This review is somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. The restaurant was very outdated and smelled of wet carpet. The staff was friendly enough and efficient, my food came in a reasonable amount of time. My burger wasn't seasoned and the cook must have smashed all the juice out of the burger because it was dry and overcooked. I am not usually that fussy about my burger, somewhere between raw and burnt is usually good enough. If the cook had got the burger right they would have got the extra star. Poorly managed, dirty, long waits, and bad attitudes. There were not many cars or tables full here, but we had to wait a long time nonetheless. We came in, no one was up front to seat us, had to wait, after waiting for that, we were seated, we could see how dirty the place and floor was, they need a remodel here, we waited again a long time for someone to come and wait on us. The waitress had a bad attitude, the hostess too. The food was good, it is just expensive here and very small portions. Not worth it. They do not even have gravy for their mashed potatoes. No dinner rolls or bread for your dinner were offered. Not a good restaurant overall. The bathroom and restaurant are not well maintained, dirty and not what we expected at a Ruby. This was our first time at this one in Sebastian and likely our last time. Not a good impression from this restaurant at all. We better stick to Ay Jalisco and Bob Evans. Service is very bad here, they do not have enough help, and the service is bad, long waits, bad attitude, our waitress never came back to check on us how all was or if we needed anything else, we had to flag her down for the bill, they just do not know how to give good service here at all. I do not think a lot of people working here really care at all. It seems like my review is consistent with many on Yelp and Google. I agree, overall, absolutely horrible. We were not impressed with this eatery. There is a lot of room for improvement at this restaurant, one of the worst in this area I would say for a Ruby. The service is slow due to not enough staff. The food was the worst we have ever had. Don't order any of the steaks. 1/8 thick and nothing but fat. Three of us ordered them. One had the burger. Burger was wrong, and sent back. I asked for the manager. He finally came over with a very bad attitude. His name is Jim and he told us that those are the steaks and basically too bad. He said they were suppose to be all fatty, for taste. When asked what he could do to remedy the situation, he said that 2 of us weren't complaining! Rude and totally should not be in a managerial position! One of the staff told us that they were letting go more than half the help tonight! Figures, we hadn't been there since before Covid. Won't be going back, ever. A total embarrassment to have this type of place in our city. read more

I love Ruby Tuesday's especially their salad bar. Unfortunately the salad bar at this Sebastian location was not well stocked. There were no plates and a great deal of the items I wanted (garbanzo beans, egg, onion, croutons etc) were empty. I had to ask for each item as I came upon each empty container. I ordered the Asian BBQ ribs which were absolutely awful. They were so overcooked they crumbled when I tried to eat them. My husband had the bacon queso jalapeño burger which he said was very good. Overall a very disappointing visit at best. Will not return to this location. read more

Absolute horrible service a Thursday mid afternoon I did a head count 18 people in the restaurant and waited over 30 minutes for a simple appetizer which was the Ruby sampler. Another customer had the same issue with ordering a quesadilla that they had to wait over 20 minutes for and he requested to speak to the general manager. Many of the older establishments are dated. I find this location to be clean and run well. The Salad Bar is my choice and excellent one at that but my wife gets a different dish every week. I love the energy of Michelle a young lady with passion that attends to our needs with a great smile PS she not a family member. They also have a rewards program. The server was excellent she was friendly, she was prompt, and accommodating. However, the food was awful! The fish was under cooked the rice was overcooked and when I asked a manager to correct it, he proceeded to tell me that the cooking process was pretty much idiot proof and that there was no way it could be wrong. I actually asked prior to getting the order that they cook the fish longer understanding that it sometimes comes a little under done. Initially he offered to take the fish and send back through the broiler and then I ask if I could get fresh rice and I was told that all the rice comes from the same pot so it is what it is. The food was very good, although cold. The service was terrible, we were 1 of two tables in the restaurant (the other table ordered the salad bar) we had to wait 50 minutes for our food to be delivered, then my husbands pasta was cold as was my broccoli, the manager was gracious and brought me hot broccoli, he offered to heat my husbands dinner, but by then we just wanted to get out. The food was terrible. The steak (ribeye) was so thin & full of fat & overcooked. There was two people doing everything in the entire restaurant running the bar the tables seating people, $18.99 for a 6 ounce ribeye that maybe I got an ounce of meat out of. Last time I was there it was terrible also, but decided to give them another chance. Never going back again!!! don't waste your money. The service was terrible also and not because they were busy. Usually do not have a problem when ordering takeout but this is something that'll have me never returning here. Ordered a kids pizza and these people think it's okay to serve something this bad to a child knowing I'm not going to notice it until I get home and it's too late. Ruby Tuesday is my place to eat after dialysis, the service is good and food excellent. We went today and was in the mood for a good hamburger. Since I don't cook anymore i decided to order 2/$22 for my lunch and dinner. My servicer was Megan K and I told her I wanted rare cheeseburger for lunch and bring my pasta home. She comes out with my pasta and put it in front of me. I told no I want my pasta to go home and have my hamburger now. We also order mozzarella stick which still didn't come out yet. The girl at the checkin was running around cleaning all the tables. I know restaurant are suffering, so make it right. After my hamburger the waitress told those customers there was no cook, so that explains the delay and bad service. I will go again and hope service gets better. read more

My classmate and I were super satisfied with our 2 for $22 dinner! We are staying here from out of town and after a long day at the hospital the Ruby Tuesday's looked promising (being just about in the same parking lot as well). We ordered the baked pretzels, the cheese sauce was yummy! Got a delicious American burger, cooked perfectly, grilled zucchini, and a sirloin steak with some crispy sweet potato fries and a loaded baker! We were happy to sit and enjoy our drinks, a Strawberry Rose Sangria an Island Mai Tai. The server, Brooke, took great care of us and was very knowledgeable and kind. I was having one of the worst days of my life, everything was going wrong that could go wrong. I was driving home and happened to drive by Ruby Tuesday's. It was pretty busy but I was able to get seated right away. My waitress came right out and immediately put a smile on my face. She was so friendly and amazing. We arrived in town this afternoon and decided ro try your Restaurant. I ordered the blackened shrimp and sausage. It was delicious but very skimpy on the shrimp and sausage. My wife ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad and asked for NO EGGS. We waited 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive. The salad had EGGS ON IT. And there was no dressing. She took it back and we waited over 20 minutes before she brought her salad with no eggs. By this time I had already eaten my entree. We came very close to canceling her order and leaving. The restaurant was not very busy. Our waitress was evidently new. She never asked what type of dressing up front. We had to point out our entrees on the menu for her when we ordered. read more

Terrible. Usually our favorite restaurant but what a disappointment this past Thursday (11/2). I was looking forward to my favorite Tuesday's entree, Chicken Carbonara. What came was not recognizable. Should have had 4+ strips of chicken breast over fettuccine in a cream sauce with peas, mushrooms and crumbled bacon. This was penne pasta, and the chicken was diced little bits of chicken...looked like tiny, small croutons (and just as hard). My husband ordered his favorite; Chicken Tenders and extra Honey Mustard dipping sauce. What he received were 3 small pieces of over-breaded chicken, a small portion of fries and NO extra dipping sauce. We had loved coming to Ruby's but it has deteriorated. Won't be back soon, if ever. (And the check gave percentages for tips but when the server used the handheld credit card reader the tips were all 2+% higher. So sad. Check your bill, please! Went to this RT last night, and I ordered crispy chicken Mac & cheese. I specifically ordered it because it was $14.49(one of, if not THE least expensive item on the menu). This morning my bf asked if the Mac and cheese was worth the $17 price tag, and I was like: wait a minute, it was only $14.50!!!! I am giving this place 5 stars for one reason, our server Amy C!!!! We are on vacation and stopped in on a crazy busy night (a lady told us in line ut was 45% off). We had to wait for seating about a half hour. I took my daughter to the restroom and looked around, EVERY seat was full and it was still CLEAN even the RR. I ordered the double decker chicken with garden bar. They have a great selection at the garden bar! The food took a bit BUT Amy brought us each a cheddar biscuit FRESH out of the oven, they were to die for! Our food came and my son's burger was huge and she took the time herself to bring everything on the side in case he needed it (he was driving me crazy). His burger was awesome! I liked the chicken itself it was very tender but I didn't like the parm sauce on it so I put it in a togo box which she immediately asked when she saw I wasn't eating it. So glad I brought it home bc I added some sun dried tomatoes and it was amazing (they should do this) as a later dinner! As soon as she brought the check she asked if I had a coupon (glad she did, as I had forgotten), I wrote the number down and she brought it back FAST and we saved a bit over $15. Moral of the story..... Sign up for their emails & go in and request seating in Amy C's section!! I'm still thinking about how attentive and genuinely nice she was. Tonight was very disappointing. The restaurant was busy. Our waitress, Nancy was excellent. But the food was not even near par. The steaks we ordered were very thin cut, a little more cooked than we usually get, but I'm sure that's because they were cut so thin. The French fries were cold and stale tasting, we did get a second batch which was better. The restaurant was out of baked potatoes at 6:00 which shouldn't happen, they don't go bad that quickly that you can't keep extra on hand. There was just no leadership in the kitchen, a lot of people complaining about the wait time for the food and then the food. So sorry to see this happen, we are regulars and we don't want to see this Ruby Tuesday's close but if this keeps happening people will no longer come here. Please try harder to regain control. Better cooks needed. Our last visit was just as bad, food wise. Not that it affected us but the bartender shouldn't be the one fixing Togo orders when there are people at the bar and in the dining area waiting for drinks. If it wasn't for Nancy we might not come back. Nancy is our only reason for returning. Very disappointed. read more
