First time coming here and all I have to say is that their food is heavily saturated in butter. Their menu prices are prettier cheap, but their customer service is the worst. It was my first time trying robs grill and it was awesome! Great food and fantastic service. I ordered the California chicken sandwich combo and it was very delicious the chicken tasted so fresh! Haven't had a bad experience as others here have said. Food is fresh and cooked to order. Price is about the same as other mom and pop shops. Maybe slightly higher. Only gripe i have is that they dont have actual half half for their coffee. Just that generic oil based stuff but thats just my personal preference. read more

I've worked around this place for almost 10 years now. I go back only because of the awesome veteran staff ( not to be confused with the newer unprofessional and grumpy staff) and because sometimes it's just easier to go there rather than having to drive somewhere else. The food is ok. I think some of their items are priced too high. For example, a chicken salad for about $9 and a crappy small cup of coffee for about $2.50. As cowboy burger it was some place I'd prefer to go to over the chain burger spots about once a week. When it became Robs I figured it would still be good. Unfortunately the portions got smaller, the interior became plain, but worst of all they kept the same rude, obnoxious cashiers/drive thru girls (you know which one of you is the worst if you ever read this, Ms. Highlights) The cooks need lessons on how to cook, and build burgers, or maybe if they spent less time chit chatting with the young cashier girls they would get it together. The only person who was any good at getting your order right was the older lady they use to have. read more

I've rated this place before and to be honest they get five stars for their food!! All the way and fast service. However one of the cashier, which seems to be tied with the restaurant (not sure if she's the owner), is not the friendliest. She almost seems bothered or mad. This is the best burger stand, food is always fresh everyone there is friendly. We eat at Rob's alot and have never had a complaint. They cook the food fresh for you which is a definite plus I would much rather wait 5 minutes than get food that has been sitting there. Best french fries in town!! Went through the drive thru After paying almost $30 for 2 Steak sandwich combos asked the girl who I think a supervisor there if my order was complete. Asked her if the Jalapeños and Ranch dressing were in the bag and she replied YES. Got home and no Ranch. Horrible customer service. I specifically asked if the ranch was in the bag. She lied!
