Zero star. Worst customer service i have ever experienced at Salad and go. The line was not even long. After waiting 20 mins to order i was told at 10:37 they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Constantly feel rushed, food is thrown at you when you order at the drive-thru, every time I try to order in the drive-thru the Hispanic girl is rude and is always rushing you. I told her she got my order wrong and continued to be rude and with a stank ass bad attitude. This place is incredible! I ordered a custom salad, an Arnold Palmer, and a cold brew. Everything was absolutely delicious, and fresh as can be. The service was super fast, too; my order was done seconds after putting it in. I expected the price to be on the higher end for fast food, but it was not unreasonable at all. Sad it took me this long to get here! I had the BBQ salad wrap with steak and it was AMAZING. First bite and I knew I came to the right spot. Had a few bites of my Cobb salad and got it with ranch instead of blue cheese and was really digging the dressing. I also decided on their orange cranberry smoothie which has stuff like ginger and spinach and some other yummy stuff which helped me feel refreshed. Great prices and healthy options! read more

My husband and I have eaten quite a few salads from this location without any issues in the past. Tonight my husband got a salad with tofu instead of the usual chicken and as soon as he took a bite he said it tasted fishy. He couldn't even take another bite of the salad and decided to toss it. I have never had my day ruined by a food place before I ordered a barbecue chicken ranch, my go to and was super looking forward to eating it on my way to work when I opened it they had ripped The tortilla on both sides when they rolled the burrito and it had fallen completely into my lap while driving and they had given me a salad that I did not even order I could not go back to ask for a new one with their outrageous lines and the fact I had to go to work the burritos ripping is a problem I see at most locations I go to. not sure if I should just be making my salads at home at least it wouldn't the right salad and not be in my lap! read more

Simply asked that the banana be removed from the mango colada smoothie to no avail! I have been here 3x now and no complaints. I have had the Cobb salad, and the chxn Cesar twice. It's a great place because you're getting high end fast food service. You never wait in line longer than 5-7 minutes. The salads are an amazing portion. Leaving you satisfied not stuffed. This is a great drive thru salad place. When my wife suggested we try this place I was super skeptical due to bad experiences at other restaurants who prepackage salads but wow was I pleasantly surprised. All of the ingredients were super fresh , the portions are big, the service was quick and friendly and it was affordable. Perfect combination for a growing family. Healthy fast food, what a great concept! There's so much I love about it. Any salad you can turn into a wrap and they have a rotating seasonal menu too. As a vegetarian I love that most of their items come without a protein but you can add one in at around 2$, and they have mock chicken. Also great portion sizes for 6$ salads. Really bummed out. Used to think of this as a 4/5 star with the old menu, even though they'd occasionally screw up my order and add meat to it. Now the strawberry quinoa wrap is gone, the Santa Fe wrap is gone and the other two options that I had less regularly but were also really good are gone! Salad and go is the place to go i would say! Very fresh ingredients and salads come in big portions. The place was really crowded as well. They do mainly drive thru but you can park your car and have your salad at one of their outside table. Salads that other people were having seemed delicious also. Salad and Go is 100% worth the 20 min drive I have to take to get to the nearest location. No other drive thru offers healthy meals and kids meals with organic ingredients and the prices are great! So far I've tried the Greek Wrap, spinach breakfast wrap and the organic iced coffee and all are delicious. And my kids eat every bite of their protein boxes which I'm much more satisfied with than having them eat nuggets and French fries from other places. So I just went there real quick for lunch and this is usually where I will go because it's quick and healthy, and really yummy! Today though I was so grateful because I was in a bit of a hurry and thought I'd grab a breakfast burrito. When I got to the window they told me they had nothing left to be able to make them, which I understood because it was almost over for breakfast time. I order 2 power wraps and an apple pie smoothie, and when I get to the window Morgan only charged me for the wraps and said the smoothie was on her! It is really refreshing and makes me happy to see a salad DRIVE THRU place! They were really quick and efficient and had my salad ready basically by the time I got up to the window. My only caveat is a little bit of inconsistency. I've been here a few times and sometimes I feel like they skimp on the chicken.
