    Celebrated our 50th anniversary here. Everything was excellent from our great server to the meal. Wife and I split a filet mignon which was perfect medium rare. Sides excellent along with a beautiful dessert.

    Yesterday during dinner here I think we had the best server and assistant server I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere in my life. Both young gentlemen were so professional, polite, and attentive I was completely impressed! They also worked together lockstep as a team and were so wonderful. I'd give them ten stars if I could. Let's be clear: the five stars on this review is for the service! I wish so badly the food would have been on par with the service. I've eaten here before and remember being impressed, but yesterday the food was meh. The filet was kind of tough and the baked potato was nothing special. The price was comparable to Morton's or Capital Grille but unfortunately I've had better steak and baked potatoes at Outback for 1/4th price. Maybe just an off day?

    This restaurant has both a main seating dining area and a small bar with about 10 seats at the bar and 3-4 high top two seaters. We always choose the bar. You're very lucky if you can grab a seat. It's a quick easy pick after a round of golf at Park City Municipal. My usual go to here is the steak sandwich. It's $24 with fries and has gotten substantially smaller and a lot more expensive since last summer. Nonetheless, it's very good with a mound of your choice of fries. I chose the shoestring and they were too thin really but tasty. I mean like actually the size of string. Expensive for sure but you are at a resort hotel/golf course so it goes with the territory. The servers at the bar are ultra polite and attentive. We will hit the bar for dinner several times this summer. It's consistent, quick, easy and pretty darn good for a bar menu.

    Went again for our anniversary and the new menu did not disappoint. We got a steak and it was the best thing we ate! If you get one thing at Ruth's Chris, please make sure you don't miss out on a tender and delicious steak! We tried the new Chilean sea bass and while the fish was good, the rest of the plate didn't blow us away. We had a few bites and left the rest in order to enjoy more of the other dishes. We always get the sweet potato casserole because it compliments the steak nicely and is so very delicious! The wedge salad was also wonderful and our waitress kindly added extra bacon and swapped out the blue cheese for feta. (For the owners: we couldn't always hear our waitress really well and we are not hard of hearing.) We also love the sparkling lemonades and LOVED the new piña colada. We'll be back again! Don't forget if it's your anniversary or birthday, dessert is on the house. And be sure to sit outside for the best ambiance and incredible mountain air.

    First time at this location but not my first time at a Ruth's Chris. The short is not nearly as good as I have experienced at many other Ruth's Chris. It was a nice evening and the meal was fair. We booked reservations online and although we arrived early, we were seated rather quickly. Our server came over and going forward, it seemed very mechanical. He was nice enough, but when he asked how we were doing and we replied "fine", he came back with a very trite response of "I'm doing good, thank you for asking" although we had never even asked him. For a starter, we had the barbecued shrimp and I would recommend against. The shrimp were very undercooked and the bread that came with it was quite stale. It's supposed to be in a garlic butter with bbq spices, but there was very little if any of that in this sauce. We each had a salad; mine was the wedge and instead of a wedge, it's more like half a head of lettuce. It would have been better off just serving as a wedge of lettuce and maybe with the sparse amount of dressing they served, the wedge would have been more suited. For an entrée, we both had the filet mignon and I had mine topped with bleu cheese. The temperature of the steak was fine. But the quality of the meat wasn't. It was of course edible, but it was a very bland tasting piece of meat. And I don't know the brand of bleu cheese they use to top a steak, but this wasn't Maytag, Stilton or any of the other top bleu cheeses. For sides, we had the grilled asparagus and the lobster mac & cheese. It's kind of hard to mess up asparagus. But the lobster mac & cheese had the taste and consistency of something you would buy at the local store and microwave. When I hear responses like "it was a busy weekend", it just doesn't cut it with me. If you are going to provide me with a substandard meal, the bill should reflect it. But for a $300+ bill for two people, I expect perfection much like I have experienced at other Ruth's Chris. We picked Ruth's Chris because of experiences at other locations but I can confidently say I won't be back to this location.

    Our server Elliott was amazing. Service was very good. Food was prepared perfectly. I had the filet and it was outstanding. I love this restaurant.

They were not; they were actually 50% or more higher at the restaurant. The hamburger that was showing on Yelp for $15 was actually $22. The Steak Frites advertised for $22 were $35. I understand inflation, but this was a gross enough difference that it borders on deception, in my opinion. I also had a bad experience with my food: I ordered a cup of their chili (which they claim is made from scratch, on-site) and it was brought to the table cold. Like, "right out of a can" cold. Kelsi, our fantastic server, returned it to the kitchen where (I presume) they nuked it and brought it back. It was heated, but not very tasty. Flat; under-seasoned; mushy textured. Definitely something I'd never order again. Many reviews say the atmosphere is "loud" but what they mean is, it's "LOUD". We were seated inside, and it was nearly impossible for the three of us to converse. The acoustics are not great. Enough cons; how about some pros? My burger was FANTASTIC! piled high with caramelized onions and pastrami, but beef patty tasted like it'd just come off a charcoal grill. Terrific flavor in every bite. (The parmesan fries were tasty, too, but a little on the soggy side.) My dining partners each had a salad (one 'wedge' and one 'beetroot') and both were well-prepared and generously portioned. And, finally, the staff, the location, the vibe: All really first-rate. I'll probably come back, if I ever recover from the bait'n'switch sticker shock. (But I'll steer clear of the chili and opt to dine on the patio, if that's available!)
