Every time we go in Round table pizza, the pizza's are getting worse. I don't think they are making there on crust, it tastes like a premade crust, which is awful and the crust is not cooked on the bottom They are cutting down on the toppings, hardly any sauce, salami, olives. They used to measure, I don't think they are doing that any more. Just throw some toppings on and call it good. This used to be my favorite pizza place, but it totally going down hill. read more

Its a Round Table and not the French Laundry - lets start out with that. So why five stars? They get it because they do Round Table Pizza as good as any I've had anywhere, and their opening is going along swimmingly. The layout of the restaurant from the outside patio to the inside with lots of TVs for sports and other events were all well devised. We ordered our usuals (the ones we had a decade ago in SF) and along with it a bottle of their wine and a trip to the salad bar. The pizza came out piping hot and was exactly what we wanted. The wine went along well with the pizza. The other test is the "reheat" later on that evening and it passed with flying colors. The hostess/manager was very friendly and doted on us. While we probably will not eat there much, we will make up for it with takeout. read more

This is typically where we go for take out pizza. Round Table has been our favorite pizza chain for quite some time. Our staples are: Maui Zaui, Chicken & Garlic Gourmet, and Gourmet Veggie. This particular location is super clean, they have board games you can grab from the front and play at your table. All in all it seems like the owners take pride in their place. After giving the credit card number slowly 4 times and me having to ask if I get the deal, he says the amount already went through. Are you kidding me. We tried the new Street Taco Pizza. We loved it. I appreciate them giving us the tortilla strips and creama on the side. My friend had one at another Round Table and they didn't even give her the chips! The service was great and they had the pizza ready when they said they would. I especially like that their recording the conversation between the customer and the person answering the phone. And the recording is stopped when you give your credit card number. TERRIBLE!!! Ordered a original pizza got a skinny girl made it feel like it was our fault. They glared at us, made us wait for an extra hour for the right order Deliberately and talked crap about us right next to our table. Would not eat here even if they paid me to. Extremely clean, tasty food, great service. Coming from a NY transplant, the pizza is very decent. Boneless buffalo wings are great aswell! Delivery is the easiest in the area and prompt, waited less than 40 minutes for a pretty large order. Definitely worth checking out! read more

First off wow!!! This is the best round table I have ever been too!!!! I ordered online and I was 35 min late picking it up. My order was still hot and the fries still crunchy and warm!!! Perfect! Not to mention the fact that they put the basil on the side as to night let it become wilted!! Thank you thank you! Now that is outstanding customer service! Love round table pizza! Nice setting, lots of TVs for game watching. One fall back is their drink machine with the touch screen. With all the dirty hands of kids and finger lickers, a touch screen was not a good choice. Seems unsanitary. read more

My son ordered two pizzas during the 1/16/22 NFL playoff games. I listened when he placed his order, which was to be delivered. When you call in an order you're directed to an automatic call center to say what you'd like, then a live person comes on the line to take your payment information. I heard him specifically ask for some peppers and cheese packets when placing the order. We saw the delivery guy place the pizzas on the front step and turn to walk away without even knocking so we knew the pizzas had arrived. My son opened the door before the guy got to his car and asked him where are the peppers and cheese? The guy said he didn't have any. My son said " You mean you don't even have any in your car?" The guy said no and turned and walked away. He had a "I couldn't care less attitude." The pizzas were very basic: A pepperoni and a mushrooms and olives. I tried a small slice of each and they both were horrible. The two pizzas cost $70.00 and my son added a $5.00 tip when he he ordered. My son called out to the delivery guy , "You charge $70.00 for two pizzas and got a $5.00 tip and you don't even have peppers and cheese in your car? Tell your manager he lost a customer, we won't bother you again". There are couple of local pizza restaurants in Sebastopol and from now on we will keep our money in town. I urge everyone to shop local. I'm sure there's better businesses that can move in when Round table is run out of town. I live in another small town in Sonoma county and we did it to a chain pizza place that was subpar. It can happen. read more

I am a long time sebtown person I was sad to see round table go. However super glad to see new and improved roundtable great location outside seating. Cindy is an amazing manager who no matter how crazy she stays on top. Best service I have ever had. The staff is always nice to me and everyone that I'm with. I do see some really angry customers come in there talking down to these people and they bite their tongue and the people still beat up on the workers. However when they come to me they treat me with great respect that's what makes this this restaurant so much better than all the others because they focus on each individual customer and don't hold hold the anger from one customer to you. Even if they did all that anger and I wouldn't towards me that would be normal there like not normally they're above and beyond the best. read more

My wife ordered a pizza for herself and our toddler while I was at work. Three hours later no pizza. She calls and the manager says they will call back at 10:00 to refund the charge without offering to make new pizza. The manager said they will mail us a VIP pizza coupon. This is an update on my previous review. I did get a call from the manager about an hour later offering a refund on the pizza and an apology she also said the employee who took my call should have given the call to her. I was given a refund. We will give round table another try. read more

Good pizza. Since the move we order take out, just our preference as home is more comfortable/relaxing. Employees have been mostly kind, helpful, cheerful. We order extra ingredients and ask for the crust to be cooked not soggy and they get it right mostly. And if they don't, the crust is cooked well and not soggy and we get interesting but tasty pizza anyway. They never put bell peppers on the pizza (allergic) as requested. Appreciate that. You know other places have attitude when asked to be sure the crust is cooked and then you pick up and it is still doughy. Some even argue that it is not the cooking time but the extra ingredients (crust is not even brown on the underside...) It is nice to have a Round Table in Sebastopol; we are really fortunate they are still here. We are about 10 miles out in west county and either drive in to pick up or pick up on the way home from work. Thanks for being there. I even call sometimes to thank them for making such a good pizza. They sound like they appreciate that. Go see them and give them some business and if they get it right be sure to let them know that too. read more
