My family and I have come here a few times and every time Erick, the manager, is so nice! His customer service is 15/10. We always get the pizza and salad bar deal and Erick came around a few times checking on us and if we requested a type of pizza for the pizza bar, he would bring it over and serve us a few pieces so we didn't have to get up. He did the same thing with cinnamon twists! He's always checking on everyone and making sure everyone's happy, it's so sweet! This location is so accommodating. Highly recommend!! read more

They now offer the buffet at dinner time too!! Sweet!! Went here for a date the other night. We got there around 6:30pm and were just going to order a small pizza to share and a drink. The cashier told us they now have the pizza buffet at dinner too for about $7 and some change per person. Nice! The pizza was the only great thing about this date. Four stars and no five due to the high cost. 2 medium pizzas-veggie and bbq chicken came to $45.00. That is an outrageous cost for two pizzas. Will not be paying that again. Four out of five for quality. So if you don't mind being totally overcharged read on. BBQ Chicken was outstanding flavor. Some of the best I have tasted. They use a perfect blend of sauce to chicken ratio and it's not overly cheesy. Tip is to get it cooked well done as that really makes the flavors blend. Got the thin crust and it was crispy goodness. Garden veggie with red sauce had a really good combo of veggies. Got it on regular crust and having it cooked well done insured it was cooked all the way through. I check in but they really are just delivering it to my home. I think it is legit We have loved RT pizza for years. They are always tasty, well made pies. Ever since they started having the crisp skinny crust I enjoy them even more. Unless it is a Chicago pizza from downtown in the Loop I'm simply not interested in a thicker crust pizza. So, like I said when their regular crust was offered to me thinner I was a happy camper. I also like the Polynesian sauce - a little sweet - a little spicy. Great pizza place. I think the usual pizza chains have gone really bad. Dominos, pizza hut and papa john's just want to make cheaper pizza. Most times they serve pizza's with very less toppings. But round table is pretty good, they serve a good amount of toppings on their pizzas. And the pizza tastes really good. i love their thin crust King Arthur's Supreme. Was so damn good. read more

Came in tonight starving and craving some pizza! As we walked in, Erick (the manager), greeted us so pleasantly and welcomed us in. We informed him we wanted to order to go and as soon as I opened up the menu he started telling me what was the most popular pizza (specialty). I thought that was great because I didnt have to ask him for the recommendations! Excellent. I did let him know that I used to work at a round table about 6 yrs ago and that prompted him to hook us up with some deals (which I'm positive he would've done regardless). Erick also asked if we wanted some wings or other appetizers and mentioned the selection of wings and their flavors they now have (delicious selection btw). He repeated our order, which I personally love because it reassures me that my order will come out correctly, on top of it being great customer service. We were offered cup of water and waited only 15 min for our order. In addition to the pleasant environment, one of the delivery girls asked if my mom and her friend were helped already.. great observation from her part and awesome customer service. I didnt catch her name but she was young and had blonde hair lol. When our order came out, Erick showed us the pizza in the box and wings..another plus ! And very kindly offered and gave us to go plates ( thank you ! I didnt want to wash plates tonight lol). Great experience and will definitely be coming back. Placed my order online for a roasted veggie individual flatbread and a half dozen spicy buffalo wings with bleu cheese sauce. The online ordering is a nice feature, but the site performance was pretty slow. I suspect it would have been easier and faster to call my order in. A 15 minute drive later and I was greeted warmly by the girls at the register and quickly handed my order which was still hot when I got it back to the hotel. Wings: Disappointing at best. While meaty and cooked well, they were neither spicy nor buffalo style. They were breaded and soggy but not from any sauce that I could detect. Flavor was only that of the chicken. The sauce was ranch and not the bleu cheese I ordered. Flatbread: Quite good. A nice blend of flavors from copious toppings and a generous amount of chicken. It's especially disappointing to receive poor service from one of your favorite brands, and Round Table is absolutely my favorite fast food pizza chain. I used to come to this location when it first opened and it was well run and I always felt welcome. This evening I paid my first visit in five years and my experience was poor. We had planned to sit outside with our dogs but when we arrived all the chairs were stacked up as they would be at the end of the evening. I went in to order and I asked if we were eating in or if we wanted it to go - I explained that we had hoped to eat outside. The young guy at the register glanced outside, and noticed all the chairs were stacked. He turned to a colleague and asked if he could set up a table for us - the colleague looked seriously inconvenienced and mumbled something about the time. It felt like he didn't want to do it as it was later in the evening (although they were still almost 90 minutes from closing). Frankly, he just couldn't be bothered to do his job. Two stars because the pizza was good, but zero pride in the customer experience from the guys running this location. read more

Working and managing a pizza restaurant for 2 years has definitely made me a critic. But the pizza here, no matter how basic or simple the recipe/company standards, is always phenomenal. The staff always has a smile on their face and are outgoing and friendly. The salad bar is kept clean along with their pizza bar they offer as well. I've ordered pick-up multiple times as well as delivery and they're always quick too. On Wednesdays they offer 50% off large pizzas after 5 pm as well as everything else being very reasonably priced. Round Table is one of the few pizza businesses that haven't changed what they're doing cause they are already doing it right. At least if they have, they have managed to bring it to the point of not making it noticeable or having it perfected before bringing it to the consumer. Keep doing what youre doing guys!! It's hard to go wrong with Round Table Pizza. It's reputation as higher quality delivery pizza is very appropriate. The old saying "you pay for what you get" definitely applies, as RT's pizza is not cheap. Make sure you call ask about any specials they are running before paying the full price, or keep coupons you run across, as it is well worth it. They have quite a unique selection of combination pizzas, although we usually end up selecting our own, we are very happy with this stuff! read more

I've had there ayce buffet several times and it's a great value. As far as chain pizza goes they are the best in my opinion, a little more expensive but I've never had that stomach full of regret at RT that I've had at other chains. Much better toppings, red onion, roasted tomatoes and linguisa! I don't know of any chain that serves linguisa! I usually wait for coupons which come more frequently than I actually eat pizza, but saves us a couple of bucks. I recently tried the new thin crust rectangle pizza, they were awesome and cheap! $10 for the large and $5.99 for the small. We had the artisan pepperoni and the tomato, basil and mozzarella. This location is 2.1 miles from my residence and it shouldn't take longer than 45 mins from acceptance to delivery. Besides the delays it also appears none of the delivery personnel know how to locate an address. This is a very good place to go with the family. I coach a soccer team and just got finished the last game of the season, one of the parents of the kids in the team made reservation at this location to celebrate the end of the seam and it turned out very good place. The kids had ton of fun, we god a privet room for the whole team and their parents. We order many all-you-can-eat, and the kids and parents ate a lot of food. Very good pizza.
