Stopped by Friday evening around 5 pm. Place was busy. Food tasted great. Fried okra was very dry and did not taste good. Service was good.

We always have a good time at Saltgrass. My husband and I have come to love this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food comes out hot and timely. The atmosphere is both causal but romantic so we enjoy date nights here. For food we love starting off with the fried peppers and pickles, the range rattlers (jumbo jalapenos stuffed with a whole shrimp and jack cheese, and even the queso fresco. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the appetizers. My favorite thing to get is the house salad with honey mustard dressing, and sometimes I'll get the Homemade soup of the day and Salad as my entree because you can't go wrong! When I'm feeling for a steak I love getting the Pat's ribeye. It's the family favorite and the best part is that this location always cooks it to perfection. Medium is medium and we've never had any issues with the cook. If you haven't already, make room for dessert or even take it to go! The carrot cake is SO GOOD! We also really enjoy the pumpkin spice cheesecake when ever it's in season. We celebrate birthdays here or just date night and ended up signing up for the landry select club, I highly recommend signing up because the benefits are great

The difference between a 4 star and 5 star review rest solely on the kitchen and preparation. We both ordered Prime Rib. My sis went with the 12 oz, medium and I ordered the 16oz medium. Hers arrived perfectly cut but more on the "rare" side. Surprised she was ok with it. Mine arrived looking like a dry end of a slab of meat. It had to go back. The manager agreed they shouldn't be serving the "end" piece. He kindly replaced it with the perfect cut. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and tender. We both agreed that the Au Jus was watered down. The potatoes and green beans were Devine. Our waitress, Chloe was super sweet and pleasant. She was fantastic and deserves a huge pat on the back.

We had a much better experience here last month! The service was a little better than last time. The food was definitely a whole lot better, too!

We had plans to go to a different steakhouse but the wait was just too long .. but to be honest this is quite the little gem. I'm a HUGE fan of their frozen Jack and cokes ( so so yummy ) and the salad , soup and sides are always good ! But the steak this time was PERFECT ! Take your family over the holidays .. it is well worth it ;)

Excellent food excellent service our waiter was amazing reasonably priced and very delicious Very very good the steak melts in your mouth and the salad was amazing with the fresh breaded croutons and the artichoke spinach dip was awesome

Crispy, hand-breaded chicken tenders finished with rich cream gravy. Comes with your pick of any one side.

Called in an order for pickup and spoke with Cody, who was very pleasant over the phone. I ordered the 4 piece Rattlers (shrimp stuffed jalapenos), the breaded chicken tenders with fries and cream gravy, and complimentary Shiner Bock beer bread.

Saltgrass steakhouse never disappoints! We got the 6 oz filet and 12 oz New York strip, both of which were tender and juicy. And you can never go wrong with their smoked mac and cheese! As far as service goes, it was alright but nothing special. The ambiance was the same as always considering it's a chain restaurant.

Out server Maria was amazing! super sweet, quick with out order and friendly. She came back to check in on us to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend this restaurant, friendly staff and clean with delicious food. Had the salmon with lump crab meat and fried asparagus mouthwatering! My son had ribeye steak smothered mushroom and onions he said it was bomb lol. Definitely coming back.

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken breast with green beans. Food was perfectly seasoned and hit the spot. Service was on point and very helpful when ordering your food.

We were returning home from a trip to Houston to console and be with family during an expected death of our nephew such a tragedy for us all. Tired and road weary we decided to stop and have dinner here, my Yelp friend Hannah had mentioned their happy hour deals the other day and my wife is a light eater so we ordered the beef tenderloins, sweet potato fries, salad and Pats Ribeye and finished it off with a huge piece of cheesecake we had Rosa Paloma and Old Fashion to wash it down. Our server was so nice and sweet and the Manager Megan stopped by and checked on us and we explained a little bit of our day. She really was empathetic to us and made us feel comfortable during our meal. She waived the charge on the cheesecake which was a very kind thing to do. It's been a long couple of days but it ended as good as we could have wished with a little kindness with our meal. Thank you Megan and Saltgrass.

Happy Hour on a Monday night was poppin' and for good reason! We got there at 5:30 pm, and the bar was filled up. Hours are 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They have a few seating opposite the bar that you could also sit at. A nice server came by to take our order. Draft beers are $3 and I had two. What?! I don't drink much anymore, but it was a rough day. The happy hour snacks though is where it's at. Shrimp cocktail was fresh and the shrimp were huge. Tenderloin bites were divine on top of a bed of sautéed mushrooms and onions. You can't go wrong with brisket queso and chips. Great bang for your buck! No wonder the bar was so busy. Why have I never been here for HH?! My friend and I had a great time enjoying our food and drinks. Can't wait to come back!

The little extras they provide are a welcome addition and are truly incredible in their own right, from the glass of champagne, to the little round crispy appetizer ball thingy (I'm not even sure what it is but it's wonderful) with the accompanying aioli, to the delicate and airy popovers; what a beginning to each meal! I started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh, crisp and the dressing was subtle but authentic. I then varied from tradition and ordered the sea bass for my entree. Oh my what a treat! Perfectly cooked and paired well with the basmati rice and curry sauce. Lastly, the chocolate tart was so rich and delicious; a perfect ending to a great meal. Our waitress was very attentive yet personable and two different gentlemen came by to ensure our meal and experience was perfect. We have always enjoyed our experience here and the food is delicious!

Let me just give a special shoutout to the service in particular. I have not had such a good set of servers (from front of house to bartenders to waitresses) in a very long time. They were excellent. The food was also very good. However, to be honest, the steak was under-seasoned and a little on the tough side. I bought a 12-once ribeye and we split the 32-ounce tomahawk steak. Visually, stunning. But the ribeye was certainly on the tougher side and both steaks needed salt. Overall, really good experience - but I was expecting better flavor from the star dishes. Nonetheless, still would recommend.

None of our meals disappointed us and we left very satisfied by the experience. Memories for a lifetime! While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.
