It seems as if they don't want to be their or as if one should feel privileged to sit their and wait for them to take your order. This restaurant did not meet my expectations. The waiter was kind, and nice, which I appreciated. He took a long time to help us with drinks, and taking our order. I had the Caribbean fish taco. I/we go to Risky Business about t 2-3 times a month, not by my choice. I have an 83 year old molther in law who loves to go there. She has a martini and coconut shrimp and she is a happy camper. Well the last 3-4 months things have really gone down hill The menus are fithly, doesnt any one wipe them down at the end of the day?! If you are going to have a bar, well the bartender should know how to make a manhattan- I shouldnt have to explain how to make one. Used the restaurant as a get together with 3 generations of old family friends. The restaurant went out of their way to make this reunion a wonderful experience. Went here for dinner with a friend and there was a few issues with being served our food on a dirty plate and a part of our order being forgotten. However, I understand accidents happen and we were just the unlucky pair that it happened to. With that said. Our waitress Zoe handled the situation beautifully. She offered each of us a free soup or salad and discounted our meal. She was very apologetic and calm throughout the whole dining experience. My family and I enjoy Riskys at least 1 night a week. I can't remember ever have a bad experience or knowing anyone who has. So when I read some of these reviews I was a bit shocked. It's a great place to bring the kids, when it's family night. My wife and I sometimes stop by for a cocktail (or 2). I enjoy watching any sporting event, there's really not a bad seat in the place. It's priced fair for the amount of food you receive. They seemed to always have great drink specials everyday of the week. The Menu is huge, so many different things to choose from. It's actually quite amazing how they can serve so many things consistently well. And, we just recently learned that almost everything is homemade. There's not too many places you can find doing that anymore. I would list my favorite items, but honestly, everything is great. But, the N.Y. Strip is awesome, and the Cajun Shrimp is out of this world. Now we may be a little biased, as this is our favorite place to go to. However, we do eat out a lot, and have tried many other places in town. yet we always seem to find our way back to Riskys. We would much rather support a locally owned business anyways. read more

Been here a few times now, no significant changes, other than the wait staff. Party of 16 this time, only a couple of errors with the whole party. Bar seems to be under stocked, as they didn't have all the ingredients for margaritas. Food was quite tasty, as there were several special requests for different dietary limitations. Was nice to see the ability to cook a steak without the seasoning added. Flavor of the beef was really great without the salty seasoning! Really applaud the chef for an enjoyable meal! Took some friends out for dinner to this place. They, and my mom, go frequently. When we left it was clear my mom would never return and am unclear if friends will. I have a food allergy they completely ignored resulting in having to return my meal. After more than an hour after ordering and watching later arrivals receive their food we asked what was happening. I'm glad we discovered this place on a recent trip to Tucson. The menu has a lot of variety and prices are moderate. Portions are generous and I felt it was a good value for the money. We've eaten here three times over the past two months and have had consistently good food and service. They have a great selection of beers...whatever your preference, they have it. My husband raves about their burgers...cooked the way he requested and delicious. I had a sandwich one time and chicken oriental salad another time. Both were large portions and tasted great. Good choices in menu even for the vegetarians. I ate the Greek salad and bruschetta and my wide ordered the veggie garden burger and Mac n cheese for the kid. The taste and the ambience were good. Due to lack of near by alternatives around the ventana canyon this restaurant was refreshing. (They probably forgot to give the kids drink with the kids meal and we didn't ask for it again).
