I just had the worst experience ever and this is saying a lot as I am General Manager of a restaurant here in Orange County. I placed my order online than received a call from this La Paz location informing me they were out of an item which was no big deal so I told them to just cancel that item. But than they informed me that because I paid with my credit card online that they could not refund the difference and like anyone else I asked why than there manager Ray got on the phone with some lame story saying that I have to cancel the payment but he couldn't tell me how to do this so I canceled my whole order because obviously this company doesn't know how to train the people representing them on how restaurant operations works. So in the end they stole $34 from me. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as this is theft and horrible customer service. read more

Placed an order at 7:37pm on a Thursday, wasn't delivered until 9:23pm. I called the restaurant to ask the status on my order (1 medium pizza, by the way) at 8:58 and was rudely informed it was on its way then hung up on. I get they take multiple orders at a time, but I have no idea what time it left the store and took over 20 minutes after I called? I live less than 5 minutes from the store. Next time I'll do carry out. I couldn't drive the night in question, due to a migraine. The quality of the pizza is the only reason for the star. The delivery guy, Matt, was nice and apologetic. Where do I begin? I have been a customer of this Round Table for over 14 years when the owner was a very nice and friendly lady- Miss Souri and the place was next to the drug store. So you can imagine how good the pizza is. Unfortunately, I wish that I could say the same thing about this new owner who bought this business from Souri few years ago and moved it next to Mollie's. I grew up with round table in Laguna Niguel all my life and was sad to see it close, but now that it's back, it's just as good as I remembered. My favorite is a Maui Zaui with the Polynesian sauce, and they make it perfectly every time, it is a guaranteed twice a month ritual for me. Also, the reason I wrote this review is because I was at Molly's next door eating breakfast and yelp scrolling the other businesses in the center and saw this guy Alan's review from yesterday. I am so happy that Round Table Pizza is finally back! I was so worried and upset when their previous location closed because I love the awesome pizza taste and topping pairings. I thought this location was more fitting for business because their previous location was very spacious and the placed seemed half empty a good majority of the time. Thankfully though the food is still as consistent as always! The only downside is that their pizza is a little bit more than other locations but I can definitely tell the difference in taste and quality. The Laguna Niguel (la paz) store's delivery really sucks. JUST DOUBLE whatever they tell you, and your pizza WILL be soggy and cold. There is a long brewing back-story behind this review. The late pizza in question happened about a year ago. I really DO love Round Table's pizza, and while I'm trying to cut back on my pizza intake, it was a special occasion so I ordered. They said 45min, and in actuality, it was 1.5 hours and soggy. Pretty gross. So I wrote an email via RT's website. No reply. I forgot about it for a while. 3 weeks later, I remembered and wrote again. STILL no reply. Then six months after, I wrote them a 3rd time. You guessed it, NO reply. So every once in a while I get a craving for Round Table, but then I remember how they don't seem to care about customer service and I order from somewhere else. To surmise, RT usually has good pizza. The La Paz store's delivery is slow. RT follow-up on customer feedback is non-existent. Hopefully this ends this saga. read more
