Wasn't completely satisfied, had a small complaint, waited patiently for return call,never happened, refused battery maintenance, snuck it in,and 599.99 for dealer handling and titling, car dealerships don't charge that ,the management knew I wasn't pleased,instead of addressing it and working with me they'd rather ignore me,I only spent 10,000.00,I'm just a hard worker making 15 an hour, took me 8 months to save 1000.00.Will not recommend. And couldn't find keys to motorcycle, whew! Poor management practices, and still no call or keys ,what happened to basic respect and customer service. read more

Been shopping for a used bike for quite some time with a very particular "want list". After contacting 5 different Harley Dealerships throughout the valley I was put in contact with Rick. Rick introduced me to Chris and the search began. They were in constant contact and avaliable to answer any and all questions for me. Within the week they put immeasurable effort into finding my dream bike and low and behold they found 3! Awesome shop and staff. I came in on an emergency, flat tire on a run. They where the only shop in 200 miles that had my tire. They stayed for me to drop the bike off, it was ready the next afternoon. They not only gave me an amazing price on the tire, they did a diagnostic on my bike and gave all the part numbers to fix it when I got back to LA. The staff was super courteous and knowledgeable. Price was great. They didn't even charge for labor. I can't speak more highly of the dealership. read more

Great selection, clean inside, very nice apparel and parts side of house. Service guys were a hoot. If you're coming in the front tho, make sure you're coming to buy, otherwise you might as well be invisible. I came in on Saturday at roughly 4pm, seemed like everyone was engaged doing something selling something. I waited around, me and my buddy walked around and looked at bikes... no one approached at all. We bought t shirts, and a few odds and ends..... still nothing.... I finally asked if they were available for a test ride. I'd never ridden a Harley, only sport bikes and wanted to see if my next bike would be a Harley or not. I explained my situation that I may not be buying now but would love to have this shop be my seller when I was. They say they're swamped and can't tonight but come back tomorrow.... Understandable, I leave my info and schedule for Sunday noon. I arrive on time, on my bike(potential trade in) and my friend is again here with me.... I come in, check in, the man never put my info in, they said he's been working with a sale since opening. I'm cool with this, I say I'll wait a bit, me and my friend wonder around a while.... Finally get approached.... He asked a few questions I gave the same response, he says ok, and shows a couple bikes I sit on a few he starts them up.... I really think this day is turning around..... then I ask a few basic differences between bikes and he shuts down like I asked forbidden questions(my question was "other than appearance features, what's the difference between the fatbob and the street bob they have the same engine") he then says he has to go and disappears into the shop to I guess help another sales person close a deal??? Your guess is as good as mine. This may seem like I'm complaining that a sales person didn't want to sell me a bike I didn't want, but I've said it time and again.... I am the epitome of a consumer, if you can sell it, I may be in the market, I had come back the next day(should have thrown up flags I'd be open to buying) I waited 2 hours on Saturday and over an hour for my(so I thought) scheduled appointment Sunday.... 3 hours and A few questions, no one wanted to sell me a bike.... If you're a sales person you know to never let a potential buyer out of your sight.... I guess Harley's have spent so long selling themselves that salesmen forgot how to sell Harley's. Nice place, just treat you like every other Harley shop if you don't have a plan to buy that very minute. read more

Purchased a 2018 sportster 48. Chris (sales person) was very friendly, professional and shows you what real customer service is supposed to look like. He wasn't pushy or impatient when I wasnt sure which bike to choose...it was between 3 different bikes. He walked my husband and I around to see each bike several times, and I know if I would have asked to see them again he would have accomodated me without issue. He kept asking if we needed anything (ie: water, coffee).While we waited, Rob (Manager) introduced himself to us and further made us feel like we were good ol' friends. He shared some awesome stories with us to help pass the time. Rob is a down-to-earth type of guy. Honestly, both guys are the type you want to hangout with and have drinks. I felt like they were being honest and upfront concerning the price. I felt like I got a great price for my bike. If you have not been here you should stop by. I took my 2019 Deluxe to get new handlebars installed on a Tuesday. I had a bike ride scheduled on Thursday with friends who rode in from Northern California on that same Tuesday. I asked the service tech how long it would take and he said it's an 8 hour job so that if I'd drop it off at 9am when they opened I'd get it back before closing. Well I didn't get my bike back until Saturday morning. My friends had already left back to California on that Friday. They did an awesome job on the installation and couldn't be more happy with them but ruined a ride with my friends that specifically rode out to take a ride. The reasoning they said was because the manufacturer had the wrong sized break lines that go with it. They found the right ones in Vegas that Tuesday and said they were having them overnighted. I called Wednesday and they said the new delivery time was Friday and they would call me when they came in. I had to call several times to see what's going on and every time they told me they would give me a call and they never did. Finally when I called they said they came in two hours before I called and had yet started on my bike and this was 4pm and they close at 6. He said he would give me a call before they closed to let me know if they were done or how long they got on them. Never heard from them and Saturday they never called to let me know they were done. I got an email letting me know the bike was done. They definitely need to work on their customer service. They did do a great job but was 4 days too late. Sucks!! read more
