Wow... So. Good. I've been by this place so many times and thoroughly underestimated it. Finally gave it a shot for a quick dinner tonight and am extremely happy. I tried the Al pastor, barbacoa, and fish tacos. All delicious! The fish taco was so crisp and fresh. The barbacoa was the most tender I've had. And my go to Al pastor did not disappoint. My fiance had the Al pastor quesadilla and that was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this cute little hole in the wall to anyone craving some quality Mexican food. read more

This place is a GEM! It's hard finding authentic street tacos around Seattle, and even if you do, they're typically overpriced -- not this gem. Although I'd happily pay more for these delicious tacos, they're cheaper than most taco joints and taste exponentially better. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming :-) read more

I hate to be petty especially during COVID-19 but I had lunch here today and did not appreciate the male employee who took the order flat out lying. I purchased my food along with a bottle of soda. I asked him if he had a cup for ice and he handed me a hard plastic reusable cup. Given my own paranoia currently, I asked if he had single use paper cups. He said no we don't have any other cups. Right then I noticed the big stack of paper cups under the cashier's counter and I said you know it's not good to lie to your customer because I can see the big stack of paper cups you have there. First he tried to deny that but then claimed that he had said those were for fountain drinks only. He did not say any of that when I initially asked if they had paper cups. I told him, next time rather than lying, simply say yes we have paper cups but they are only for fountain drinks or are $.25 more or whatever. Makes me wonder what else they may be doing that may be shady. On the positive side, the food was good and the lady that cooked/brought out the food from the kitchen was nice & friendly and everything else was fine. This place is actually pretty darn good. Im used to really good Mexican food from California and Texas, and this stuff isn't bad. Not quite the 5 stars that you can possibly get at places, but if your in a pinch and want something good that isn't too expensive, this is a great place to check out. I probably come here every two weeks for a Carne Asada California burrito. I always go for the guacamole too. For those yet to experience one, their California burrito is a really good burrito with skinny fries inside. You will not be disappointed. Prices here are fair, too. I was a little dissappointed on the fish because they are similar to the frozen fish sticks from the grocery store. (I wish they marinated the fish for more flavor!) Wow. Their food transports your taste buds to Mexico. Coming from California, it's been difficult finding authentic Mexican food in Washington, but this place stacks up. The birria melted in my mouth, and had just the right amount of spice. The lengua was perfectly cut and tender. Even the fish was amazing. I wish I lived in Bellevue just for this food. Requests to omit onion is forgotten or confused (my friend ordered carne asada as it comes, but they came without onions (instead of mine). Service is spotty. I asked for a box to take home what remained of my giant burrito, and got a plastic bag ("we don't have boxes!"). This was my first visit to Senor Taco. Ordered a Senor Burrito with Beef Steak because of a family recommendation. Was quickly served with a smile. The Burrito was a generous meal. Very filling with ample beef steak, taste beans, yummy rice, cheese, and sour cream. We were offered two types of sauces to put on the Burrito. The meal tasted fresh and I felt good after eating. While eating my meal a steady stream of folks ordered who appeared to have come to the restaurant prior. This was not worth the trip. The tacos were awful. Meat was hard and way too greasy. My son who loves tacos al pastor and can eat 10 tacos easily (he's a teen) order 4 tacos and only ate 2 he said it wasn't good. We were hungry so tacos were bad enough to kill our appetite. I would not recommend this place, I when here base on the yelp reviews and I was very disappointed. Why do they give such a high rate to such a mediocre food? I am Mexican, and I enjoy a good taco.
