I am writing this review to express my satisfaction with Rusnak Pasadena, in particular with Simon Tran and Sarsi Kazimi. I am a returning customer and have always dealt with the Porsche dealership in Woodland Hills, CA but the Pasadena location is much closer to where I reside. I am a walk in customer and was greeted by Simon who was gem. He took his time, explained what my options were and got started on my paper work. This process took several days since I was busy and did not plan on getting a vehicle the same day. Simon went ahead and prepped everything and informed me about the deal and we locked in a time for my wife and I to come. My husband purchased a new Cayenne GT turbo and we found out by a different dealership who was going to do a service on it , this car was not supposed to be sold. It was held back by Porsche but the dealership still sold it to my husband and used parts from another car to try to make it work. Three weeks later we found out that Porsche had no record of my husband owning the car so he cannot get it serviced or a title to the vehicle. The whole service was outrageous, and unprofessional in every way. I would not recommend this place for anybody who doesn't want to have problems. The manager was rude and disrespectful. That is just unacceptable service in this time and age. To reiterate, they sold the car to my husband, which was not meant to be sold , but took the money anyways. read more

Recently leased a 2021 Macan S for my wife for the Lunar New Year. Shopped around for a bit and was given the run around wherever I went. Be very careful if selling your car/trading in to this dealer. I traded in a car with them, and they were 2 months late paying my bank, so the account went into collections, my 800+ credit score took a big tumble and I ended up having to spend hours on the phone sorting out their mistake. I've never had this issue with another dealer. Does not seem like a professional operation. I had no issues with getting the new car with them, but after having traded in cars with BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover and Jaguar dealers in LA, I can confidently say that this is a very weak, risky part of their business. I took my Porsche in for some front-end alignment diagnostics. Jason Y took very good care of me and my car in terms of getting my car the attention it needed and working with my work / holiday schedule. Turns out that all the alignment parameters were in the "green" to start with...but just because your alignment is within spec doesn't mean it doesn't need some adjustment...and Jason arranged for my alignment specs to be recalibrated to ensure they were as symmetric as possible to deal with a drift tendency. Some places would have just thrown up their hands and told me that the alignment was OK and left it at that. I'm glad one of my Porsche buddies recommended Rusnak's service and I can also recommend Jason Y as a service advisor. read more

Since I don't have a consistent advisor, I call a random one and this person told me to take photos of my issue and he would call me back. And he did not call back. I fell in love with the Porsche Macan 4S in frozen blue metallic but none of our local dealers in Orange County had what I was looking for unfortunately. I reached out to Rusnak Porsche and was quickly called back by Vrezh Zatikyan, one of their salesmen. I appreciated that Vrezh was friendly and professional, but also that he was direct and we got right down to the discussion of what I wanted. This review is mostly for the service side. I trust Rusnak Pasadena to take care of my Macan S and GT3. Typical Porsche dealership, it's a nice place with a good waiting area during service and snacks and drinks. The waiting area looks out into the service center. Working with Jason in the service department has been great. Very responsive, and provides a detailed explanation of what was done during service and what was found. It can be a challenge to find a good time slot to schedule maintenance as they are very busy, so plan ahead. Loaner vehicles provided when dropping off cars for service, and it's usually a Macan or Cayenne. Did try to custom order a Macan through Rusnak but the salesperson made the process complicated due to the spec of our build, so we went with another dealer. Will give Rusnak a try again on the next purchase. Overall satisfied with Rusnak Porsche Pasadena, as they're close to home and good to work with. read more
