My technician, Jennifer, was amazing. I will admit, between work boots, running, and everyday activities, my feet are downright fugly! Somehow, Jennifer managed to make beauty out of my beast of toes. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Angel. She was very friendly, animated, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys interacting with her customers. It is always nice to see an owner who is passionate about their business and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone in our group had a great experience, and we all left happy and relaxed. The gentleman was kind but the lady who did my pedi and checked me out told me the total came out to 75, she entered 76... and said cash? I said I have debit, she then entered 86 and asked for tip. I tipped 14- which I felt that wasn't fair so she pocketed more because I used my debit, most places charge 3% fee but she added a 10$ service fee? And then asked for tip? I'm Vietnamese, they were talking about me that I am American and entitled. My mother told me to never talk back because they are unhappy in their own lives. It's so sad my fiance told me to go get it done somewhere else and write a review. I really wanted to like them. They are fake and talks about people who aren't Vietnamese. Because maybe I'm mixed but common.

Discussed my options with Holly, she recommended tips, dipping powder and gel tiger eye polish; I opted for all with tiger eye polish #33. My appointment was at 12:00pm and I was done by 1:15pm ish. Nails turned out nice: length I wanted, shaped to my liking followed by gel polish. I am pleased. Beautiful salon, lovely decor. Nail and manicure services in 1/2 of the spa and pedicures in the second room. Open, nice music, clean, quite organized, very busy salon, lots of employees and several clients, o believe they also provide waxing services. There are assigned personnel working the counter, too. Check in is easy, enter last 4 digits of your phone number (provided you've created a profile which I did on line). If more than one name pops up, you select your name and sit down. The salon has a great menu buzzer device for each nail tech to alert them of a pending appointment arrival. There is a printed receipt with your name, appointment time, service type and a place for the technician to write notes including the cost. At the end of the service you provide the front desk reception area personnel with the printed info. I paid cash, tipped Holly with cash and received a discount of $4 because, I paid with cash (I think). This nail spa is top tier and so efficient! I don't mind paying more. I will go back.

Just leaving, very dissatisfied…read more My hands and feet still came out cute, but I did not get what I asked for due to miscommunication on the nail tech's part. Admittedly, I've been doing my own hands and feet for a year or so, so I'm not sure if manicures and pedicures have changed to where the nail shops no longer clean under finger nails and toenails, but I had to ask for it to be done for my toes, and the tech only cleaned under one hand. Neither the tech that did my nails nor the one that did my feet completely addressed my cuticles, they don't look as clean as they used to when I was still going to nail shops. I asked for "Cat Eye" and showed them exactly what I wanted from a finger nail example that they offered to me. There was understanding at this point. When it came time to do the Cat Eye, the tech did a design that I didn't ask for. I showed her exactly what I wanted. She asked if I wanted something different, [from the previous design she did] I said yes. I was waiting to see what I asked for to appear, it never happened. Again, my nails were still cute, just not what I asked for. As it was my first time getting Cat Eye, I wanted to know where we went wrong. When I was figuring things out aloud, I had to make it clear that I gave them their own example of what I asked for, and the tech did a design that was not requested. No accountability was taken on their side. Another tech interjected to provide clarity, which helped me understand the first tech better, but it didn't uncover a misunderstanding on my part. She even tried to attribute the misunderstanding to my lack of experience with Cat Eye. I've seen the style on numerous hands and I ask each time if that style is Cat Eye, that's all that I'm thinking that I need to request especially when given an example by the nail tech and told her that that's exactly what I wanted. It was very frustrating to have to keep my cool to avoid looking like the bad guy when voicing corrections that should've just been performed for a paying customer.

I'm not upset that they made a mistake, we all do that, but I'm upset they tried to tell me otherwise when I'm paying the service.
