WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!we had a birthday party so we went in person and ordered 2 large pizza and told the cashier that we wanted the pizza to be delivered to 8:30. She assured us that the pizza will be delivered on time. We received a voicemail at 9:00 staying that the driver had delivered the pizza to a different location??? How interesting right?!!! So we called them and talked to Melissa(the store manager) and she said that when they were making the pizza it fell on the kitchen floor and they have to make it again???!!! 2 different stories!!!!! Now our guests are still waiting(HOW EMBARRASSING) so I had no choice and told her just to deliver the pizzas and asked for a partial refund At least which she refused to accept. Absolutely outrageous. I've been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the pizza. However tonight, we ordered our usual and substituted mushrooms for spinach because my husband is allergic and they wanted to charge $4! We have never had this problem before. Spinach costs less than mushrooms, and I would understand if it was for extra meat or cheese, but vegetables? How cheap can you be?! I will not be coming back to this location and I will be writing corporate. This is completely wrong and very disappointing. Not to mention the young lady working the register was rude! Very disappointed in this childhood favorite. It's been a while since I've been here. I ordered a penne pasta and it was $6.99 for this super small plate of it. The personal pizzas were okay. Not sure if we'll ever be back. Might just take have to think back on those childhood memories instead. read more

This location is just so so. you never know what kind of customer service your going to get. The pizza is good not my favorite but it's good. The place is usually tidy and floors are clean. Note: u don't change topping on anything that is previously chosen as a specialty pizza. they get upset. if they botch the order don't bother saying anything they aren't going to care. read more

This was the first time going to this location for the lunch buffet. Out of the numerous round table buffets I've been to this was the first that had some issues. Upon arriving there was only 3 slices of pizza and 4 empty pans. Not once did they serve a pan crust pizza. After asking numerous times for a meat pizza it never came out. The pizza I did eat was barbecue chicken and pepperoni which were very good I have to say. You could sense that the owner must be cheap at this location. I went in the bathroom there were no paper towels and a broken hand dryer that only blew cold air. read more

$32 for a pizza and some wings for one person, of course there are left overs. Food was good for delivery and for pizza, but this is an expensive meal. Paid $3 for delivery and was prepared to tip. It took exactly a full 1 hour to receive the the order. I received a call and went out searching for the delivery man, but with no luck. Only to receive a call by my neighbor upstairs that they have my food. I was missing wing sauce too, but was too hungry to care. I was really looking forward for a great experience but it came out expensive and satisfactory. Great potential, but it may take a few more years before i call pizza delivery again. read more

The delivery times are always sensible to begin with however the food also seems to arrive earlier than projected. The food is delivered hot, fresh, and precisely as ordered. Our club soccer team, Pateadores, went in there on Sunday around 3:30pm. I had called ahead and the manager, Ryan, asked his staff to set aside 4 tables for us. We got a great deal on 6 pizzas, $4 off all the larges. There were about 22 of us in the party so we also ordered 3 large garden salads which were very good. Probably two large salads would have been enough. Kids had a great time and adults loved the pizzas. It was the easiest end of season party ever! Cheap too! One of the moms brought a chocolate cake from Costco, which probably left a mess for Round Table to clean up. They didn't complain. Just let us enjoy our party. All their staff was polite and efficient and really great to deal with on the phone and in person. Would definitely recommend this place for sports parties!!! read more

This is the favorite hangout for our golf club - we dine here every Thursday during summer months. They have a great salad bar, great pizza and great staff who go out of their way to please. For instance, some of our members asked that they add an IPA beer to their collection, and viola, they now serve Lagunitas. For those veggie pizza lovers out there, try the Gourmet Veggie pizza on a Skinny Crust. It's the best veggie pizza I've ever had. Another group favorite is their King Arthur Supreme. Bottom line - I challenge you to beat this place within a 50 mile radius. read more

Yesterday I went to this Round Table location and had one of the worst experiences of customer service. To top this off it was the owner himself who choose to act this unprofessional way. I had order a two pizza's and used a coupon. I had purchased a voucher from Amazon. The owner Nador spent more time trying to figure out how to not apply the voucher to my order and figuring out how to save him money vs the customer. He say at the very bottom in small writing it couldn't be used with a coupon. I understand the voucher has this disclaimer however when you read it. There is 5-6 exclusions in capital and bold letters. If not using this voucher with a purchase using a coupon was so important to the owner it should have been added to that section. Mr. Nador then proceeds to tell me I couldn't read and should know better. Additionally during our discussion other dinner in the restaurant ask him "who he was" He answered "the owner". This customer who was there on her own says" You have the worst customer service I have ever since. Just help the customer out." "He said I don't have to help them out." We proceeded to talk about how he could help me. He stated he didn't care if I walked out and had he had to throw away the perfectly good pizzas because he couldn't sell them for only 4 dollars. However he failed to understand the actual value of the voucher and the total bill. He still would have earned 15-18 dollars. I explained to him there are plenty of pizza places around willing to help and support their customers. He told me to go ahead and shop there. So I will never shop at this restaurant again. He had the worst attitude and disrespect towards his customers which was an opinion shared by other dinners. The great news for follow round table loves is there is three different around tables in the area. I have had a great experience at the location in Santa Margarita 22205 El Paseo, Shops S5, Rancho Santa Margarita 5.1mi (949) 713-4111. These other locations in 27472 Portola Parkway, Suite 201 and Foothill Ranch (949) 716-4222 and 22722 Lambert St., Ste. #1705, Lake Forest 3.0mi (949) 859-8888. Also those three restaurants participate in a 50% off large pizza, which the Mission Viejo location also chooses not to participate in. I am very disappointed in this experience because my family and I really enjoyed round tables pizza had frequently orders from them on average of 2-3 times a month. I will definitely follow the owners on advice an take my business else where. read more

I've never been to a Round Table and now I know why. The cashier guy was very nice, but there was a woman next to him maybe manager or owner and was a bit rude. We ordered pizza, wings, drinks and one salad bar and she made sure to let us know right away we can't share from the salad bar. I thought it was rude since she wasn't ringing us up and I feel she kind of sterotyped because we had 2 little girls with us and figured we would share the salad with them. Over all we spent well over $50, played games and made sure to tip the cashier. So we weren't a "cheap" customer obviously from the begining. I noticed she never smiled and just gave an intimidating feel to her employees. She never even greeted us or told us thank you for coming in. The food was good, but I would not go back because of the service. I just think they could have been more welcoming and working in the service industry that's really important to me. read more

We like the pizza here and it's very close to our home so it's convenient to just drop in spur of the moment when we're hungry for pizza. However, I'm very annoyed AGAIN with our experience tonight. I always have a glass of wine when we order and then go up for a second to sip while we finish our pizza. THREE times now I've paid and the waitress says it'll be a few minutes as the owner??/manager?? Is in his office and can't be disturbed. The wine is in his office for some reason. Fifteen minutes or more later we're done with our pizza and I'm still waiting for my wine. His office door is still closed. Tonight I complained and told him he needs to have wine in the refrigerator in the bar with someone who can sell it to me. There IS a bar in this pizza place so I don't get it. read more

Last year and this year, the Mission Viejo Library gave out a library-sponsored reading prize for a "free" personal pizza WITH ANY PIZZA PURCHASE from the Mission Viejo Round Table Pizza. This is the equivalent of giving $5-off coupon (similar to the ads sent in the mail) as a children's reading prize. Moreover, the required second pizza purchase must be made at the full menu price as coupons CANNOT BE COMBINED. Since it is NOT written on the certificate, I only discovered that I could not use a coupon on my $25 pizza when I arrived and gave them both coupons (Free pizza and $4-off). They refused to take the $4-off saying I needed to pay full price on the pizza if I redeem the library-sponsored reading prize. I complained to the head librarian at the Mission Viejo Library and she advised she would bring it to "the committee." Obviously, they did nothing as this year, the exact same coupon and requirement is being given to children as a library-sponsored reading prize. read more
