Nice corner in Westhampton. Nice place for drinks. The food was limited and just ok but very overpriced. don't mind prices if good.

Not sure why this place isn't more popular: the decor is nice and updated and the food is fantastic! We went here for lunch today and at 1pm on a busy Sunday in town (judging by the parking, oddly little foot traffic), we were the only one's in there. It did fill up later but we ordered skeptical of something and were shockingly delighted! My lady's avocado toast with egg was phenomenal, my frittata was the best one I've had in years and even the girls spaghetti with "red" (almost a vodka sauce) sauce was creative and delicious. If you're in Westhampton, forget the crowds further up the road, eat here!! read more

service was bad. i had to ask after 12 minutes, with only three other people at the bar for two drinks. she said i just have to show them this on my phone. really? We asked for clams, ran out. asked for cheese board, the order either never went in or staff didn't deliver. then the gentleman next to me asked " is this self-check out?" because the bar maid was sitting at a table chatting with friends. we were never offered another drink. young staff but only some were working. need mgmt present. read more

The reviews on this place are very different so can't say I wasn't intrigued. A couple of my girlfriends and I went there a few nights ago and everything was amazing! Okay, I can see why someone is getting upset over their food being served on the paper plates, but isn't the food itself is more important?! All of us loved the food and one of my gf's even ordered one more plate of scallops after she finished the first one. Interesting cocktails list was a plus as well. Our server was very friendly, she walked us through the menu and made a couple of useful suggestions. After such great experience all I can say is don't rely on someone else's opinion - just go there and see everything for yourself. read more

I am glad this bar is able to stay open in Covid. They have been serving everything on plastic. Hopefully this will soon improve - as this is not a NY state mandate. I have eaten there but have been unimpressed with the apps. The entrees were not memorable. The location is great. The prices of the drinks are steep. You may be better of eating at Flora across the street for a superb meal. read more

This place is an absolute gem and if you're in the Hamptons you should definitely check it out. We were visiting our local friends and they had heard good things about this new place, so we stopped by to try it. Our group was seated right away and we started with some nice appetizers, I especially enjoyed the Summer Tomato and Avocado salad but everyone at the table was impressed overall. We also recommend the local diver scallops! For my main meal I ordered the southern fried chicken sandwich, and it too was great. You can tell the people who decorated the interior did so with a lot of care, as they have created a very nice vibe and relaxing atmosphere. Be sure to take a few minutes and unwind in the swinging chair! Will definitely be back soon. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in my life. To start our drinks took at least 35 mins to arrive, our server had absolutely no idea who's was who's. I ordered the lobster roll and was so disappointed I barely touched it. The girls are clearly inexperienced and are only hired for their looks. Wonderful brunch experience. The service, food, and ambience were all terrific. The waitress was clearly busy but still was as lovely as lovely comes. Chef came out to deliver the food and he explained his dishes and his methods, gave us a taste of his amazing carrot coconut shrimp soup. Just a delightful experience. Will be back often. read more

Wasted opportunity to become a staple hotspot in Westhampton. Not even sure where to begin. Drinks: Skinny Margarita made up of lime juice and some more lime juice, a cucumber cosmo, sans the vodka. With a long wait Food: steak "sandwich" oven baked, flavorless steak covered in what I can only hope is canned gravy, served with instant mash potatoes and three pieces of broccoli oh and two pieces of bread. Burrata Arugula salad with chicken, not much to mess up here but very little dressing served on the side and dry grilled chicken. Wrong food was brought to our table, then we played the waiting game. Service: having been a server myself, totally and utterly mind blown at how this place is managed. Cell phones hanging out of "waitresses" back pockets, belly shirts, inattentive bus girls hanging out in wait station while others busses tables. No organization, system or supervision. Pretty much just letting 16/17year old girls run a restaurant to the ground. I will give credit to our server Gigi who did seem to be trying and was clearly over extended doing her job and everyone else's. Wish she would work somewhere else where her efforts would be better recognized. Couldn't be more disappointed in this place. The great build out and marketing was all for nothing. Our family was together in January for a winter meet up in the Hamptons and decided to have dinner and drinks at the restaurant.. Very confused with this restaurant the workers are either always fighting or complaining about customers. The food is terrible, takes way too long for even a water. People at the surrounding tables also were complaining how bad the service was and 3 tables got up and left after not getting menus after asking. We left without even getting all our food. Drinks took a minimum of 30 minutes to make for each round and the food didn't come out for over an hour. I ordered the Mezze appetizer and the pita chips were so stale that it hurt my tooth. My boyfriend and I were so happy to try this place out because it is a really pretty spot with a great vibe, unfortunately that's where it ends. Service is slow and unenthusiastic waited 20 minutes for first round of drinks then food came, lol, mini tacos are less than a bite each, barely an hors d'ourve, tasty but so tiny, then the avocado tomato salad no dressing just on a flat plate this was sad it came with a little cup of oil! I waited again to get some balsamic took forever then received a cup of what looked like BBQ sauce. Overall bad such a shame for a beautiful location! Beautiful, sunny, bright and immaculate greets you in this newly built west Hampton beach restaurant. The menu is diversified and the food is excellent! Whatever dish we ordered was delicious. You have a choice of indoor and outdoor dining in the front on Main or on the pretty back patio weather permitting. The staff is a lovely group with a pleasant attitude. We returned several times, the food was consistent and excellent! The bar area is pretty but is nicely located NOT on top of the tables. Sadly this restaurant was frankly awful. Cute decor and great location but there's nothing else positive to say. The drinks, food, and service were all awful. There was no one clearing tables so the two tables next to us had dirty dishes the whole time we were there. We should have know when the teenage hostess didn't know what to do when we said we had a reservation and never even asked us our name. We live in the area and really want to like this place. As others have mentioned, the space is nice and in a good location but the service is so terrible that it's really not worth the time or energy to go there. We went for a drink and app and waited for almost an hour for the drinks that never showed. Sadly, it wasn't even a difficult drink order...it was a glass of wine and a tap beer. We were really hoping for this place to be a good place for cocktails and food. We have tried to enjoy this place several times this summer, but to no avail. Not sure how anyone has had more than a single star experience. The one star reviews are all correct! You walk in, only to be ignored for at least 15-20 minutes, even when you have a spot at the bar. Maybe this is to portray that you're in a Hamptons hot spot? The entire staff is aloof to the idea that it is their job to engage with you. "Hello, we will be with you in a moment" would be a great business plan for the next staff meeting. You can see there is little or no experience leading the pack of young girls that were hired to head the front of this establishment. The drinks are haphazardly crafted and priced. Some are in over sized goblets filled to the top, but then wine pours are overly light and over priced. Their specialty drinks were a nice try, but they are unbalanced and were created by someone who has not spent a great deal of time behind the bar. The food is in the same category of quality and the pricing is out of range for the lack of quality and balance. Too bad WHB needed a good Main Street place like this. read more

This cute bistro has a great corner location right on Main Street. There is a lovely rear patio with plenty of socially distanced tables, as well as tables on the street. We enjoyed Cucumber Cosmos and local craft beer on tap. My husband and I shared the very refreshing watermelon and feta cheese salad. I had scallops, which were quite good, and my husband enjoyed his burger. The light, airy ambience contributed to our summer evening's enjoyment. A welcome addition to Westhampton. read more

I came here on a Friday night looking to enjoy a couple drinks with my girlfriend. We noticed there was a musician playing in the patio. We were told the patio was reserved, so we sat on the sidewalk and were reminded you have to order food to get drinks as per COVID NY laws. We split a pizza and each got cocktails. We didn't enjoy the pizza; too cheesy, sauce not good, crust undercooked. Cocktails very okay. Service was also just very okay. I have had the delightful experience of dining in and out of Salt and loft. First , my dining in , a delicious meal starting with several jumbo wrapped shrimp, on to a grilled to satisfaction steak with a side of fresh broccoli and a large portion of grilled potatoes...completed by a creamy cheeses cake topped with a fresh strawberry. The atmosphere, presentation, service and price all beyond what I expected. Then no feeling well, the same meal delivered to my home. Timely, still hot, and still delicious!!!
