP for years and their customer service has always been everything from friendly and helpful to mediocre, but this last experience will be my last. Didn't have time to get it fixed and it wasn't losing pressure so I just figured I would bring it here for them a couple days later to check it out and fix it if it needed to be. The dealership said we needed a new tire but they were out of stock and referred us to Costco, Costco also said we needed a new tire but was a special order and the only place who had them was Chino Hills. The staff at this facility is excellent. Yesterday I had an emergency need to repair a tire on my car. Notwithstanding the fact the shop was closing, they waited for me to check (and eventually) repair my tire. Note that other local Redlands shops would not assist in any fashion, except to say "come by tomorrow and we will see what we can do." Clearly I would have waited a day if my schedule of professional commitments could have been adjusted. Instead of spending two - three hours waiting at a shop the next day the Tire Pros fixed the tire in less than 20 minutes. This shop is honest, effective and efficient.
