This place is top notch from the ambiance to the food. The staff is very professional and friendly. It's pricey but the quality is worth the extra expense. Highly recommended!!!

This was a fantastic restaurant. Food was delicious the steak melts in your mouth and so soft and tasty. I had the burger with black truffle which was also amazing Ambiance and vibes were A+ lighting was great. The service was great very nice servers.. I have 2 complaints. Im not a fan of no sides with the steak its alot extra for a side and that brings me to my next complaint so expensive but it is delicious food but no sides with a steak is new to me.

Came here for a business dinner, hence no foodie pics. Sorry, gotta keep my foodie life hidden from the execs. For appetizers, we shared: - sushi platters with assorted rolls and sashimi. The tuna truffle one was my favorite. -Wagyu that they cook table-side on a hot rock. Loved how they bushed it with ponzu. Definitely a show stopper and super yummy. -Meat tacos. Didn't get try them because the boys got to them before me. But I heard they were good. For my main course I got the fillet mignon and it was HUGE. A perfect medium, pink center. We got matched potatoes, mushroom, shoshito peppers and green beans for sides. The last one was a standout. Super flavorful. We also got the dessert platter, and their coconut cloud dessert is outstanding. Light, creamy and coconutty. Great place for a special evening

Solid steakhouse with a great ambiance and decor. Went for lunch when the restaurant wasn't very busy. Started with the Salmon, Tuna and Black Caviar Roll and the RC Crispy Rice, the Roll was especially good. For our entrees had the Rib-eye and the Chilean Sea Bass - no complaints on either. Overall, a nice steakhouse. A bit pricey but good food and service.

An excellent steakhouse in the financial district of Manhattan. Great place for a business lunch. Ambiance: classy and modern Food: Had the mushroom soup and the catch of the day, fresh Dover sole. Both were perfectly prepared and excellent. Service: excellent service Overall cleanliness: excellent Bathroom cleanliness: above average Misc: This steakhouse is Kosher

By far the best sushi I've ever had a steakhouse. I am blown away, I had to order it twice. This location is quite hard to find if you have not familiar with the area, there's a side entrance to get to the elevator and the restaurant itself is on the second floor. There's no signage outside so it seems to be one of those internet or word of mouth locations. The design inside is gorgeous and the wine hallway is photo worthy! I appreciated the service, waiters were attentive and always checking on us. Overall the wagyu was good, a little too fatty which was annoying but the rest was great nonetheless. I enjoyed the dessert & wine. A good experience overall, not sure if I would go out of my way to come back though.

The restaurant is beautiful. The food was OK, my favorite thing was the brisket tacos. They were amazing.

A beautiful restaurant with great staff. Food is a bit overpriced. You are going here for the experience rather than the food. My favorite item was their french fries even though we also ordered their rack of lamb (heavy), short rib tacos (heavy), volcano roll, spicy tuna on crispy rice (more spicy than expected), and baby back rib (too dry/was sent back). I recommend their cocktails and wine. Avoid driving since parking is a headache. 3.5 star rating that will be rounded up since they knew we couldn't order a dessert item but they made us something special on the house. My advice to the chef: your food is delicious but a bit too heavy. Try adding something to cut the heaviness. For example, you do provide a salsa for the short rib tacos despite it amount of salsa being a small amount, try adding some cilantro and pickled red onions to cut the fat and marry the flavors together even more.

Reserve cut is probably the premier Kosher Steakhouse in New York City. I was treated to a fantastic afternoon at Reserve Cut. Full disclosure, I did not pay nor did I see the bill however I have to imagine it was easily $200 per person based on the menu and what was ordered. To start we ordered a beautiful Sushi platter, the spicy Tuna was seriously as good as it gets, the crispy rice with spicy tuna was fantastic. The roasted beef ribs were incredible, perfect combination of seasoning, and slow roasted beed goodness. Short Rib tacos were the weakest item but were still a solid dish. The Waygu appetizer was cooked table side and I was not terribly impressed, I wouldn't order it again. Entrees included Rib steak, Tomahawk and Lamb chops. The 2 steaks were fantastic, the waiters recommended medium rare, while I would definitely prefer a slightly higher temperature. 2 guests at our table asked for a higher temperature closer to well done and the waiter graciously brought the steak back to the kitchen to put them back on the fire. The lamb chops were not the best I have had and I would not recommend ordering them. The mushrooms and French fry sides were terrific. The dessert platter was quite impressive, the apple tart, chocolate volcano, mousse and lemon meringue were all fantastic. The wine list is truly impressive, they offer what I think is the largest and finest Kosher wines available. Service was impeccable. The decor is beautiful. I would not hesitate to visit again.

The special steak does not melt at all. Not like what we had in Japan. Therefore it's over priced.

I was recently there so it should be! It's a pretty busy place to get reservations.

Do they do like small birthday parties for a group of 10? Does anyone know the pp person for dinner if you wanted a pre fix?

Was seated instantly upon arriving 10 minutes early for our reservation. Massive props to the service throughout our entire duration. When my partner went to the washroom, they instantly came to fold her handkerchief and set it on the table. Spent under $100 per person which I'd say is on the better end for value (though I am no Michelin expert). Toro Ssam Bop - my partner who does not typically like raw fish said this might be her favorite dish (or favorite fish dish). I think that speaks volumes. The toro tuna is rich, fatty, and balanced by all the chosen ingredients which leads to no overly fishy taste. She raved about the "tuna dish" for the rest of the day. Don't skip this specialty that is highly regarded across visitors. Clam & Sea Bream Somyeon - cold thin noodles lie in a bowl that is surrounded by ice, so a fun presentation. While the noodles themselves have a smooth texture and are tasty, I would say the entire dish is too lemony. Even the clams are hard to taste because they're covered in some lemon or lime. The sea bream had a typical fish texture and taste but also had too much sour tang. I'd skip this in the future, but if the lemon flavor were tuned down, the dish has strong potential. Wagyu Ramyun - raw wagyu beef was not in my partners interest but this was one of those top dishes I had to get. Spoiler alert, she loved the small raw beef pieces. Even if the description isn't a perfect match, I feel like JeJu Noodle Bar will work some magic and make it work. The broth here was rich, flavorful, and umami. There's some ground beef pieces for added flavor and the broth can be slightly spicy. Noodles were delicious and soaked up all the flavor too. Highly recommend!

I ordered the JeJu Fried Chicken (we added an extra piece) and Family Ramyun. The fried chicken came with a creamy and tangy sauce, and the caviar added some umami flavour to each bite. Although the chicken was tender, and the dish was good, I wouldn't get it again. The Family Ramyun, however, was my favourite dish of the night. It was so flavourful and all the components were cooked to perfection. I wanted to get two bowls, but not only would I have been super full, but it also would've broken the bank. It was a great dinner at JeJu Noodle Bar and I'd come again just for the Family Ramyun!!!

I will say the portions are small for the price but everything we got was delicious + the service was fast. - Complimentary pretzel bread (4.5/5): buttery goodness. this alone is worth coming here for, and it tastes so good with the butter! one of the top complimentary bread at a restaurant - Tuna nicoise rice cake (5/5): generous amount of caviar, tastes so fresh and delightful - Truffle sashimi (5/5): fish was so fresh, paired with thinly sliced green onions and caviar. Stronger truffle flavor - Crudo di Catch (5/5): one of the thinnest crudo you will find. So delicious, light, fresh and bright! - Baked crab rolls (4.5/5): these were the perfect size and the crab inside is so large and plump and juicy - Hellfire roll (3.5/5): not my favorite (spicy tuna is mushy) but I am also not a huge spicy tuna lover. Its really good though but wish there was a bit more crunch factor in the roll - Otoro with caviar (4/5): classic, tastes as you expect, nothing mindblowing - Lobster mac and cheese (5/5): highly highly recommend. The lobster chunks are delicious and the rigatoni is perfectly al dente. Does not even taste too cheesy which is why I loved it so much - tasted more like vodka rigatoni with lobster :D - NY streak (4/5): I'm not a huge steak person but this was pretty good. Cooked medium, nice amount of fat without too much, and a nice crispy crust. Also thin enough too my liking so it does not feel overly heavy - Baby bok choy salad (4/5): I actually really liked this one - thought it was super light and refreshing and perfectly complemented the steak. Had a nice crunch factor from the bokchoy and candied pumpkin seeds Amazing meal, great for a group or celebration when you want to splurge a bit!

Being an older man i dress appropriately, especially given a dress code. Most of our party had been to NYC many times. There was a strict itinerary that included Catch. World Cup frenzy added to the fun. I know how hard it is to seat large parties, we had to wait. My first recommendation is to prohibit parties larger than 5. The atmosphere was dark but lively, i waited at the sushi bar who i hoped were Itamae do their thing. Then who i thought were delivery folk or street people walked in and were seated definitely contrary to the dress code. I would not have minded if there wasnt a detailed code and i packed clothes that displaced other things i would've brought. Once seated i think they tried some service recovery and they brought this bread that was artful, flaky and absolutely delicious, it had a seasoned whipped butter that was OUTRAGEOUS! They added the spicy shrimp that made me want to slap my mama. Then it went downhill. I ordered the salmon with fava bean purée (i had no idea what that was and was not tasteful), asparagus and spinach. Brussel sprouts showed up without the veggies i ordered. I gave the salmon a 'B'. However, our gorgeous server was gracious, apologetic and comped the entire meal. I left a bit forlorn and a bit ambivalent if i would return, NYC has too many other restaurants. But try it and write a review.
