Saigon Dish has the absolute best tasting variety of Pho in the South Bay Area. The inside is very clean and welcoming - great for a business lunch, a casual date, or just hanging out with friends. Saigon Dish is super busy so around lunchtime with a young crowd so you might need to wait a little bit for a table. The parking lot also fills up, but there's parking on the street that isn't a far walk. Try to remember to try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee - it's really good too. read more

Been looking for a solid pho spot without having to drive to the OC. My mom and I ate her Thursday night. She got the filet mignon pho and I got pho dac diet in regular. We also got che and a drink. The pho broth was flavorful and well balanced. Too many places in LA taste like cinnamon water. Quick service and busy. I'll be back when I'm in town. I've been to a lot of fun restaurants in California and elsewhere and I think in the South Bay this would be the best available. The prices are fair. The service is really good. They're really efficient. People are in and out. They give you a lot of food for a large. I don't even know who would order an extra large unless you're splitting it for a small family. But definitely everything here is fresh and the workers, especially the manager is really really welcoming five stars read more

I was visiting LA for work and had a craving for Vietnamese food. While I had to have to food delivered by DoorDash due to my working schedule, the food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Delivery was through DoorDash and moved as fast as LA traffic allowed. I ordered a Thai tea, banh xeo and a spring roll sampler. The sampler was more than enough and offered a large variety of proteins to try! My only disappointment was the fact the website did not note that the Banh Xeo was a weekend only item and still allowed you to order the item. I was not notified by the shop or dasher that the item would not have been included nor opted to swap out for something else: it wasn't until my order arrived that I noticed it was missing and had to call the restaurant to have this addressed, John was very quick to apologize and offer to refund the item, which was another mishap on its own, but quickly resolved with the shop. I do want to come in person one day if I'm back in the area and hopefully a weekend so I can try the banh Xeo. read more

I don't know why I haven't been here before...we just left and I already can't wait to go back! Came for the bahn xeo (Friday and Saturday only) and ordered a feast to go with it. Grilled pork spring rolls, small veggie pho with beef broth, and short ribs (because my partner is keto and she needed more protein lol). Everything was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try the filet mignon pho next time. The grilled pork spring rolls...just bury me with those and a vat of the beef broth, thanks ;) pro tip--if you live close enough you can join the yelp waitlist from home and then drive over, another plus! This was my first time trying this restaurant! I just moved to the South Bay and it's been hard for me to find really good Asian food. I am glad I found this location! There is parking in the complex, but shared with other businesses. The restaurant is small, probably would be tight for a bigger party. We got seated right away for a table for 2 on a Friday evening. I was little overwhelmed because about 30 seconds after we sat down, we were asked what we would like to order (we haven't even looked at the menu yet). I've never been here before and I wanted to order different options to taste a variety. After the first person asked us what to order, 2 different servers came to ask us right away. I felt very overwhelmed and rushed (like they wanted us in and out of there). We ordered grilled pork spring rolls, filet mignon pho, and banh xeo. Banh xeo is only served on the weekends as a special. The springs rolls were delicious and flavorful! The pho was also very delicious and savory! I really liked the broth! I was a little disappointed in the banh xeo. I think it was fill too much with bean sprouts. You can see in one of my photos the excess bean sprouts I took out. Also, it was missing more pickled veggies. When I've tried banh xeo in other locations, I loved the contrast of the pickled veggies. I was just disappointed in the banh xeo, but the rest of the meal was really good! read more

It would be nice to see a pic of the bowls in the menu but nevertheless my friends ordered it. We did look around the other tables to see the sizes of their bowl and assumed what they were. Hands down the best and most affordable pho in Socal!!! It has kept me coming back since 2020 when they had seating in the parking lot. Their shrimp and pork crispy egg rolls are delicious and the sauce with it is chefs kiss. I tried their weekend special Vietnamese crepes for the first time and wow what a pallet shock of flavor it was so good. I don't think we even waited 15 minutes and all my table's food arrived hot and fresh. The Pho-King John always makes you feel at home and makes the restaurant feel like family. Very affordable, authentic spot for pho in the LA South Bay! Getting a solid bowl of pho for under $12 seems so rare nowadays, but Saigon Dish is the spot to go for pho if you're in the area! They also have other noodle and rice dishes on their menu. They offer various bowl sizes from small to extra large. They have several tables available and the workers are pretty quick and efficient. I got their #9 regular pho bowl for $11 and the soup was very hearty and comforting on the rainy day that I went. Saigon Dish was a surprise hit for my vegan friendly pho cravings! My friend and I were wanting somewhere to enjoy some soup noods and pho just sounded damn good. The place was packed on a Saturday evening, but we placed our name on the Yelp waitlist and were seated fairly quickly. Menu wise - they have all the regular staples you'd find at most pho restaurants. I was looking for some veg friendly options and they offer a vegetarian pho dish along with spring rolls that were easily veganized by adding tofu. My veg pho was packed with goodness. A hearty veg broth with thick pieces of tofu along with plenty of veggies, topped with fried onions. The bowl came piping hot and gets a big thumbs up from me. Service here was really attentive too. Where has this been all my life! I've always said there wasn't really any good Vietnamese places near me in Southbay LA, so I was so shocked to see Saigon Dish have 4.5 Stars with over 2,000 reviews! We checked via Yelp as well which was definitely useful for a cold night in December, and waited around 35-45 minutes for a table. It was completely packed when we walked in but the service was super fast. We ordered their #17B Mi Kho which was a dry egg noodle, and their #34B which was their vermicelli cake sampler platter which included egg rolls, grilled beef, pork meatballs, and sugar cane shrimp, perfect for sharing! Both dishes were flavorful and if you've only ever had pho before, then I would definitely recommend expanding your palette and try these dishes! They also have a bunch of other specialities so I'll definitely be back to try some more! read more

Came on a Friday night and it was packed. It's a seat yourself and wait for someone to come by set up. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. There wasn't any menus so we had to ask for one. A few minutes later someone came by and took our order. The food was delicious, any pho is always delicious! The bahn mi was flavorful and the crepe was unique but I liked it. If you love bean sprouts, you'll like the crepe. It's not an omelet, the yellow is a type of bean turned into a crepe is what we were told. The place was packed but still able to have a nice conversation and the servers checked in on us a few times for water, etc... when you are done, they don't bring you your tab, remember your table number and you pay upfront. You get 5% off for paying in cash. Overall, it was good place, just confusing at first because it was our first time. read more

I've been going to Saigon Dish in Lawndale for a while, and it has been my go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine since the first time I've been. Kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and fish cake were so so addicting. Service was impressively quick. I came in while the Mexico vs. South Korea World Cup was broadcasted so the energy in the restaurant and servers was ELECTRIC. Steve made a mental note to tell his niece who lives in Manhattan Beach all about this place. We try to reserve the back booth for privacy. Other than booths there is a large communal dinning table available for guests. Reservations a must as it's not a large restaurant. Quality & quantity of food is outstanding and we always had prompt and efficient service. Beer & sake offered. Did you know Asahi Beer is made in the USA now? We learned that from the bartender so Kagura opted to serve Orion, an Okinawan beer instead. You can't go wrong for a special Japanese dinner. We always order their special dozen sets!

One of them is this local ramen shop, Blossom Ramen, that happens to be tucked inside the nice small El Segundo villages/shops in this quiet neighborhood. At night time, there are plenty of parking. This Ramen Shop closes pretty late (~11pm) while other local shops are already closed. Thus, parking is pretty open. I can't say the same during the morning or dayshift. At night time, you can see through the open window layout of the Ramen Shop and actually see if it is packed or not. Roughly 6 tables seating up to 2, as well as 7/8 tables seating up to 4. The register and reception area is right up front immediately when you walk through the glass door. The Menu is displayed up on the LCD screen as well as the laminated doubled-side sheets. Plenty of various types of Ramen to choose from. Order is taken and paid up front. Once ordered, along with your drinks, the waiter will bring the order to you directly so you can enjoy it. The interior decor of the Ramen Shop speaks volume to the "Blossom" that is in the name. The designer must really and truly like Cherry Blossom to decorate the interior as such. Wallpaper in cute anime/cartoonish form is seen throughout. I ordered the "Red Ramen" and when it came out, it was probably the most delicious and flavorful Ramen I've had. It wasn't a Tonkatsu nor Miso based soup, but more of a curry flavor based. The noodles was very delicate and very aldente! I had also ordered a pint of Sapporo to go with it and it tasted so amazing when parred together. I'm recommending this shop for late night eats or just whenever you feel like it or feel like eating Ramen. I'll have to try the other soup base the next time I'm around here.

I've always enjoyed their burgers, and this visit was no different.

I had just told them that I was very picky about pho, especially recently. A lot of my go-to spots have been disappointing lately so I was craving a good bowl of pho - one that really hits the spot and Oh My Pho did just that. The moment we pulled into the parking lot I was like, "I have a good feeling about this place." I walked in and was immediately greeted with a deep aromatic smell of pho in the air. All 3 of us ordered their Pho Combination which has it all: Sliced brisket, sliced eye round, tripe, tendon, meatballs. We also ordered their shaken beef rice platter to share. Before digging into my bowl, I took a long deep smell of the broth as if I was taking the fattest bong rip known to mankind. It only got better from there though because the broth tasted as good as it smelled. Incredibly flavorful. All the flavors were balanced -- salty, sweet, umami. The noodles were cooked almost perfect (I like my noodles very al dente), but the doneness was definitely the kind that would suit everyone's preference. The shaken beef was delicious too. The meat was very tender and they mixed fries in which isn't typical/common, but it was really good! The rice was made perfectly too, at least to my preference. Only (minor) complaints were my bowl not being hot enough which is funny because I like my food cold, but certain things need to be piping hot like noodle soup. Also there wasn't very much meat in the shaken beef dish. Service was great and the staff was very friendly. I'm pretty far from OMP, but will definitely come back again soon with my friends since they're regulars here!
