The people that work there are great, my salesman, the service professionals and customer service. The certified Panamera I bought was not certified properly and the general manager will not take accountability and recognize that maybe, just maybe someone could have made a mistake on their team while certifying it. Just make sure if you have any issues that you speak of them immediately and bumper to bumper warranty, I question that. There are ways to say that it is your fault and they find it. I agree with other postings that my car, while certified, has had to go back three times in three months after purchase, they had my car for way longer than needed. Others have also stated that they brush off their responsibility with argumentative and stupid reasons to blame you for the damage so they can capture revenue versus keeping a long term customer. I dont know if this is how all Porsche dealers are but when my great sales person told me I had a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty I was excited and thought wow this is how much they believe in their product. Well now I know that every thing that goes wrong, they will try and find blame in the customer. Service takes forever to respond, you have to call over and over to get a response. The buyer of my Porsche had Rusnak perform a PPI on my car before he bought it. They were very meticulous about the car. The buyer and myself were both very satisfied. The reason I am taking one star off is the fact that the car wasn't done within the promised timeframe. I've had PPI done at other dealerships and they were usually able to accommodate a shuttle or loaner vehicle for a few hours. Their PPI is a little on the higher side. Keep in mind not all dealers in SoCal will do PPI due to liability reasons. read more

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for my annual maintenance inspection as I was finally going to have a Friday off to bring in my vehicle. The day before my appointment at 5pm I get a call saying they cannot do my car on Friday because of a system error they got backed up. I already got the exact same excuse from a chevy dealer previously so it is a go to excuse when they overbooked themselves. They offered to get me in the next week. They didn't ask if they could move me it was just a statement of we can't do it tomorrow, but we can get you in these days next week. Like they were doing me a favor. Nevermind the fact that I scheduled this appointment around my schedule and scheduled my day around the appointment. They even said I could drop it off and pick it up whenever they get to it.
