If employees determine the success of a company, this company will be around for a long time. A couple years ago, Javier G. did work out our home and did an outstanding job. We needed some repairs done, and the company sent out Javier again. He called before he arrived, and was so friendly when he got to our home. He remembered previously being here, including some of the specifics of our conversation and our home. As for the work, they replaced my A/C unit before. My service call now was because the A/C no longer worked. It was still under warranty and they didn't try to find some loophole where the warranty didn't apply. It was all covered. Javier fixed the problem quickly and made sure the unit was working properly before leaving. This is an honest company that does great work at good prices, and importantly, has excellent people working for them. It appears this company is scamming multiple families throughout San DIego and convincing them they have a gas leak or need major repairs to their furnace when no work is needed. I was given a quote for $1100 for a "band-aid" fix and nealry 10k to fix all the "damages". Given the large amount of $, I got a few outside estimates who all confirmed there was nothing wrong with our system and no gas leak. Apparently, this happens all the time with this company and I have subsequently confirmed by multiple people that similar things happened to them. PLEASE check with your home warranty or get a 2nd opinion before you pay them anything. SO frsutrating that some people can be so dishonest and try to take advantge of others. read more

I cant get over the irony of their business name as I'm on day 3 of a broken AC (in less than a month) and they cancelled the appointment to come fix it today because the part wasn't in stock ... AFTER the manager told us it was. Bluf: I was very happy with their work for plumbing under kitchen sink. Despite their scheduling issue and repeat attempts (4 visits total) to fix their minor mistake, I would still rate them around 4.6 stars for their professionalism, fast service, superior materials, and very fair pricing. Although it wasn't fixed "same day" and was a long process, I believe this new plumbing will last for the long haul. I was very hesitant to call a plumber because I also assumed they would charge outrageous numbers. Some still do as I called around for pricing on cleanings, etc. My kitchen garbage disposal was backing up the other side of the sink. Im somewhat handy and attempted to fix it myself, which I usually can, but little did I know my problem was a bigger issue that was building up for years. Basically, the main drain pipe bracket broke and I have a reverse slope with food and debris that was piling up to my p trap for years. The sludge was incredibly disgusting and had an extreme amount, more than average Sinks would have. Bad: I "fell" for the $39 cleaning. Not all of their ads state "must have accessible cleanout." It says it here on yelp, but they should state it on all ads. The plumber quoted me around $129 for cleaning since I didn't have a cleanout, which was more than the $39 I expected but the going rate as I called other companies for quotes. Good: I asked to replace the plumbing as well and the plumber gave me a reasonable price, which included the cleaning and installation of all new pipes. (Hard pvc not the home depot abs cheap stuff.) I was very satisfied with price of less than $300 for all. Ugly: The cleanout and installation of the pipes were very quick. Less than 45 mins. The work was almost perfcet. The plumber would test and it wouldn't leak immediately and leave. Around 30min to 1 hour later there would be a small drip from the p-trap. So I would have to call back and have the plumber come back the next day to fix it. This happened for 3 more days. 4 days total I had to be home for the plumber to fix this and guess what, the last appointment is at 2pm. This means that if you work a 9-5 job, this might be hard to make. I had to come home from work early 4 days in a row. Luckily, my job is flexible, but I can imagine other people could not afford this time off. I probably wouldn't have rated them so high if I had to waste PTO for their mistake. Lastly, on the last day, I was left a message to call back and confirm the appt, which I did. I got a call 30 mins before my appt saying they canceled bc I never called, which wasn't true. So I called again and told them I already confirmed and waited on hold for a few mins for them to fix their scheduling issue. They eventually talked and fixed thier miscommunication and did come out that day and finally fixed the leak. read more

I was sold a system that came with a 10 year warranty. After the installation I was told the warranty only applies if I pay an additional monthly service fee. AC stopped working, techs came out and were going to charge 1100 for a collapsed return. I declined.. i went up a looked at it. it was collapse, but obviously caused by the installation. I could see the outline of my previous unit on the wood because I had a leak. The return on the new unit was about 6" longer than it was on the old one. They had just stretched it to make it fit making the duct split and collapse internally. To cause the problem then charge me for fixing it is extremely unethical. Not to mention the bait and switch with the warranty. I think I'm going to file a complaint with Home Depot. They should know the scams their sub is pulling. In December an appointment was made to service the furnaces. They did not show. A second appointment was made. At that time the appointment for air conditioners service was made for June. The dispatcher said that the technician would not be able to service all 4 units at that time. But she promised that the June appointment would be met. Well today is the day and again no show. When I called they "had no appointment scheduled ". I would advise that you work with a more reliable company. read more
