This was my first time to seacrets. There are some things to consider before coming here at night. One being , it turns 100% into a night club atmosphere of mostly early 20 year olds and some middle age individuals people watching . Came here with a group of 6 individuals 27-35 year olds arriving around 9 pm on a weekday. They completed a very thorough ID check and scanning before entering, which I appreciate. There was a family in front of us with a child and they were allowed enter through a different entrance to the restaurant . There was a $10 cover charge to enter. We were quickly seated outside at the booth area. The booths were very sunk in from the sand and felt like the table were on my lap. My husband is tall and the table was on his lap . There are different areas to choose from other than outside but we were told the wait was around an hour for inside seating . The tropical atmosphere was on point . Our poor waitress was attentive but seemed pretty over being there and I honestly understand why . The bill for groups cannot be separate checks and they ask for a card before you can even order. I ordered the crab dip which I give a 3/10 and the creamy crab soup was great 10/10 with large chucks of crab. For the price , I personally did not like being served on paper plates. I would understand if I was eating bar food but this was not bar food. I had the pain in de ass and was refreshing, but how anyone can drink more than one is beyond me because it is so sweet. My husband had the frozen hurricane and it was super sour . The pours were inconsistent and come from a slushy machine. There are several other drink options to choose from. There was live music outside and inside but very crowded and people spilling drinks and bumping into each other everywhere. I love to dance but It I did not feel it fit for my middle 30's persona . You can't come to ocean city without visiting this place. The Jamaican vibe makes you feel like you are on vacation. Place is huge and I found it difficult to be able to see all spots within it as most were closed even during summer time. I wish they were more accommodating with kids especially during the day. The staff runs over immediately as you are not allowed to walk around with them. Have to go straight to a table. The food is just ok and so are the drinks. The pizza sauce tasted like salsa. You aren't really coming here for great food or drinks. Really just for the amazing atmosphere and music. read more

Visited OC in September 2020. The staff had masks & the tables we sat in had glass dividers. We ordered the quesadilla, jerk chicken & fish tacos. Everything was delicious! Their speciality drink was also amazing. My toddler was with us and they gave her crayons and a coloring page. I recommend this place to anyone in OC. read more

Fabulous ambiance - shin deep water on the bay with a view of the sunset. Know that the water seating is first come first serve and they have a hard stop at 7p to close the area. I've always wanted to come to this spot ever since my husband and I have always visited Maryland while H20 was going on but we never gotten the chance to come & check this spot out. While my husband and I were on vacation we decided to check it out . The only reason why I am giving it a 5 stars cause the decor is pretty amazing and it's directly on the water . The happy hour was pretty decent and the beers on draft were pretty good . My husband gotten the red stripe beer which he said was "pretty amazing " . We decided to sit at the bar and we had a lovely time. The only food we ordered was from the raw bar which was the oysters they were decent but we've had better. We didn't particular care for the extra pieces of the shells that kept on going into our mouth . We didn't really order anything esle because we've seen what others ordered and it was a small portion for some expensive food so we decided to just order drinks and hangout. read more

Came here for lunch while on holiday in OCMD. The ambiance is great here during the day. You can be outside, on the water, but still in the shade. The service was slow. Our server was great and we had no issues, but even drinks were slow. The drinks are about what you expect. I got a pain in de a#* and my wife got a pina colada. Both were definitely strong, but not overly syrupy which we both appreciated. Food was mid at best. I got the Jerk Chicken bowl, which I do not recommend. It was as advertised in the menu, just very bland, and the jerk chicken is not really jerk chicken. It's most a jerk seasoning. The quesadilla was better. lived locally our entire lives. My Step Son from California came to visit. He wanted to check out lunch. It was Memorial Day weekend. we haven't been this season and tend to only go during off season. and/or mid week. We got there and couldn't find parking at 1:30p on Saturday. We ride around a couple times and catch someone pulling out. Go to get in what we thought would be a line. Because it was a holiday weekend. There was no line. There were gates set up like usual (Think Disney ride line) and no one in line. We get to the front, check ids. It's $50 cover. I guess I'm cheap. We didn't want to pay $200 for cover to sit down for a $200 lunch. oh well. There's a reason that a lot of locals let their gold cards expire and don't go back. Kind of a bummer. We had a 4 night vacation and ending up coming here 2 out of the 4 nights. Crab Toast was very yummy. It was raining a few days before so everything was kind of under water. I didn't mind, because it's the weather lol nobody can control that. Out of the 2 nights we were there we had the best service possible by our bartenders. Our first bartender was a guy with black hair and glasses, second bartender was a guy with full sleeve tattoos on both arms, and our third bartender was a guy who had blond-ish hair and has been in bartending service for 9 years. Each of them were amazing and we loved socializing with them and watching them make drinks. We were getting like margaritas and vodka lemonades. The drinks were $9 each, which honestly isn't bad because their pours are close to doubles. (Which is a very good thing for 2 drunk bastards from Pittsburgh) read more

Four stars for the consistency of the cool Caribbean theme. Every detail keeps with the tropical island vibe, which really transports you to Jamaica. Even the restrooms have rustic. bamboo doors, etc. Atmosphere is fun and people really seemed to get into it. Lots of partiers even on Monday afternoon and it only gets busier as the evening comes. Mostly 20's/30s people in the sandy beach area since you have to be 21 to access that area. Don't forget your ID! They have bar service in the water which looked fun. The live music was a little loud and we had trouble hearing each other until it was over. Even though it was really busy, our pleasant server arrived quickly. Crab dip was really good but didn't come with nearly enough bread. The rest of the food was just ok, not great especially for the prices. As a destination, this place is a great party spot and you definitely are paying for the atmosphere. Not great for families with younger kids since you have to be 21 to access the night club, Bay Area, and pier. Definitely a bar first and foremost. Worth a quick stop during the day to experience the sandy paths and immersive island atmosphere. Stay a bit for the reggae, a beachy cocktail and people watching. So this was a very memorable experience for a few reasons! One being that it was our one year anniversary weekend and two this was my first time in Ocean City Maryland. My girlfriend had told me about this place and it sounded very intriguing with 19 bars. We decided to stop here this past weekend at night and it was very lively. We walked around and toured the place checking out all the different options before ending up in the nite club section. The band playing was very good and we were surprised at how the lead singer could get his voice so high to match the actual album that they were doing the cover of. It was a nice crowd of different people and a bunch of brides to be. We decided to get some frozen drinks which were surprisingly good and affordably priced considering the area. Definitely have to check this place out again the next time I come and bring more people along. There is a mix of all types of people and relationship types from single to couples of all ages enjoying themselves, dancing, drinking and just overall having a great time. This is definitely a fun spot to check out on a weekend night and a staple in our trip as we traveled 3 hours to have a weekend in Ocean City Maryland we couldn't miss the opportunity to check out this place for my first time but certainly not my last. Had a very short trip to Ocean city in the middle of the week & stopped here for dinner. First of all I'm obsessed with the atmosphere, you sit and your feet are in sand, there's tables in the water & even rafts when it's prime season. Not to mention there's a bar and a club too. This space is huge We ordered the cream of crab soup (we typically call this she crab soup where I'm from) & it was good! Lots of crab in it. My husband and I got frozen drinks and those were delicious, I could definitely imagine one of those at a table in the water on a hot day. For our entrees my husband got the fish tacos & devoured them. I got the crabby jerk - the seasoning on the chicken was perfect! I also was obsessed with their fries lol. They were so crispy. Overall we really enjoyed our experience. The photographer taking pictures was a little tacky and the food is semi over priced but we would definitely visit again, especially to get the full summer feel. read more

I LOVE Seacrets. It is one of my favorite restaurants in ocean city. As someone who is gluten free, I have been here REPEATEDLY. I was here in the spring and disappointed to learn that they no longer were making the gf biscuits. Disappointed, but understood that menu items change. Today, I went with a party of 12, including 4 kids ranging from 12 - 15 months. We waited almost 90 min to be seated, when we were originally told the wait would be 35-45 min. Once we were seated, it took awhile for a waitress to stop by and when she did, she told us she had to deal with a seating situation upstairs and would be back in 2 minutes. Okay, we were willing to wait. Unfortunately, it was more like 15 min before she came back, and after that point we immediately placed our full orders (drinks and food). The drinks arrived a bit later, but after an hour, the waitress stopped by and was shocked we hadn't received our food. She went to check on it and when she came back several minutes later told us the kitchen was plating the last few items and the food would be out momentarily. More than 10 minutes passed. Waitress came back and said they had issues with the kitchen all day and would check on the food herself. I asked that she bring the food as it was ready since we had 4 kids with us and at this point were beyond hungry. It was another 10+ min wait, so I got up to find the food for our youngest family member, and it was at that exact moment they brought the food; more than 90 minutes after sitting down to receive our food on top of 90 min wait. The food was good as always, esp the gf crab toast, but the overall experience was one for the books, in a bad way.. We were able to get our bill discounted only after having 2 separate family members speak directly with the manager. Disappointing experience to say the least. And now there are 11 other people who thought the experience was going to be great and received subpar service. Sadly I don't think we'll be going back. read more

We really enjoyed our visit to Seacrets! We wanted to go during the day, specifically happy hour between 4-7. When we first got there, we sat in the bay. We found a table for the 6 of us right away. Our waitress was really excellent and checked in on us often. I had frozen orange crushes that were really refreshing. We hadn't planned on eating there, but ended up staying for dinner. First we ordered appetizers, one of them was the Jamaican nachos. If you love nachos, I definitely recommend! It had the perfect amount of toppings. I had a chicken Caesar wrap for my meal and it was really good! The only thing that wasn't great was they couldn't split checks. Let's star by saying, we were really excited to come to Seacrets. The manner in which Seactresrs denied a member of our party entry was unacceptable. A member of our party who had her DACA issued work permit issued by the federal government which serves as a form of id was denied service by Seacrets even though she double and tripled assured her identity. A more inclusive policy would be more acceptable. read more
