This is a must try. I was actually expecting the salad to be small in size for the price, but it was a good size portion. There was also a high quality level in the ingredients. The price speaks for itself. My only issue is that this place isn't closer to my house. They should replace all the McDonalds with these and the world would be a much healthier place. This place is really delicious, I have been here a few times. The teas are pretty good but I feel like they need to be stronger. I love that it's a drive thru, I love that it's fast. One time I got the tortilla soup, it was so good. I also got a children's turkey wrap which was filling and amazing. I have gotten a few different salads. Some of the salad seem like the ingredients don't sound good together so I haven't tried them. The Asian salad for example sounds good but the ingredients are weird and unlike a traditional Asian salad you would see at a restaurant. I got the antipasto salad today. I loved it. Idk why I added chicken when there was already Salame!! Whoops. The only thing is it literally came with 3 artichoke halves.... that's all, and I happen to love artichokes. Also I asked for my dressing on the side so they put it in my salad and carved out a spot for it which makes me feel like they skipped out on some of my toppings... The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I feel that for how expensive their salads are there should be free croutons or something the options are so limited, the salads I have had without meat have not filled me up at all and it feels like a waste of money for a $8 without meat, but it's like $2 to add meat. So essentially your paying almost $7-10 for a small-ish salad. So if there were a crouton option I would love that. All in all this place is pretty good, not the first place I would pick but it's conveniently located for me so that's a plus and it's a drive thru. I thought I'd give this place a try today for lunch and was very happy with it. I ordered the Asian salad but as a wrap with the honey wheat tortilla. It was packed full of the Asian salad and was delicious. I really liked the dressing, which I chose to have tossed in the with salad prior to being rolled up in the tortilla instead of having the dressing on the side. I also ordered an Arnold Palmer and that was pretty good as well. Definitely a place to go back to again sometime. read more

Listen folks, this place is the cream of the crop. My #1 for cheap, healthy and fast eats at lunch. The line can get long, but that does not matter much on account of how fast they're whipping up salads. I usually get very friendly service at the salad n go close to where I live, this night I was on this side of town so I decided to go to this location. I went thru the drive thru to order a couple salads, and the lady who took my order was the rudest person I've ever encountered in all my years of drive thru service! I was still talking and trying to order something else, but the woman interrupted me and told me my total, and when I tried to say "hello?", No answer. So I pulled to the front. I had asked for the salads only, no bags, napkins or forks, as anything to help out with the plastic problem we have. They gave e my food in bags with everything, napkins and forks included. The young blonde man said,"sorry, I forgot", when I mentioned I didn't want that. I told the boy that the woman who took my order was very rude, and asked for her name to include in my review. He would not give me her name even though she was right behind him. His name was Logan, he told me she was "from another store" and did not know her name, I asked him twice. My order was fine, the food was awesome, but the service will ruin anything. I will probably come back here in the future, hopefully I'll get better serving. read more

We just visited this location and had very poor service. We had never been to this business before and the staff were extremely impatient as we were select ing from the menu- kept saying "is that it? Is that it?" They practically threw the food at us through the window and we had to go through the line AGAIN because there were no forks and napkins with the order ( they threw those at us too! Only slight issue I have is the guy who takes the money NEVER says thank you "ever" when handing me my money or food. He literally says nothing and looks at you blank or turns to move on to next task. The gals on the speakers are usually very friendly and accommodating. But that aside - I love your salads. Only 4 stars because the avocado in my salad had obviously been sitting around for a while. It was pretty brown... Other than the aging avocado, the salad was great! I had the cilantro lime dressing. The size of the salad was awesome for the price. I also ordered the seasonal chicken and wild rice soup. It was super tasty. $10 for a decent sized salad and tasty soup was not bad. Went to Salad and Go this afternoon and the line was about 20 cars long. About halfway through the line a lady cut me and the 10 other people behind me off in the line. While having my order taken, I gave the employee some feedback. I told her that the lady in front of me was extremely inconsiderate and cut many people off in line. I suggested considering that Salad and Go always has a huge line that they should make some cones or something to prevent a fight from breaking out in the line. I was told "I'm sorry that happened but I'm not the landlord and I can't do anything about that." Because I thought the landlord was taking my order right? This girl didn't want to hear a thing and had nothing but an attitude. I mentioned that they have a large parking lot just for their company and they could construct something there. I was told "Again, I'm not the landlord. I can't do anything about it." Only poor companies reject feedback and blow off their customers. I go to salad and go for convenience but waiting in a 20 minute line, getting cut off due to their poor line structure, and then being treated like trash by the employees is not convenient. I'll go to the grocery store and make my own salads. When I pay to go out to eat, I pay inflated prices (compared to the grocery store) for the service and convenience. Salad and go could benefit from customer service advice from places such as Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, or Dutch bro's if they ever want to become a well known, well respected, large, widespread and extremely profitable company. The cold brew was exceptional, the Burrito bowl was delicious and the service was fast and kind!
